The pull out bed had blood on the sheets. The first room smelled strong like urine, They switched me to another room and it smelled strong with bleach. The hot tub was not working and it was not covered and dangerous for the kids to be in the pool close to it. The fridge in the room did not work nor did the air conditioner. The next morning i was harassed by Allen Park police for no reason at all. Stating a child welfare check that kids were left alone in a room. I am a grandmother with my adult child in the room with the children all night long. This hotel used to be really nice over the years and I do not know what happened and how them became so nasty and rude here but i will no longer book with them again.

We tried the call before getting there twice the guy answered and hung up twice. Got there got checked in and went to room. It smelled bad when we got in room we turned on air it got better. Went to put stuff in fridge it wasn’t working and stunk bad. The door and walls all scratched and peeling the toilet barely flushed and the sink backed up when using it also. The pool hours are inconvenient also. Should open at 8 for a morning swim and close at 11 or midnight. We had no time

Elevator didn't work when we got back to hotel late. Light switch in bathroom was dirty. Front desk person was rude. Overall a 2 star hotel would of been a better hotel than this place

It was terrible we checked in and immediately checked out it was not clean at all the elevators didnt work the air conditioner barely worked and its summer so the room was very warm the bath tub had mold around it felt like bugs were crawling on me the staff guy was nice luckily we checked in and out so fast they give u an hour to get a full refund if u dont like hotel so we was refunded our money (still waiting to be deposited tho)would not stay here at all
