The Alta Apartments by Urban Rest

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Location is good, close to the CBD. Our Air con was not working. Double bed size needs to be upgraded to Queen or King. Bedroom door had paint peeling off the bottom..that should have been repaired.

Very airy garden apt. with almost new fittings. Perfect location for city. Convenient parking. Remarkably quiet.

The condo was in a perfect location. Walking distance to most attractions. We started walking towards the Opera House and stopped in several other attractions on the way. It did not make it feel long. There was plenty of restaurants around and shopping stores. The best one was Aldi. We were able to get some groceries when we arrived and throughout our week here. There's a liquor store right next to Aldi. That was nice as well. Plenty of good wine. The bathrooms and the kitchen could use an upgrade as well as the comforters had stains on them. They were just stains, not dirty. The laundry area was fantastic. They had left some soap for us and everything. If I was to go back to Sydney, I would come back to this condo. Finally, they could use some blackout window curtains.

Very very nice. Felt very safe. Across the road from police station. Nicely appointed kitchen with laundry facilities. Very comfortable bed and spacious appt. Lovely welcome gift which was a surprise. Has a Aldi grocery shop next door which was fantastic as weather was poor, so didn’t have to walk far to shop. Will definitely stay there again
