There's got to be another place to stay in town if you're even thinking about this hotel and the front desk staff help that night on the phone was unacceptable.

Room was pretty good, better then expected. Would stay there again if we needed to. Bed was hard, that was the only down fall for me

We had no microwave and the beds had cigarette stains in the non-smoking beds.

The staff continuously called me to have me do early check in prior to even seeing the property and I had pay at property selected. She stated she’d tried to run my card to check me in WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was furious but had my card locked so she couldn’t. I’d never stay here again.

smelled like smoke when first getting into room despite no smoking policy and my husband noticed possible cigarette burns in the cover and pillow had ash. The pillows were tiny squares smaller than my couch accent pillows thin and lumping. Very thin covers and I covered with a towel to sleep on. otherwise quiet room and no other occupants seen coming and going and pre check in online was nice. no elevator see. But we are able body and could use a few stairs after the long drive. Should have probably used the atm in the lobby versus the casino. 10.99 charge at the casino
