Very nice hotel. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff super helpful and pleasant. Convenient location for our banquet which was in a room attached to hotel over walkway.

the indoor pool was green. I was supposed to have a suite but only had one room with pull out sofa. could not use pull out sofa because it was hitting air conditioning unit. I was overcharged for my stay. it was supposed to be 530 but I was charged 560. the only good thing with this hotel was the breakfast bar. everything else was terrible I would rate 0 if I could.

Everything was great. The parking was a little inconvenient, but nothing I couldn't live with for a night or two.

Rooms were fine, reasonably priced, but showing some wear and tear. It was a busy weekend with limited parking, which was the only real problem.

Gym should open at 5:00 AM

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, but other than that, the stay was great and felt safe.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had good options. Room was clean. Pool neesa work. It smelled ike the sewer and was cloudy. Seemed unsanitary foe my kids to go into. Management needa to look into the pool. Loud neighbors all night.

Pretty standard. Went to use pool at 8:20 PM and it was closed. Pleasant enough stay.

Positives: -The exterior of the building, including the landscaping, are well kept -The staff is friendly and attentive -The beds are comfortable (but bring your own pillow, these are the heavy feather type that once you sink into them stay very flat and are not comfortable in the least) -Pool and exercise room are clean -Continental breakfast is very good, make your own waffles and fresh egg frittatas are very yummy! Negatives: -Room was absolutely filthy, i.e., an area of the carpet was soaking wet and could still smell vomit that was barely cleaned up from the previousguests -Bedding had dirty smudges and hair on it (did not appear it was changed, just made up between guests) -Shabby anesthetics, i.e., peeling paint in the bathroom (and no exhaust fan!), exposed or poorly patched ceiling in vanity area, several stains on carpet which was generally in poor condition, dings in the walls, unclean or un-vacuumed carpet, etc.. -Hallways had several stains on carpets (the "bridge" was closed and it looked like a large blood stain in the middle of the walkway!) -For a Marriott, this had the vibe of a dingy cheap motel room in a rundown area, extremely disappointed and disgusted, can not in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone

The pool was very dirty and greasy

Outdated. Room needed to be cleaned better. Plumbing was not good.

Bathroom was dirty- hair, shower curtain was way too long, so that you step on it when you’re in the shower, shower was curtain was orange and in need of a replacement

Overall everything was clean. Except for the carpet. Our feet were black from how dirty the rugs were. We ended up having to walk around in shoes. Everything was great though

Nice place and quiet. Only one thing was bad ,the curtains was very dirty from inside between window and curtains ,you touch those curtains you get something white like a paint on your body,so you have to take a shower really quick cause thats something i never seen in my life. In the rest its a nice hotel.

The free breakfast was great! The property smelled musty and mildewy. Needs new carpeting and perhaps some investigation for mold or mildew.

My room smelled like sewage and brown stains on rug! As if there was a flood and the rugs were never cleaned! Nice outside area and tunnel between buildings and outside tables - but need to spray for mosquitos - huge mosquitos attacking everyone!

While our room appeared to be clean, the entire hallway smelled strongly like vomit from the day we checked in until we checked out. We probably would not stay here again.

The room was in desperate need of repair, the bathroom countertop was falling apart, bath tub needed a good scrub and re-caulking. Awoke to take a shower and there was no hot water.

Room detail says hot tub. There was no hot tub. There was no access to hot tea or coffee in the lobby outside of breakfast. The bathroom light only works if the “master light” switch was on. Who knew??? Showers took forever to get hot water. Pull out couch was terribl to sleep on.

The shower head was really run down, dirty/cruddy. You couldn't keep the shower temp consistent. Glue looking stain as you exit the restroom on carpet. TV placement in weird spot. Can't really see from the beds, but also can't really see from couch. Should have two tv's in room.

The room was clean. However, get ready to hear everything single step and sound from the others rooms!

The plaxe was nice and clean, the issue and i dont know if you can fix it, but its the ac unuts in the room, everytime they start up it soumds like and engie back firing. Kept waking me up.

Booked two rooms and had a great stay. It is a well maintained property. The rooms are a bit sound porous and that meant we could overhear voices from the neighbours.

Unfortunately it was incredibly loud. Not just the people in the halls, but there was a constant noise in our room that sounded like the water running on the floor above us. The staff were not very friendly. It was clean and felt like a safe area.

Staff was great but room had a musty smell and foldout couch was not something anyone could actually sleep on, you could feel every spring. Had to purchase an air mattress.

