Beachfront Paradise

House was clean, we enjoyed the stay.PS. You are out of the trash bags

It was a nice condo. Across the street from the beach. Condo had alot of extras towels, blankets, plates, my favorite hot sauce Tapatio, toothbrush. One thing I felt a cetaim type of way about is the thermostat was powered on but it did not operate the AC at all. I came in from a long walk and I was hot as hell and i could not power on the central air. I was told by Joel that the outside temperature affects the thermostat. I live in Nevada we are ice cold in the winter and most nights and my AC is still fullly functional year round. The only other item that was hit and miss was the WIFI. Very spotty, touch and go lots of buffering. I was told by Joel that the ocean waves affect the WIFI. This WIFI signal issue must be exclusive to Port Hueneme because I did not have this issue when I lived in San Pedro Harbor. The hot tub had alot of bleach but that has nothing to do with the host. He let me do a late check out which was really kind of him. He was very responsive during our entire trip. It was a very good deal all things considered.

Christian's place was as clean as a whistle and the lication couldnt be beat foe our CA vacation. He was very helpful during the check in/out process. Couldnt be happier.

Use of the hot tub, sauna, and pool was a bonus! Keurig coffee machine was convenient. Well equipped with all the basic necessities.

Directions to enter was confusing. Never did find a key pad. Difficultgetting into complex. We never did get a correct code to lock the property.Screen door fell off on arrival. Never fixed. No air ventilation in all rooms. Suggestion to leave doors open. Beach area always cold.Condo street level. 4 barking dogs all 4 days. No help from host in dealing with this. States the beach people just have dogs. Hard to sleep.No shoes requested, Feet and socks black.Laundry room w/o supplies.No exit recommendations.Again could not lock property properly.Very frustrated with stay!!
