We have stayed here a few times prior and this hotel has definitely gone downhill! First, Traveling with 82 year old parents and received an accessible room (Dad uses a walker ) They had bars around the toilet , perfect but a tub?? Neither one could get in to shower . My room on the other hand was not accessible no toilet hand-bars and had a walk in shower . Then parents had a bug in their bed the next morning and politely asked the management to at least change the sheets while we were gone for the second night . That did not happen until we returned 4pm and they were trying to change to go to a wake . My room had mold on the ceilings . The humidity was unreal in the rooms . It felt like we were in a rain forest . The breakfast was ok but the bananas were all super brown . When we checked in , A family was actually leaving after they checked in and the room was bad enough where they decided to leave . We are done with this hotel and definitely subpar!!!

very convenient location to travel from hotel to the cruise port in New Orleans. Breakfast was nice: plentiful and appealing. Ryan, at the front desk, was very helpful.
