We have children and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. Understand that the pool needing repairs is out of their control. Holiday weekend with no pool would have a liked a heads up. Very limited channels on the television, upgrading to smart TV’s would be nice! Disappointing in the pool situation. Spent alot of money for a 3 night stay the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel

There is no working elevator. The front desk clerk says it hasn’t worked for nearly a week and it breaks often. So we had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs.

If you do not mind bugs in your room, bathtub, or finding hair in your bathtub the very first night, along with grime around the bathroom, sink, drain and all around the sink, not to mention stains in the bathroom towels then you have the right place. Will not repeat, will not stay there again.

Roaches in the refrigerator. Dirt and hair in the bathroom. No hot water at all. Expedia says this is pet friendly. It is not. Our dog had to sleep in the car. The worst part was finding roaches in the refrigerator. So gross.

Hotel was not clean, from the crumbs throughout my room chips in my AC vent, dirty microwave and fridge. The halls weren’t clean. It’s like they didn’t have enough staff or the staff wasn’t doing their job. There were never enough towels the front desk gal was on an hour smoke break and multiple guests had to go out and get her. Annoyed especially for the price. Find somewhere else. Not the holiday inn I once worked at. We had standards and rooms were checked before guests were able to be checked in that wasn’t done clearly.

This property looks to be newly remodeled and is pretty nice compared to their local competitors but it was pretty dirty. Our bathroom, including the shower was not cleaned well.

The staff were fresh and new and still learning, but they maintained composure and stayed the course with their customer service, determination to meet everyone's needs, and friendliness. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was hot and ready to go at designated times with several options for differences in diets. It was quiet, safe and I enjoyed my stay. I will use them again as they are always consistently delivering cleanliness, customer care, and positive attitudes.

I purchased the hotel through hotels.com and paid for the cancellation feature. Our tournament was relocated 3 days prior over an hour away. I tried to cancel, but hotels.com said the hotel after 48 hours would t reimburse my prepaid money. I am very disappointed in hotels.com because I was only able to use the app to ask if I still had the room the day of. NO REPLY We showed up to see if we had a room and we did to find There was leftover food and drinks in the fridge.

Not clean floors dirty. Rooms smell strange, no wifi even after i told them how to fix it(i'm a Systems Engineer). Receaved no help from inexperienced front desk attendent. She was swampped with people needing help and she was having to call someone on how to help each person/issue. Perfect customer centric person but just needed training on what to do for all issues.

Nice rooms with comfy bed and big fluffy pillows. Shower wasn't the greatest, it leaked water across the bathroom floor no matter how you had the shower curtain, and the water was very hot. Location is convenient to the highway and next to Walmart for any shopping needs. As hotels go, it was a good place to sleep.

I only had one complaint. The room had a funny odor. My nose adjusted to it but it wasn’t good. And the vacuum needed to be run over the carpet. I made the mistake of walking barefoot to the bathroom and then there were hairs on my feet.

Our rooms a/c didn’t work properly and the attendant took care of us right away and moved us to another room. The breakfast was very good with really good staff keeping things clean. We would have liked to had turkey bacon, since we don’t eat pork but overall it was good.

The service is fine, the breakfast looked great. My room was pretty clean, but smelled terrible....I thought maybe it was just because air was up high and so maybe it was just stale smelling. I went to dinner hoping that cooling the room off would help, but not really. I had already gotten all of my stuff unpacked or I might've asked to change - I was tired and didn't want the hassle. I have stayed there before and chose it again based on my last experience - it's very conveniently located for me. I might shop around though

We unfortunately didn’t get to stay at Holiday Inn express because they over booked themselves and called us less then 12hrs before we were supposed to arrive and told us they needed to relocate our stay. On the plus side we were relocated to the Grand Hotel Casino which was way nicer and the Holiday Inn Express covered the extra cost on the down side we were supposed to be staying at the same hotel with our entire softball team and because they over booked half of our team was relocated and we were all split up.

Arrived very late (2 a.m.) and the desk clerk was waiting on me. Was very polite and got me checked in super fast. Nice property, good location and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

We really liked this hotel. The area felt safe and there were lots of restaurants close by. Everything was clean and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

Staff very friendly. Free breakfast is actually breakfast worthy. Eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, pancakes and then all the other stuff most hotels tout as “breakfast”. Cereal, yogurt, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels…etc.

The staff were fresh and new and still learning, but they maintained composure and stayed the course with their customer service, determination to meet everyone's needs, and friendliness. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was hot and ready to go at designated times with several options for differences in diets. It was quiet, safe and I enjoyed my stay. I will use them again as they are always consistently delivering cleanliness, customer care, and positive attitudes.

The hot tub was disgusting. It was nasty and not even hot. I asked the front desk for a fan. I was told there wasn't a single fan in the Hotel. The room was clean enough and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast and staff friendliness was amazing throughout our stay. When we checked in there was a line to the door of people waiting and no one at the front desk. I’m sure the gal working was busy helping someone somewhere. The hotel was very cramped, dark and dirty. I understand they were fully booked for a softball tournament. The moment we walked into our room it reeked of animal urine. We immediately asked for a different room and were told they were completely sold out. We attempted to move to a different hotel but everything in the entire town was sold out until Monday. We stayed just until we could get into another hotel that day so threw away $1,000. They had NO towels. We are 2 girls who were very sweaty and dirty and couldn’t get towels/wash cloths for showering or doing dishes. It was just gross and swampy. Everyone was super friendly, just the hotel itself was so gross. The weight room was very water damaged, moldy, had no cleaner, wipes or towels, the tv had been taken down. I would never book here again, unfortunately.
