There is a fenced pool area, but it's bone-dry and looks as if it's been used as storage for at least a year. I wandered the whole property before I found the room with the ice machine ~ Put up some decent signs, people! Staff and service would have gotten 5 stars. The front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff I encountered were very pleasant. But my linens were missing both washcloths and a hand towel, and there were no plastic cups. Good that the property is fenced, so the homeless aren't wandering thru the area. I felt my vehicle was safe from collecting fresh 'dings'. There are a few, due to proximity to the freeway. Circle K is a 1/4 mi walk up the road, with lots of homeless and very grouchy employees. There's Stripes Burrito Co next door, a Twisters across the street, and a cool pizzeria next to Twisters that has live bands on the weekend.

This property is also an extended stay and has people living there full time. It had groups of teenagers hanging around walking around the parking lot. The area of town it is in had a large amount of homeless people going through all of the hotel parking lots

The first room smelled like cigarettes & weed. Bedding was dirty. Had to remind the staff i requested handicapped accessible. Got moved to another room. 2nd room had foot prints on the sheets and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall.

Pretty disgusting and the service wasn’t great either. The bedsheets were nasty, the floors sagged and were squishy. When we went to check in the attendant was too busy FaceTiming on her phone to notice I was there. After super uncomfortable night we went down for breakfast to find no plates, bowls, a tiny bit of cereal left, an empty waffle machine, spoiled oranges, and no milk for coffee. Apparently they also auto deactivated our keys and several others before check out since several people had to get them to come open up the rooms to let us get our things out. This was at 9am! No outdoor trash cans were available and one hand towel for 4 people ? Being charged a $100 holding deposit for an already trashed room with ripped up furniture seems a bit redundant. I’ll Never stay at a days inn again.

This place is filthy. Whole heartedly, especially if you have kids, DON’T stay here. The floors leave your feet black after just 10 minutes. Our chairs had makeup foundation all over them, there was a COCKROACH in our bed, red liquid running down the side table that hadn't been thoroughly wiped. There was a burn hole in our comforter, covered by the top sheet, and there was literally nowhere clean to go except the bed. If you were alone or a couple, could probably get through your stay gritting your teeth, but as a family with kids, we left promptly. And even after all these things wrong, they’re refusing refund.

This place was dirty. Cigarette burns everywhere. Check in guy was rude. Dirty pillows, and sheets. They closed breakfast way early. I have a service guy and the employee asked me, what disability i have my dog for. Even though i had an id card for him. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Do not book a room here.

LOUD, highway noise was terrible. We usually stay at a closeby hotel that backs to same highway and here the noise was aweful. AC unit gasped and weezed then clunked in the morning. I dont understand, there was signs of so much work being done to make it nice and it seems that it was all appearance rather than true improvements. Fridge was new, didnt work. No coffee maker in room. so to sum up, looks nice but is just not.

It needs some attention. Room we booked had a non-functioning toilet, the replacement was located on first floor near outdoor staircase. Could hear people going up and down, the people above moving around. People next door were talking loudly after midnight and then someone was sick-coughing and vomiting? around 2:30am. We did not have a good night!

The area is alittle scary but the rooms are good. older hotel. area seems alil rundown there was a cockroach in bathoom i killed it. breakfast was just waffles. no coffee was on. closed restruarants in are. but looks like new eating places popping up. $67 on sat nite was good price though oh yeah walls are thin plus you can hear people walking around on 2nd floor

Internet is good, but not good enough for teleconferences (e.g., Zoom calls). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast available but very limited. My husband and I were traveling our way across country and just needed a stopover place to stay the night. This hotel was just renovated a year ago and unfortunately the “locals” have already caused damages to the property. There was a couple inches of water damage to the bottom of the backside of the bathroom door and a couple small hair ties stuck in the sink drain. It also seems like the housekeepers aren’t paying attention because our fitted sheet on the mattress had a hole right in the center of it and they forgot to leave any large bath towels in the bathroom. Fortunately the night duty guy was very nice and ran around and grabbed us towels out of an empty room. The walls are thin and our neighbors spent the night hacking up a lung but we managed to drown them out with the tv. The neighborhood is a bit shady, and I felt the need to keep my pepper spray on hand while walking around the property and street. But there is a great little bar and restaurant directly across the street that was open until about 11pm and made us some great food. The best part of this property was the guys that run it. Very nice and helpful.

This location did not honor my reservation and gave away the 2 rooms i had payed for and booked prior. They failed in providing proper notice, and the staff told me to "find somewhere else to go". The location is refusing to refund my booking thru Expedia leading Expedia to give me a "sorry cant process the refund" absolutely terrible experience overall.

The hotel staff demanded $100 as security deposit which I never heard anywhere before. When I gave my card to use for security deposit, he used the card and also charged the room rent again in spite of me telling him that payment was already to Expedia. He said it was by mistake and that he will reverse it. Been 2 days now and the reversal is still not showing in my credit card statement. The $100 deposit is already reversed though. Not sure if he reversed it or playing some fraud. Please investigate.

Check in was a nightmare, dealing with the hotel receptionist was very rude and I was not informed about the hundred dollar deposit I would have to put up for my stay. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty the bathroom, the bedsheets, the floor, the sink, the mirror the property. The room was really nice. Great bed and bed sheets. Very cold air conditioning. The tv is not great (not smart tv and not good signal). Internet is good, but not good enough for teleconferences (e.g., Zoom calls). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast available but very limited. Great place to eat just in front with craft beers, delicious food, and live music during the weekend. The surroundings are not great, not bad either. In less than half an hour walking you can get to Walmart or to Starbucks. There is a Circle K really close.

