The customer service could have been better.Upon entering the hotel at 115 p.m. I was not greeting at the time the room on the first floor was ready. The gentleman enter the front desk and did not speak and I said hello. He did not saying abything. Therefore I thought the young man was hard of hearing Customer service can be better The lady we going put them in 103 like we were not human the front desk and take some customer service training because they should be little friendly . No lights in the hall way

Property was located near the major highway and was a number of restaurants to dine as well. Ample parking as well and staff were friendly and courtesy!!!

What A Fantastic Friday! Greetings All, The extended stay property was good; especially since I just needed a place to sleep after visiting a friend. It was also convenient for stores to be 5 minutes away; if I needed anything. The only two things I would suggest are having a modern TV and putting better lights in the Hallway. I tried to access my Netflix Account and was unsuccessful. I returned late from my friend's BBQ; the hallway was dim. Blessed Regards, KayKay

The bathroom was not clean at all. Found roaches crawling around but it was worth what I paid, it's really affordable and I was only there for a few hours only. The breakfast is not what I thought it was nothing but muffins, granola bars, coffee and tea they do not do hot breakfast.

Arrived late past midnight. No one was at front desk. Waited 2 hours. Called the 800 number and they could not get a hold of anyone. Ended up getting a room at the nearby Holiday inn for the night. Found Roaches in the room. Musty odor in the room.

Overall the hotel was okay. It met our basic needs and the bed mattress was comfortable. The maintenance of the place was less than desired. The corridor on the 2nd floor had a very funky stale kind of smell. The room did not smell since it had an air freshener and plug in and the AC ran all the time. It had a full kitchen but you have to go the front desk to ask for any cutlery, plates, etc. The cabinets and fridge have also seen better days with visible damage. Overall the room was spacious. The breakfast was extremely basic with some kellog granola bars, packaged muffins and very light watered down coffee. Hot water was also available if you wanted instant oatmeal, tea, hot chocolate, etc. It's all grab and go. Something is better than nothing. There is a grocery store across the street, some fast food and restaurants across so you have options. Next to the highway so good location. I may have given an overall rating of 4 if the hallway smell was not there and the room was more updated.

If i could id give a negative 0.Rooms and lobby not same as the in the advertisements. The Furniture, desks, floors cabinets are all worn, dirty, and old . Dont get me started on the water pressure in the shower. The holes in the walls, the hard as Hades mattress, the old and scratchy brown "blanket"...the bathroom and kitchenette sinks would leak from the knobs (not just the faucet!) and they would overflow if I let them run.

Older place, rooms updated with laminate flooring which is much nicer than carpet. Clean, comfortable bed. Very little water pressure in the shower, no coffee pot or coffee in the rooms. ( Did see a card later where you can request one tho.) ok for quick one night stop.

Guess you get what you pay for. Needed a place that was pet friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and make a noise every time you moved. Room appeared to be clean however found men’s boxers near the chair in the corner. The AC unit was dirty. You could hear the people in the room next door all night partying. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nobody was at the desk upon check in. Had to call the main number to get someone there. Then was told my reservation was cancelled due to no double beds and that they should have called me well they didn't. Had to take a double bed and share instead of 2 beds in the room. No breakfast as advertised or restaurant. Keys stopped working had to go back to desk. Outlet didn't work had to reset that.

The staff at Extended Stay is so welcoming and kind. Circumstances have dictated that I have needed to stay in a hotel for several months. Most of that time I’ve been in a Hilton Hotel because of honors program. Frankly, the staff here has been more pleasant and helpful than any of the Hilton properties. This will be “home” for me until I’m back in my permanent residence.

The staff at Extended Stay is so welcoming and kind. Circumstances have dictated that I have needed to stay in a hotel for several months. Most of that time I’ve been in a Hilton Hotel because of honors program. Frankly, the staff here has been more pleasant and helpful than any of the Hilton properties. This will be “home” for me until I’m back in my permanent residence.

Its right off 95 to rest forca while. Close to wegmans walmart restaurants off in a quiet place near all kinds of things. For me i needed a safe place to rest. It was great really clean and free breagast otems.

Property was located near the major highway and was a number of restaurants to dine as well. Ample parking as well and staff were friendly and courtesy!!!

Its a little bit of a challenge to find at night and the beds are hard. Also, the linens,bed and bathroom are very chinzy.

We have stayed here many times when we are in the area. It is always clean and the check in and out were both quick and courteous. The area offers easy access to restaurants and it is close to the interstate. This is our go to hotel in this area.

Nobody was at the desk upon check in. Had to call the main number to get someone there. Then was told my reservation was cancelled due to no double beds and that they should have called me well they didn't. Had to take a double bed and share instead of 2 beds in the room. No breakfast as advertised or restaurant. Keys stopped working had to go back to desk. Outlet didn't work had to reset that.

The bathroom was not clean at all. Found roaches crawling around but it was worth what I paid, it's really affordable and I was only there for a few hours only. The breakfast is not what I thought it was nothing but muffins, granola bars, coffee and tea they do not do hot breakfast.

Overall the hotel was okay. It met our basic needs and the bed mattress was comfortable. The maintenance of the place was less than desired. The corridor on the 2nd floor had a very funky stale kind of smell. The room did not smell since it had an air freshener and plug in and the AC ran all the time. It had a full kitchen but you have to go the front desk to ask for any cutlery, plates, etc. The cabinets and fridge have also seen better days with visible damage. Overall the room was spacious. The breakfast was extremely basic with some kellog granola bars, packaged muffins and very light watered down coffee. Hot water was also available if you wanted instant oatmeal, tea, hot chocolate, etc. It's all grab and go. Something is better than nothing. There is a grocery store across the street, some fast food and restaurants across so you have options. Next to the highway so good location. I may have given an overall rating of 4 if the hallway smell was not there and the room was more updated.

I chose "the extended stay" to save money by cooking my own meals. Unfortunately when i brought in our groceries after checking, we saw all the cupbords were bare. We went to the front only to find out they have minimal dishes and only sauce pans. How do you cook pasta in a sauce pan? So much for cooking dinner. There wasn.t a breakfast either, instant oatmeal and a package muffin isn.t breakfast. The AC in the room wasn.t keeping up. The room was very clammy. Very dissapointed.

No one at front desk to check in. Rude person when we get checked in. Had a small service dog / gave us a room on the third floor and told us we couldn’t take the dog on the elevator. They wanted me to walk three flights with my dog. I can hardly walk myself.

The room AC dint work, there was grout missing in the tub/shower and the whole placed reeked of weed and had an 80s vibe. I would only stay there as a last resort. Compared to the other options nearby, send the extra $10 and stay at the homewood or hilton...
