An eclectic property in terms of design and layout, but charming in it's own right, very clean and professionally run. Good fitness room, outdoor pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was done very well, with lots of choice and attentive staff keeping all replenished and in order.

The White House inn exceeded my expectations. It is located in a rough, truck stop area. BUT, the lobby, rooms, restaurant and amenities were all very good. Excellent breakfast was included. The pool and spa were good, maybe not the best location for the pool. It's in the middle of the parking lot. However, we enjoyed it overall.

Pool is outdoors only - wrong time of year, but did have indoor hot tub. Most of the exercise equipment wasn’t working correctly. Breakfast excellent! Room clean and quiet. Would recommend and consider staying if I visit Bangor again.

Our stay was wonderful. Large room, comfortable bed, and dog friendly. All amenities in the room which was clean and nicely decorated with added touches such as reading lights, two suitcase racks, and extra USB ports. Lobby was large and very nicely decorated for the Christmas holidays. Although conveniently close to the highway, there was a doggie walking trail in the adjacent large field. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend.

This hotel is pet friendly, but the mess from the pets who were previously in our room was not cleaned up. There was cat puke on the floor, the carpet was not clean, and there were crumbs of cat food on the sink counter behind the Kleenex box. The breakfast was ok, and the front desk attendant offered me a $30 gift card to compensate for the barf on the floor, but I will not be returning. The least they could do is run a vacuum over the floor (if they had then they would have noticed the cat barf) and thoroughly clean the countertop.

Bathroom was dirty, shower drain didn’t work well it took forever for it to drain. Dirt in bathtub and on toilet when we arrived. Hair was tangled in the washcloths that was hanging in the bathroom. Room was very outdated and over priced!! Asked if a roll away cot was available and the night staff guy said no. He was not very friendly.

Nice size hotel room with comfy bed fridge and microwave. Nice linens and clean. Friendly staff. There is a common area where you can go and play checkers or a game. Buffet breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. I always choose this hotel when I am in the Bangor area.

Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping, every team member was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was above and beyond typical continental breakfast. Hotel was very clean, every time I turned around someone was cleaning something. Would definitely stay again.

My room was spotless - probably the most well-kept, cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever had. Spacious room and I really appreciated the lighting options and locations in the room. The hotel had great little details like mini fridges in the room and plugs/usb ports that were easily accessible on the top of the desk and bedside table. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Bangor.

Mold in the ac unit caused a severe allergic reaction. Carpet smelled like smoke in the non-smoking area. Disgusting bathroom with water damage all over the door. Beds that were all spring with no mattress. This is not a 3 star hotel. This is a lizard lot motel. I want my money back.

The least comfortable mattresses you could ever pay to "sleep on". They were hard as rocks and you could feel the springs stabbing you. I maybe got 3 hours of sleep because I was so uncomfortable. The room also smelt like mildew and the hallways had zero air conditioning so they were swampy and humid. Its also surrounded by an industrial area and the pool aits just off the highway. Only bonus is the free breakfast buffet was tasty in comparison to everything else I guess 😅

room was nice and we liked the decor. heat/air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like the fan is going to fail soon. We informed the front desk, so hopefully, the issue is resolved for the next occupant.

My wife is handicap and asked what floor we were on, we were told the 3rd floor which wasn't true, I made a reservation for two beds and instead a king bed. The person at the front was away from the desk a lot and many times never answered the phone. Not pleased with the overall service, especially for the amount of money that I had to pay.

When we first got there, our room had plumbing problems. We didn’t even unpack yet. I informed the front desk and they brought us a plunger and said go to it. I wasn’t gonna touch that thing, but they were sold out at the motel so my husband attempted and it upset me, so I went to the front desk because the attempt was not working and the front desk manager was going to put us into separate rooms for the next two nights which I thought was OK but being slightly handicap was hard for me to swallow so he said I am sorry I can do better than that And he upgraded our room. He was very nice and very understanding. We had a very nice Stay there.

Beautiful and clean property conveniently located near the airport. Staff at check in was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast included in your stay is above average, fresh food and good selection. We were very pleased with our stay.

We arrived early and they were able to check us in to a lovely upgraded to a beautiful suite with a fire place. The lady at the front desk was helpful by giving us suggestions on what to do on our short stay in Bangor. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a White House theme. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was everything you could have wanted. We would happily stay here again

As a Best Western member I was given a room upgrade, the front desk man Matt did an awesome job of checking myself and a co-worker in. Breakfast was the best, everything you could expect and more. The lady running the breakfast was just fabulous and friendly, very willing to help wherever required.

Even though it was right off the highway we did get lost and had a terrible time finding the place. We almost missed the signage at the road going into the place. It was right next to a trucker stop where we ended up eating our dinner. It was the closest option and we could walk to it. For anything else the location was definitely not walkable.

Very unique hotel. The best continental breakfast. It’s more like a breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

No need to go anywhere. The Whitehouse Imn is located beside a roadside diner that’s famous for its baked goods and meals and they serve a descent breakfast buffet in the hotel.

Older hotel but great staff - very friendly. Although older, very clean. Not much around it but great food at Dysart’s Truck Ctr a 2 min walk away. Breakfast is very well done with great selection of items from eggs to pancakes, waffles, sweets…you name it. Great budget stay.

We were SO pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We stayed in the three-queen-bed suite and it was absolutely huge—especially compared to most hotel rooms. We had so much space to spread out, which was amazing when traveling with kids. It was easily one of the most comfortable hotel stays of our trip. The pool area was probably our favorite surprise. The outdoor pool is HEATED, which we weren’t expecting at all and made such a difference! And the hot tub is unlike any hotel hot tub I’ve seen. It’s enormous—more like a small pool—deep, spacious, and even has a waterfall feature. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever, and we loved it too. Breakfast was fine and had enough options to get everyone fed, but nothing particularly special. Honestly, though, that didn’t take away from our stay at all. For the amount of space we had and how much we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, this place was such a win. If you’re traveling with a larger family and can snag the three-queen suite, DO IT. We would absolutely stay here again!

We drove back to NH from Nova Scotia and used this as a mid-way location. Location was perfect, the hotel is lovely, the indoor spa was wonderful, the outdoor pool sparkled, the room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. A much needed relaxing stop from our long drive, the staff were great, everything about it was wonderful.

The gate to the pool was difficult for anyone to maneuver. The room on the third floor felt claustrophobic with the window being on the ceiling. Great breakfast.