My husband and I were traveling our way across country and just needed a stopover place to stay the night. This hotel was just renovated a year ago and unfortunately the “locals” have already caused damages to the property. There was a couple inches of water damage to the bottom of the backside of the bathroom door and a couple small hair ties stuck in the sink drain. It also seems like the housekeepers aren’t paying attention because our fitted sheet on the mattress had a hole right in the center of it and they forgot to leave any large bath towels in the bathroom. Fortunately the night duty guy was very nice and ran around and grabbed us towels out of an empty room. The walls are thin and our neighbors spent the night hacking up a lung but we managed to drown them out with the tv. The neighborhood is a bit shady, and I felt the need to keep my pepper spray on hand while walking around the property and street. But there is a great little bar and restaurant directly across the street that was open until about 11pm and made us some great food. The best part of this property was the guys that run it. Very nice and helpful.

Pretty disgusting and the service wasn’t great either. The bedsheets were nasty, the floors sagged and were squishy. When we went to check in the attendant was too busy FaceTiming on her phone to notice I was there. After super uncomfortable night we went down for breakfast to find no plates, bowls, a tiny bit of cereal left, an empty waffle machine, spoiled oranges, and no milk for coffee. Apparently they also auto deactivated our keys and several others before check out since several people had to get them to come open up the rooms to let us get our things out. This was at 9am! No outdoor trash cans were available and one hand towel for 4 people ? Being charged a $100 holding deposit for an already trashed room with ripped up furniture seems a bit redundant. I’ll Never stay at a days inn again.

There was no closet to hang up your coat, the bathtub was nasty and dingy. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of cereal and waffles that didn't cook all the way and were doughy. You also couldn't take food to your room. Don't recommend unless you are feeling desperate. Housekeeping never came to our room by the time we were ready to checkout around 11am.

The location was good but the room was dirty and beat up. They didn’t even bother to put out breakfast food, just came up with some excuse I didn’t understand. There was coffee but no styrofoam coffee cups. Worst place my husband and I have ever stayed in.

No garbage can and ice basket as normally provided in hotel rooms. Only 1 handkerchief towel and 2 stained bath towels were provided. The stucco ceiling in the bathroom was broken and falling off. The so-called continental breakfast has 1 waffle maker and 1 cereal while juice machine doesn't work. The door handle and lock were loose and almost fell off. The Days Inn HQ had better do something about it.

The staff is very very nice, the rooms are remodelled and it looks niceish. But, the breakfast is dirty and awful and they shouldnt even offer it. They offered rotting apples, dry cereal, unrefrigerated milk with milk rings around the container. They have a dirty waffle maker and no syrup, lukewarm watery coffee and a few pieces of bread to make toast with. They have juice, it tasted weird. Also, there was an entire transmission just sitting in the parking lot.

The entire property is supposed to be smoke-free. When I entered my assigned room it had clearly been recently smoked in. In addition to that, the bedspread was visibly very dirty, with multiple shoe prints and unidentifiable stains. I went back to the front desk and they immediately accommodated moving me to a different room. The door handle on that room wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for assistance. They promptly called maintenance and repaired the handle so I could enter the room. That room smelled clean. The bedspread had one small stain in a corner, but it appeared very old, so I let it be. A short while later I realized the room did not have any towels. The rooms did not have phones so I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for towels. They said they would send some up. About thirty minutes later the front desk clerk delivered the towels. When I went to get into the bed I realized the sheets were also stained. It was late and I was tired, so I just slept wrapped in my own blankets. In the morning I went to check on breakfast. The juice dispenser was out of order and the mini fridge was empty. The only options appeared to be a few slices of bread, and two types of cereal. I decided to get breakfast elsewhere. I will not be returning.

We were very disappointed in this Wyndham property and would have left for a different hotel if it wasn't during the Balloon Fiesta and rooms were hard to find. One of the beds in our room appeared not to have been changed. It had really wrinkled sheets on it but at least we had another bed we could use. The music from the bar across the street was SO loud it was even hard to visit. The walls were so thin that the snoring and arguing in the room next to ours kept us awake. The shower dripped all night long. It was not a good experience.

As a frequent user of the Expedia platform third party services, I kind go back the adage " if you don't have something good to say, say nothing at all". But for the sake of other travelers, I must provided Feedback. I'll start with I knew I was staying at a 2 star rated hotel, so "you get what you pay for", but a Wyndham property, I didn't expect it too be this "Bad". I stay at this property once back in the 1990's, things have greatly changed. My issues: 1. The Hotel.com site indicates, Breakfast Include, "Not True". 2. Asked a second electronic key because the key inevitably quit working, and it did. 3. The gap around the enter door to the room is so large you can see the image/shadow of everyone that walks pass it. 4. No bar to hang your clothes on in the room. 5. No bars to hang towels on. 6. No body soap nor shampoo in the dispensers. 7. The guy at the front desk not rude but matter of fact with no compassion nor sympathy guest feelings. Need less to say I will not be returning for More!

Some sort of red staining on the clean towels. Trash and discarded cleaning supplies on sidewalks and entryways. Honestly we almost left. I understand that options are limited during festival times but for 165+ a night I would expect better.
