Well clean place and well manner staff

No pool like it said on the site Wifi wasnt working hotel couldn’t fix it Wouldn’t take deposit from my debit card I had to go get cash then come back

I rarely write bad reviews.. so I will start out by saying the person who was there was very helpful, but everything else about my experience was not good. The room was dirty, used tissue on the floor, pile of bugs in the corner and glitter and dirt on one of the beds. The entire floor was 90+ degrees, and the air was turned off in the room, so when I entered it was that hot. The TV didn't work, I couldn't call out on the phone, and the latch didn't work. As a solo female, I wasn't staying in a room where the latch didn't work, so I asked to switch rooms. The person at the desk was helpful and gave me a new room, which was better, but still 90+ degrees upon entering, and at that point I was trying to sleep, so I had to wait a good hour for the room to cool enough to be comfortable. It seems the rooms have been remodeled, but it is still definitely lacking. There was also no breakfast as advertised.. and maybe I left too early, but there was no one at the front desk when I left to ask. Aside from the broken latch, it felt relatively safe.
