The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay just to have peace and not let that spoil my vacation that I've planned way back so i didnt had any issues. It didn't help and i had non, ZERO support from HOTELS.COM.

Pousada muito confortável. Fiquei na suíte Naxos, com hidromassagem interna e piscina colada na janela do quarto, com vista para o mar. O acesso à pousada pode ser complicado para quem vai sem carro, porque o condomínio cobra uma taxa de entrada e tem muitas subidas. A comunicação por whatsapp também poderia fornecer mais detalhes, assim como o site. Mas na estadia, a equipe é muito prestativa, gentil, empática e se esforça pela melhor experiência. O café da manhã é ótimo, caseiro, e eles fazem tapiocas e crepiocas na hora. Há um restaurante com opções de almoço e jantar, para que não seja preciso sair da pousada. A grande vantagem da hospedagem é ter acesso ao mar por um deck, com caiaque e stand-up paddle já inclusos. Recomendo.
