We had a slight issue with the bathroom toilet (fail to flush) and outlets not working for charging devices— ended up going from a 2 queen room upstairs to a king room downstairs. Stayed 2 nights - beds were comfortable. Note - the pool is outside and there are no elevators. Breakfast was ok - juice machine wasn’t working, but they offered milk and orange juice in a dispenser. It was a good stay - right in the middle of where we wanted to go sightseeing!

Very pet friendly, beach passes available to check out. Went with my dog for his last trip to the beach before he had to be put down and the staff helped me make it a great trip.

We liked this property it was within 10 minutes to everything. We used the pool one day although small in size it was clean and well kept and so was the outside property. Breakfast was ok would have liked more options but for a continental breakfast it was good. For the most part it was well kept and clean except for an eye contact was missed while cleaning on the sink. It was quiet except for one night there was a very loud truck outside idling its engine and we couldn’t sleep we called the front desk they were apologetic and took care of it.

We stayed here because they allowed dogs. For the amount of pets we saw there, it was relatively quiet. They also have free charging stations for electric/hybrid vehicles.

The pool was nice on a hot day, well maintained. The room was clean and spacious, but could use an upgrade. I’d start with putting wood floors or tile floors down opposed to carpeting. The staff was friendly, coffee at the morning breakfast very good, and the breakfast was a fine addition if you want to grab something on the go. Decent hotel choice for the area at a reasonable price point.

There were several corners of the bathroom that were moldy. We requested a daily refresh and the room was never vacuumed. We stayed here several years ago and had a wonderful time. Very disappointed with current condition of the rooms. We're not very hard people to please but we won't be returning.

The tub was so dirty that you slipped on the non skid pads because they were slimy. We went to the store and bought cleaner and and a scrub sponge-and it all came clean. Overall, every area of the room was very dirty. I booked this place because the reviews were good, particularly on the cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Oh my goodness. You get what you pay for. Smelly deodorizer for the rugs was nauseating. I’m sorry to say. Property in disrepair. Needs a new owner.

The room smelled like mildew. The beds were the most uncomfortable. If carpet wasn’t so disgusting, I would have slept on floor. The headboard was covered in handprints from you know what? . The tub was filled with black mold and mildew and the shower curtain was filthy. They were doing construction until late in the evening and doors are left open along the entire building. Nothing covered to protect furniture. The housekeeping came twice in five days and left dirty towels. I spent 5 nights in misery. Whoever gave this place wonderful was obviously not into cleanliness or comfort. The breakfast wasn’t served until 730, so I never saw it. The only good part was the check in. The man was very nice. This place needs a complete overhaul. Obviously, they are doing that, but that should have been disclosed. We work very early to very late and listening to saws was not what I signed up for. Neither was this dump! But lesson learned. The location was ideal for what we came for. Rest was not one of them. My back hasn’t been the same since.

We stayed two nights in Kennebunk at Port Inn and Suites. The condition of our room was disappointing. The carpet was filthy and there were at least 7 spiders all around the ceiling in our room (and more in the bathroom). In addition, the wood trim around the bathroom door looked as if a dog was left in there and tried to scratch his way out. On the brighter side, they did offer a nice continental breakfast and a nice area to eat. The pool looked nice and was still open, but we did not utilize it because it was a bit cool outside.

We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. There was a king bed, a sofa, a full kitchen with stove-top and dishwasher. It was a fully supplied with cutlery, pans, dishes, etc. There was a problem with the refrigerator leaking and a maintenance worker was promptly sent. convenient The dog area was convenient and was well maintained. Had it been summer there was a lovely outdoor pool. The lobby was inviting. Because of our dog we were not able to attend the breakfast which appeared plentiful.

We always stay here every April for the last handful of years. I was under impressed with the HVAC system on this trip. On the cold days the heat didn’t seem to be where we set the temperature to & the room had a condensation/humidity like feel. There was condensation on the room windows/mold/mildew on the window sill/ledge, also on the back to the darkening shades. Our towels never dried due to this fact & articles of our clothes that had gotten rained on never dried out completely (hung out on hangers), the carpet even had a moisture feel on it towards the end of our stay.

The property and staff were very friendly and clean. Definitely great value for what we needed in our stay. The hotel room was a nice size and very convenient. Our only concern was the WiFi. They need a better network to support the location. Otherwise, we had an amazing experience

We were in a room facing US 1 and it was very noisy all night. The rooms wasn't the cleanest- mold On the shower curtain. A long walk to ice and vending: nice front desk she ate at late check in - but be sure to call ahead if you’re checking in after 10pm.

Our first room has some minor issues that were easily fixed but they upgraded us while they fixed them! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately our last day there was someone above us with a child that was running a marathon but until then it was an extremely pleasurable experience! They are pet friendly and the parking is right next to the doors. I also enjoyed the centralized accessibility to the area.

On the Hotel.com website it stated my total costs including taxes for Port Inn and Suites Kennebunk however, when I checked in at the front desk I was charged an extra $10 which was a “Fee” that they charge! What’s up?

Check in was most unpleasant. The attendant was behind plexiglass, did not speak up, entered information inaccurately, and was not friendly. The check in area has multiple signs saying how much things like checking in early would cost and the things the hotel would not be liable for. Again, very unwelcoming. The breakfast was not very good and the space was inadequate for the guests. The room smelled, perhaps from a prior smoker. The sofa in our efficiency was stained.

Great location. Easy parking. Clean property. Easy & quick drive to Kennebunkport. Walking distance to Kennebunk shops, restaurants & farm where they sell incredible cookies & other baked goods. Would have been great if the room didn’t have carpet & that the mini refrigerator made less noise.

Really very happy with the Port Inn. Our 3-day stay was everything we could ask for. Nice, clean room, well-kept property, nice pool, and good breakfast. Also very convenient to town and dining. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was OK, the photos online made it look much nicer than what it was. Breakfast was VERY limited, there were granola bars, apples, toast, jam, muffins etc. There were no hot breakfast items available. The room we stayed in was near the road and was quite loud in the morning when traffic started. The pool was Ok but it was next to the parking lot (by the main road) and smaller than it looked in the pictures. I believe housekeeping comes every other day, and after 10 pm there is not staff until morning. There is a number to call if issues arise. All in all I would stay again, but I had higher expectations.

First surprise-the $10 “service charge” that I was unaware of. Should have read the fine print. Second surprise-the pool was out of service. Third surprise-the internet stopped working after dinner. Fourth-continental breakfast didn’t start until 7:30. Not at all helpful for anyone needing to be up and out early. Out of curiosity I checked it out later on my way back by. Can only be described as minimal. No OJ in the machine. I will not stay there again.

Cute Inn with electric chargers which is a huge bonus! Breakfast was nice out on the deck-washer was broken which was kinda a thing for us after travelling from Colorado but we found a laundromat. Overall a pleasant experience:

In room 212 the shower rod is broken therefore the curtain does not stay closed, we had to lay towels down on the faucet end as the water poured out freely. Otherwise best place we've stayed in a long time, thank you!!!

Room was clean, had a slight stale smell to it, but went away after opening windows for awhile. Beds were okay, could be a bit softer for my liking. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was meh..typical continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient. Close to towns and restaurants.

I liked the property and would stay there again. Our room had the kitchenette and was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, clean and room was quiet. The bathroom could use a nice deep cleaning. It wasn’t horrible but the tub was dirty with soap scum Although small, breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed eating on the enclosed porch I also appreciated that we were able to get a free parking pass to the beaches (which would have cost $40 a day to purchase)
