Parking easy, convenient and affordable right across the street, funky rooms, comfy beds, great shower, charging ports by bed, hotel fulfilled special request for interconnecting rooms make through Expedia. The hotel was perfect, even if you need an electronic degree to work the TV. But who wants to watch TV when this offers so much - even cocktails happy hour. Funky decor, clean and super comfortable, will definitely stay here again.

This is a great option for families. The staff were really lovely and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was convenient, just across the road from the hotel. We went to a game at Marvel stadium with our family & it was an easy walk from the hotel. Also a great location to explore the city. Rooms were clean, well kept & quiet.

Excellent boutique hotel with great decor and good sustainable gym. Loved the Photo Booth. Would have been great if you could have a small steam room and spa using some of the space. Good food however staff could be friendlier in the hotel.

Loved the hotel, position, room very comfortable. I loved the vibe of the hotel . Whilst the room was clean the housekeeping was very average. Coffee cups not washed up, cleaning rag left in sink dry and not used. Also the cleaner needs to use deodorant as the body odour was offensive. We had a sandwich when we arrived back from the tennis and it was dry and mostly uneatable. In saying that I would definitely stay with you again as the positives far outweighed the negatives that can be fixed with staff training.

The room was clean & overall lovely as it was a car room & the window views were lovely. Trouble is the noise from outside even with being on floor 3 the cars and general noises outside were so relevant. The fridge had milk in it but nothing else no water no cans of drink nothing. I rang room service but no answer so rang reception as was wanting to order a glass of wine. They said it was an extra $5 to bring it up to the room so I said I would come down and get it & they said to go to the bar area and it will be ready for you. I waited and waited as no one at the bar so I went to the reception area and finally someone came back to the bar and then they were giving me a bottle and I said no a glass! Later that night I ordered room service and there was no problem there. The creme brûlée was Devine and I could have eaten three of them. I must say though before I even stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Melbourne City I had sent messages to them to ask about parking and the fact I need to be able to get into the room before 3pm as the wedding I had to attend was 4.30pm a block away in the city but no-one ever came back to me regarding this & no-one helped me to attend the wedding on time. The story gets worse and I did not make the wedding as I am disabled and it was horrific what happened to me on the way to the wedding. Other than all of this the hotel room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Had to ask for a hair dryer though as it was missing .

The theme/vibe of this hotel was great with lots of creative artwork on the walls. Our room was very clean and tidy and with being on the corner had huge floor to ceiling windows giving great views of the street side trees that created an atmosphere of being within them.

Room had a patch of wet carpet near window (possibly a leaky window?), very small bathroom. Otherwise, best collection of staff I’ve encountered for quite some time. Location good to Melbourne amenities, but restrictive views if that’s your gig.

The Hotel is in a great location, close to Trams going in four directions. Easy walk to the Casino and restaurants. Room was great apart from the bathroom light shining through to the bedroom like a beacon when you went to the toilet. Comfortable, clean and trendy. The team were always helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately the aircon in my room was noisy then i was moved to another room, the aircon wasn’t working properly, room was too hot and the TV kept turning itself off and on, overall my experience could have been better!

We were greeted by Vid (If I got the name correct) and the another gentleman at the reception who were super courteous and helpful. We requested for a city view if possible and was accepted graciously. Check-in and parking was a breeze and the room and bathroom were clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities in our room including iron board and slippers. We had initially planned to stay for a night with family but ended up extending our stay by another day due to being close to all shopping (DFO included) and dining options close by. The tram station was just across the block which made it super easy to visit the Mall and Restaurants on Burke street. Would highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors.

Staff at reception couldn't be more helpful and obliging on arrival booked us in early so amazing and departure able to leave our bags so we could explore Melbourne and throughout our stay just marvellous delightful youg men. Bar staff wonderful welcoming great drinks and great coffee. The restaurant staff, very obliging made my boys and I feel comfortable. Food amazingly yummy We'll stay again

Staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping somehow missed my removal of the do not disturb sign on the door for 5 hours so I returned to a non-cleaned room, but after reporting this to reception my room was cleaned within 30 minutes. Still a big miss for a hotel in this price range.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They took $349 unauthorised out of my account. Were very patronising and non- caring about this and I still haven’t been reimbursed. The room was too hot, stuffy and very small.

Overall I had a great stay, it's a lovely hotel. I think room service could have improved significantly, with more options being available, and given that the online portal for ordering didn't work properly, no one answered the phone on room service or the front desk when I tried, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get my order. Other than that, staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to everything and I liked the room I stayed in.

Overall I had a great stay, it's a lovely hotel. Close to the station, walking distance to CBD or plenty of options for public transport. Room was great, clean, quiet and all modern amenities. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended for a trip to Melbourne.

The Hotel is in a great location, close to Trams going in four directions. Easy walk to the Casino and restaurants. Room was great apart from the bathroom light shining through to the bedroom like a beacon when you went to the toilet. Comfortable, clean and trendy. The team were always helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med fina rums. Bra läger för att kunna ta sig runt i staden. Det som drar ned är frukosten som ofta var rörig och kaffet under all kritik.

Stylish and modern hotel with lovely rooms and beautiful lobby. Great spaces for working. Comfortable beds and great big shower. Quiet, with excellent blockout blinds. Wait staff were quite under experienced - had to redo my coffee as it was awful.

Loved the hotel, position, room very comfortable. I loved the vibe of the hotel . Whilst the room was clean the housekeeping was very average. Coffee cups not washed up, cleaning rag left in sink dry and not used. Also the cleaner needs to use deodorant as the body odour was offensive. We had a sandwich when we arrived back from the tennis and it was dry and mostly uneatable. In saying that I would definitely stay with you again as the positives far outweighed the negatives that can be fixed with staff training.

Great boutique hotel in a nice walkable area of town. Checkin was fast and all the staff we met were excellent. Breakfast is a must and had everything you might want.

Great variety for breakfast, enjoyed coffee machine in room, room was clean and serviced daily, close to southern cross station and convention centre. Loved the Photo Booth and styling of the motel.

Overall I had a great stay, it's a lovely hotel. I think room service could have improved significantly, with more options being available, and given that the online portal for ordering didn't work properly, no one answered the phone on room service or the front desk when I tried, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get my order. Other than that, staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to everything and I liked the room I stayed in.

The hotel rooms and cleanliness was disappointing for what they claim to provide and be - and certainly a lower standard than what we expected for a 4 Star hotel. Would not stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, but serious flaws in room design and noise insulation Pros: Hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their service is truly commendable. Cons: Poor bathroom lighting design: The bathroom is separated from the room by a transparent glass wall. If someone turns on the bathroom light in the middle of the night, it illuminates the entire bedroom, severely disturbing anyone trying to sleep. Severe pipe noise: There are water pipes located inside the exhaust vent above the hallway outside the bathroom. Whenever guests in other rooms shower, the pipes make extremely loud noises. I was woken up repeatedly at 4:00 AM, 5:00 AM, and 6:00 AM. Even after moving to a top-floor room, the structural pipe design was identical; I only avoided noise the second night because no one happened to shower at that time. Inconvenient and overly early check-out: Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM, after which key cards are immediately deactivated. The breakfast hours were not even over yet when key cards stopped working, which was very inconvenient. Future guests should definitely take note of this timing.
