Woman at front desk was a pleasant surprise at nearly 1 a.m. Friday night (we'd traveled 3.5 hours). Didn't realize there wasn't an elevator for my 86yo mom. Fine for the price, though.

Didn't know there wasn't an elevator when I booked online. Also, their breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that it's an ok hotel.

When we checked in i asked where was the pool because we were looking forward to having a swim while we stay. On the expedia app the pool is shown in the amenities. We theres no pool its covered with cement. There is no elevator which is inconvenient. The staff was very rude. It clearly states on there phone we can request a wake up call but when i requested it the front desk clerk was so rude and told they do that. .The room at first look is nice but once you really look the comforter was coved in stains. The pillows had looked like they were just used with hair and stains. The ac made loud rattling noise. Over all i was displeased with the service we received.

Front staff was friendly and prompt. Housekeeping was efficient. Property itself was quiet and cleanliness was not an issue. Some towels and washcloths had stains and were somewhat thinned out but otherwise usable. Good stay overall, would recommend.

From the mystery stain on the bed to the mystery stains on the lamp shades, these rooms have definitely seen some things. Someone’s fingernails were left on the bathroom counter. And there was mold on the bedsheet.

Mostly everthing was ok except the sheets, bedspread and towels. The sheets had what look the be weave glue on them and the bedspreads had holes in them.

Beds were made nicely. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning worked. Room outside but not where you can see where you parked. You have to check in through a window, lobby is not open. Rooms are very small as well as the beds. Receptionist was very polite and fast at checking us in.

I arrived on Friday night when I was given the keys to my room I walked over to the room and opened the door. The bed was undone bottle of water on the tv stand. I walked over to the reception desk told the reception desk. She gave me another room that room had trash inside people walking around the parking lot all hours of the night. I could hear people talking in the other room. Walls are super thin I would never again stay there.

THE reason for my stay there was because my husband had a heart attack and we were out of town. He was at the hospital there. I was running a lil behind checking out and the guy was rushing me and told me to hurry up.

Room was cleaned once in 14 days. Constant running out of towels and rags. Someone got smart with me when I asked about getting some towels, saying I told her the wrong room number after being there for 12 days. The ladies working the evening front desk tried to be helpful. Ive stayed here twice now but will not stay again.

We booked a one night stay. Nice, simple room. Shower was great. Short drive to the casinos. We were there for a concert and had a great time. Good customer service at the front desk. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

The room smelled bad and the bedding smelled bad also The toilet stopped up and they had no one to do anything about it when it happened at 4:30 am. Had to wait till 7:00. On the internet it says that there is breakfast and there was no breakfast. Was not impressed with the hotel

I spent the last 2 nights of my stay constantly calling the front desk asking them to get the guest in the room above me to be quiet. I have no idea what he was doing but sounded like he ran the floor back and forth. I know I can’t blame management but I feel they did not do enough to quiet him down. At least could have change one of our rooms. Plus the breakfast is a joke. I do better paying about 20 extra to get a real breakfast. I don’t think I’ll stay again.

Great accommodations. If I come through Lake Charles again, I'll stay there again. Rooms were very clean, hallway was very clean. The only thing I'd ask them to change is have a little more available for breakfast items.

Business trip. Clean room, clean bed, hot water and quiet. Price was good. Additional breakfast fee was a turn off.

Checked in around 9:00 p.m. did not realize there was no elevator. Had to tote our heavy luggage. Upstairs room was satisfactory. Mold was around the bathtub. Disgusting hair dryer didn't work. Had some kind of sticky yellow stuff All over all over the hair dryer. The bedding look like it had not been changed. Air condition worked great ,TV worked great, refrigerator worked great also. Left hotel to go to my appointment. When we got back we were locked out of our room before our checkout time at 11:00. Had to go back down the stairs. Get the key reprogram go upstairs. Get our stuff leave. It was not worth the hundred bucks a night at all🤐