We were there for a volleyball tournament with many other leagues staying at the same hotel, during a winter storm. Overall, the stay was great. Front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious, giving the feeling of a separate living room from the bedroom with a half wall in between (it was nice to sit on the sofa or large desk/table and eat or watch a movie together as opposed to sitting on the bed). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only issue we had was our toilet overflowing a couple of times and it took quite a bit of time for someone to come and deal with it but once someone came, they took care of the issue and cleaned the bathroom (call the front desk instead of speaking to housekeeping for immediate resolution, which was our mistake). I love that the hotel was in its own little plaza with some food options, such as a restaurant (I think it was a Mexican grill restaurant), pizza shop (very good), dunkin donuts, etc, all within walking distance. It was very convenient. The hotel was very busy with the tournament going and different leagues staying but everyone was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

Nice place to stay if you are going to a concert at the Bull Run in Shirley (9 minute drive). Nice facility and rooms were spacious. Only problem was at check in. I had reserved four rooms and the first guest that arrived received the wrong room - so when I showed up there wasn't a room with my name on it. After doing a pre check in I expected a quick stop at the front desk that took 10 minutes to resolve. Still not sure if the billing all worked out correctly.

The staff were awesome and friendly

We stayed for one night as a stay over for something we had to attend early in the morning. It was a nice place for our overnight stay. Staff were great and the b-fast was very good.

I had several issues during my stay. Upon arrival, there was a problem with my card at check-in, which took some time to sort out. The side entrance door locks didn’t work properly, and the WiFi connection was unreliable—likely due to the hotel being in a low-coverage area. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help, but the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom felt dingy, with a dirty tub cover and an old mat that looked unsanitary. The couch in the room was also worn and stained. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the space. The hotel’s dining options were minimal and not very appealing. To top it off, a blue light in the room flashed every 20 seconds, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Atari the front desk attendant was amazing as was B.E of the hospitality room. Otherwise the remainder of the staff was not friendly, especially the Manager Jon. I have never entered a hotel and passed a desk where when I say hello I am ignored, this includes the Manager. Passed him several times in the hall and the same treatment. Made to feel as if I was in his way.

The guest service was very pleasant. Starting with the checing process at the front desk, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I was allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time without any hassle. I felt very welcome

Nice facility and friendly staff!

After a great start at check in, our stay went quickly downhill after returning from an evening out. People on our floor kept up a loud, disruptive party until midnight and, despite being assured that security would check , nothing was done. We were then abruptly awakened at 7:30 am by housekeeping attempting to enter our room despite the deadbolt being on and the Do Not Disturb tag on the door. The excuse was that she was given the wrong information. The final issue was, in a nearly empty hotel, we were given a room so close to the elevator that there was little chance of sleeping anyway!

This is a clean, quiet Hotel with spacious rooms that is convenient to many activities in the area.

Not much dining around there but several good dining options in Ayer only about 1.5 miles away. There were a lot of kids staying there our second night and apparently the next morning the breakfast area was rather chaotic as a result but I was fortunately able to go later and avoid it. All in all, quite pleased and would stay here again.

It is a nice hotel and conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle.

Breakfast was excellent and servers very Friendly!!!

There was a very welcoming atmosphere. The issue I have was no ice on any floors except the first floor. Also, running out of breakfast by 8:00 is obsurd. The kitchen personnel was not prepared for the pace of the guest in replenishing the simplest item..hot water. They complained about the children eating all the breakfast. I am sure these children were registered with their ages so that should not be an issue considering there was an event in town. The housekeeper’s worked really hard to keep the rooms clean and it showed. Overall, a nice location for a hotel.

Their continental breakfast needs to be improved. Waffler makers is good. Its the other selection of a meat and eggs.

The hotel food was the most unhealthy food you can imagine.

Clean comfortable room with friendly front desk personnel! Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty offerings, including many chosen for taking to go. One small criticism, and I mean small… apparently more than a couple of the doors, including ours, have lever handles that must be pulled up rather than down. Not a big deal, but a heads up from the front desk would have saved me a return trip.

Our room was very comfortable, convenient, and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful. The whole property was very clean, quiet, and convenient.

The breakfast was amazing! A great selection, including multiple toppings for yogurt and oatmeal. The blueberry compote was excellent. The weekday staff, Aparacida and Linda, were very friendly and cheerful. A great way to start the day!

The hotel was nice and clean. It was convenient. The only little bit of issue we had was that they did not have enough breakfast for the amount of people that was their for the track event and other events. Other than that great experience.
