Elegant NW Atlanta Oasis, 2 Kitchens, Sauna, Patio

The property is huge and is extremely luxurious. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed: the backyard patio was in horrific condition and the furniture was covered up full of dust leaves and outdoor debris. We wanted to use the back patio so we went ahead and cleaned it up for use outside. One of the beds has a few boards missing underneath, and the mattress is too small for the frame. As a result, it poses as a safety and dangerous hazard to step on or sit on the front end of the bed due to the fact that you will fall through. Also, the neighbors have these extremely aggressive dogs that bar nonstop 24 hours a day that is extremely annoying when you trying to use the back patio in peace. I know that’s not the owners fault. Also, there was no type of toiletries inside of the bathroom outside of hand soap. We pretty much had to buy everything in terms of use inside of the kitchen and the bathroom. The place itself was very nice, but if the owners addressed these issues, it would be perfect.

Family enjoyed spacious accommodations. Very close to everything you would want to do. Many indoor activities for teens to stay entertained. Enjoyed everything.

This is an order home but the interior is amazing with modern furniture and appliance worth the price

Had a wonderful stay at this very nice home. It was close to the convention center, we drove each day. We all felt very comfortable and safe in the home, but beyond the street the house is on, the neighborhood was a little rough. Games for the kids, everything was about a 10- 15 minute drive. House was clean and well kept. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Inside looks much nicer and grand on the inside then what you see from the online listing… Very comfortable home and had all I needed to be able to make a fantastic brunch. I’m looking forward in coming back again and utilize the backyard.
