Very nice hotel for a budget place. Price a little high, but that’s what you can expect on a football weekend. The entrance is hard to find until you finally see the sign in front of Burger King.

The property was dirty, stunk of cigarettes. The parking lot was unsafe. I was harassed by truck drivers. Parking also needed major maintenance done. Huge potholes everywhere. I didn't even check in.

price and staff were good, but the room did not have a fridge and the ice machine in the hallway was broken 3 out of my 4 nights. First, they gave me a room that stank with smoke and then they gave me a room on the first floor next to the front desk which was noisy.

Motel was not mowed, out front wwhere tables and chairs with trash all around them. 1st room was not cleaned but lady at desk changed us and 2nd was cleaned. The one lady at front desk thought she was privileged and parked under awning and front door. Motel needs painted , grass needs mowed and weed eater. We won't stay there again. The owners need to run off the homeless, hookers and the other low life.

This hotel was difficult to find and get to... the roads leading to it were riddled with pot holes, which of course isn't the hotel's fault, but definitely made the experience not great. The sign that was supposed to point out the hotel, was pointing in the wrong direction... other than the friendly staff... it was downhill from there.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 on numerous visits to Lawrence, and if you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is a solid choice. It's right off of I-70 and only a few minute drive from Mass St. (downtown Lawrence). There is always enough parking, and the motel is almost always peaceful and quiet.

Decent affordable hotel in a convenient location. Parking lot entrance is very poorly maintained. Hotel workers were working hard to clean common areas when we arrived which I liked to see. Room was in ok condition beds were clean!

Check in was fine, the front automatic doors were broken and had to be pulled open but not a major problem. the thin pillows in the room were not very good and the blankets were very thin.

Creepy people hanging at the entrance. Went inside and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Toilet in our room wouldn’t flush all the way. Some sort of fecal matter or similar on the floor. The last straw was the rat bait in our PET ROOM that my dog started getting into. I packed up my family and left. Told the front desk and they didn’t even care.

We stayed for one night while traveling and saw over a dozen roaches crawling around our room and bathroom floors. This was probably due to the fact that there was left over food on the floor in multiple places, including a whole Dorito chip laying next to the bed. To top things off, two of our towels looked like they were dragged through dirt. Absolutely awful experience. I don’t expect luxury from a Motel 6 but I should at least have a clean and bug free room and clean linens.

I had to leave after first night of a two night stay. The comforters had multiple holes and hair on them - there was trash on floor. The window pane was broken with what appeared to be a bullet hole. The curtain was off the pole. The towel rack was ripped from wall. It appeared to have bugs on the sheets which were stained.

This room was dirty, with greasy dirty spots on the floors, dressers. Burnt cigarette marks on the comforter, hair on the bed, stains on comforter & sheets. Shower handle fell off. Holes in walls & ceilings, no iron and iron board. Wall outlets were missing covers or were broken, no fridge, where looks like it should’ve a been one, some of the furniture was in a disarray, like the cabinet where the fridge should be, which makes me think someone took it. And the dresser was pulled out some and not put back. There was a car outside that had two severe flat tires which worried me because there were signs all over the place about making sure your door to your room were locked.

i did like it was close to the hi-way. i did not like the amenities that i wanted in the room were not available. while offered, microwave and refrigerator in the room, microwave was missing and refrigerator did not work. bathroom facilities. shower was not in working condition. Overall ,a poor experience.

Check in was quick, friendly, and efficient. Room was good sized with clean linens. Room had a strong mildew type odor. Bathroom light fixture blinked on and off like strobe light (Looks to have water damage from floor above). Overall with their awesome pet policy and conditions it was a good value for the money. Not a 5 star hotel but not a dump. I would stay again (with air freshener lol).

I checked in at 3:00 and my room was not ready. They did not have another room ready to move me too. They did say they would give me a refund of $40. There also was a couple of spiders in the room.

The staff is always helpful. Fridge needed to be plugged in and remote found but I have stayed there many times and they always make it right and are friendly about it.

ShE denied my stay with my support pet. She got loud with me when i try to show her my credentials. She was rude n didn’t want to listen. Now she won't answer Expedias calls to get my cancelation. Really bad experience

The hotel is NOTHING as pictured. I checked in from a 2.5 hr drive, a little after 7pm (Check-in started at 3pm) and was charged an additional $100.00 for checking in after 6pm. Knob to water in shower was broken off. Room was extremely plain, roomy but didn't feel cozy and not anything that was pictured. It was clean but floors felt dirty.

It's right off of I-70 and only a few minute drive from Mass St. (downtown Lawrence). There is always enough parking, and the motel is almost always peaceful and quiet.

Decent affordable hotel in a convenient location. Parking lot entrance is very poorly maintained. Hotel workers were working hard to clean common areas when we arrived which I liked to see. Room was in ok condition beds were clean!

The people traveling with me were accosted by a addict at the front door. Staff didn’t react. Police were called and hauled him off after he did the same to a staff member. Holes in the walls, black mold, room wasn’t ready even 2 hours after check in. All Lawrence hotels were full. Stay here at your own risk, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Commode was nasty, moved to another room floor had not been swept, faucet in bathtun had a hole and in need of repair...no coffee available, location terrible, freezer on frig i need of defrost...floor in lobby needed to be mopped

Bedding and towels had holes and very thin.No soaps, and had to ask for tp.Place was very run down. NO COFFEE. Hot (warm) water if you wanted instant coffee. WILL NOT every go back there.

One understand one goes here because it's cheap. Unfortunately there are several issues with the place not being clean, plumbing not working properly and not even having coffee during my stay.

Let’s just say our Lyft driver almost didn’t pick us up from here because he stays away from it. And there might have been residue from a chalk outline of a body. This motel needs new ownership and investments in every manor.

The area and hotel were quiet which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very dated, shower knob was broken off, the fan in the bathroom and no shampoo only one bar of soap. My only actual complaint though would be the staff member who decided to smoke meat right outside the back of the hotel and all the smoke came in through our air conditioner waking us up at 1 am (we thought the hotel was on fire)... They did move it a bit further way around 2am but our night was already ruined and I have a horrible sore throat today 😔. If not for that it would have been a great stay. Gas station and Burger King within walking distance.
