The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room however was very outdated. The bed was not very well at all, my wife and I decided to leave at 1am because we found it to be unacceptable. Everything felt grimy to the touch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was no one working at the front desk. We waited along with other customers and kept trying to call. Left without ever seeing an employee at this location.

Guest Service front desk was terrible! There was never somebody available. When we checked in (9/26 around 4pm) a guest was waiting at the front desk to report a problem with his room key. He said he rang the bell and the receptionist still had not show up. We waited and finally a female receptionist came out while she was still talking on her cell phone. There was no welcome greetings! We passed the front desk on our way to dinner that night and saw 6 people waiting and we did not see anybody serving them. Breakfast was good and the lady who served the breakfast on Sunday morning was great, she constantly refilled everything. Parking was easy. But we will not come back to this particular hotel.

Checking in was a mess, system wouldn't take my payment, then get fraud notification of 3 charges from them. Got that squared, then I had reserved a 2 double bed room and upon entering the room, it was a single bed room. Went back, checked me into a different room. On 3rd floor this time. Door would not open at all. Went back down, gave me new cards for the room, went back up and door still would not open, took video showing it wouldn't open. Went back down and showed video. Checked into new room, door did open, but next day cards would not work. Had to get new cards for room. Was going to use pool but was really cold to point feet cramped up. Probably around 50 degrees, not normal 70-75 degrees pools should be at, also hot tub was under repairs. Other then that, room was clean and breakfast was good.
