Francis Scott Key Family Resort

The room was super clean, staff friendly and helpful. The blow dryer in my room only worked on the high setting. It would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom above the toilet to store things. I will definitely return

Hotel was fine, pool areas make it great, but we unfortunately got stuck in between a domestic incident where half of my family was unable to go into our room at 10pm because the police blocked off the whole building area where we were staying. So half of us stayed in the car and half got stuck in the room. No fault of the property but at the same time we couldn’t even use the services we paid for.

They didn’t have anything that was so pose to be with rooms… They didn’t give us enough adult bracelets an not enough for the kids… The pool was way to much colorer in the pool we had to leave cause my grandsons face started to swell up cause of the colorer in the pool… There wasn’t no handicap accessibility… They mini golf wasn’t open… As many people we had I thought we get treated better… The lady at the pool where u get food was very friendly and nice… I won’t stay here again sorry

We thoroughly enjoy this hotel. We plan on returning next year.

Freezer didn’t work, but wasn’t a deal breaker to ask for a room switch. Dated room but I wasn’t expecting it to be renovated. It served its purpose and we had fun. Restaurants nearby and OC boardwalk was 5 minutes away.
