I got this VRBO for my wedding weekend for my bridesmaids and I. At the time of the booking I did not have a place for our rehearsal dinner and the listing said that we would have events at the VRBO. I reached out and they wanted to charge me as if everyone was going to be spending the night at the house when in reality they were not going to. I was surprised especially since I paid almost double of what they were asking for that one event for the whole weekend. Once we got to the house we felt that we were paying for the location. The house was 10 minutes from the wedding venue. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. the beds seemed to have matteress toppers on them but I still felt the hard bed under it. They also turned the laundry room into a bedroom which also housed the AC unit and a shower curtain was the only divider. On the plus side they supplied more than enough towels and bedding materials. The management company was very communicative as well the whole time. The check in process was seemless and they wrote out all of the directions which was very helpful.

Too many rules including can you believe " No Deficating in the yard" (Who does that?), WAY WAY TOO MANY TEXTS BEFORE/DURING/AFTER STAY!!!, Terrible location, Yard has 12 chairs outside around firepit but you can only have a few people out there according to rules. Most guests were really unhappy with stay. I will stop here but there is way more.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!
