SpringHill Suites Devens Common Center

The evening staff was excellent! Professional and kind. The day staff was not hospitable at all. When asked for late check out I was told it was not possible. I asked if there was anyone coming into my room after us, I was told no there was not but that they did not do late check out. I offered to pay a 1/2 day rate since my child was not feeling well and wanted to let her rest a little longer and I was told they did not do that. Though, i was told by staff if I had higher status with Marriott it would have been possible for a later check out. We will not be staying here again.

Clean room...very quiet

Not too many options in the area but this place is very nice.

Staff were very nice. Location convenient to several restaurants in the same plaza. Pretty good breakfast with hot options. Good vale for price
