Staff was SUPER friendly. Offered some great information on local restaurants, and very nice. Hotel was easy to find, and parking was OK. Well lit parking lot, so felt very safe. Outdoor pool was good, too. Oddly enough, the lobby elevators are the hardest thing to find. They are set back a way from the front desk, but easy to navigate once you know where they are

I was really impressed by how clean the hotel was. To the servers, bartenders and housekeepers they were all amazing. I wish I definitely went during the summer days to enjoy the pool but overall wonderful experience. I appreciate it.

This hotel has been open for two months. It looks very nice. Staff are very welcoming. We didn't eat there but they have a nice menu with reasonable prices, with many dietary options, although, I can't speak to portion sizes. Two people in our group are sensitive to chemicals. One of them had an asthma event due to the ambient fragrance in the common areas. Fortunately, the fragrance was not as noticable in the rooms. All in all it was a nice place.

My family and I loved our stay there was always someone at the front desk. My only issues that aren't really problems were the hotel only has one microwave its placed in the lobby, so having to warm up something meant going downstairs. Second coming from a tropical climate the pool was always extremely cold so we forced ourselves to use it once in our almost 3 week stay. We loved our stay

Good place to stay. Was there for two days, solo traveler. Clean. Many rooms complete, mine not quite ready with no bathroom door and really odd bathroom decor. Decent gym which I used; pool clean, attached restaurant with good food, limited choices. Bar (I did not use) that was understaffed (bar tender was also waiter. Location was good for me. With the airport control tower in front, and sheriffs department motor-pool close by, and Bronco training facility nearby, no issues with security and aircraft noise was pretty well mitigated (mostly small private aircraft) I would stay here again.

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good, nice pool, exercise room, snack bar. Food at the bar was good and the whole property was very clean. Elevators were slow and it would’ve been nice to have been closer to some restaurants/gas stations. Overall, great value. I did end up getting charged an extra fee of $450 but I notified the hotel and they did refund me for whatever this accidental charge was.

We had a huge room. Although, it was poorly space planned. The tv was really far from the bed. The sitting area was looking out over the parking lot. Our room, as well as the public spaces, was furnished in a mishmash of uncoordinated fabrics, furniture and furnishings. In our room, there was an area rug under the bed that was attached with tack strip//very weird. We didn’t stay for breakfast the next morning because there was only one guy there cooking and serving breakfast.

To describe our room...if you had a visitor arrive that was rude or not very nice you would give thme this room. It was awful!! We had to listen to the out door entrance door slam all night and all morning! The bathroom is as if I was on a cruise ship. The ceiling was barely 6 foot high. A tall person would have to crouch to stand upright in the shower. The girl at the front desk said the hotel was new in June, but obviously only parts of it are new because his room had a lot of wear that was obvious to the eye. The bed was comfortable and the towels were plush but other thn that it was a terrible stay! We will not be returning.

The building alway smelled wonderful and the staff were friendly. It was by an airport; however, it was a prefect spot. There was some understanding when I checked out; however, the lady who checked me in, fixed the issue. I can’t remember her name but she was awesome and super friendly. The best staff there. There was expired food from a previous guest in the mini fridge that smelled bad. Not sure how long it had been there. No cook was available for breakfast in the morning but they did offer bagels. The sound of airplanes woke us up in the morning. Tub drain was slow, standing water at the end of each shower. Property is nice. Check in was great. Food is decent. A few minor issues added up and led to the lower rating.

Front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. Location immediately adjacent to Denver’s Centennial Airport was a bit odd as there were no other hotels nearby, but plenty of aviation businesses instead.

We had a huge room. Although, it was poorly space planned. The tv was really far from the bed. The sitting area was looking out over the parking lot. Our room, as well as the public spaces, was furnished in a mishmash of uncoordinated fabrics, furniture and furnishings. In our room, there was an area rug under the bed that was attached with tack strip//very weird. We didn’t stay for breakfast the next morning because there was only one guy there cooking and serving breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly and made sure we were always good. We had breakfast the their restaurant/bar and it was very good. Would definitely stay there again when we go back out for my daughter.

There was expired food from a previous guest in the mini fridge that smelled bad. Not sure how long it had been there. No cook was available for breakfast in the morning but they did offer bagels. The sound of airplanes woke us up in the morning. Tub drain was slow, standing water at the end of each shower. Property is nice. Check in was great. Food is decent. A few minor issues added up and led to the lower rating.

Good place to stay. Was there for two days, solo traveler. Clean. Many rooms complete, mine not quite ready with no bathroom door and really odd bathroom decor. Decent gym which I used; pool clean, attached restaurant with good food, limited choices. Bar (I did not use) that was understaffed (bar tender was also waiter. Location was good for me. With the airport control tower in front, and sheriffs department motor-pool close by, and Bronco training facility nearby, no issues with security and aircraft noise was pretty well mitigated (mostly small private aircraft) I would stay here again.

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good, nice pool, exercise room, snack bar. Food at the bar was good and the whole property was very clean. Elevators were slow and it would’ve been nice to have been closer to some restaurants/gas stations. Overall, great value. I did end up getting charged an extra fee of $450 but I notified the hotel and they did refund me for whatever this accidental charge was.

No notice that the pool was closed. Sign said closed for maintenance but front desk told us the maintenance was complete and it was closed that day for weather. Figured okay will use it tomorrow. The next day the same sign and the front desk says it's closed for maintenance. Were there three days and it was closed the entire time.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our entire multi day stay. The room was equipped with feather pillows, which for some people may be a benefit, but since I am allergic, it was a problem. I asked the front desk for a down alternative, but was told that they were out and that I should have requested them when I made the reservation, despite the fact that the hotel description did not state the feather pillows were an amenity, so I didn't know that I needed to request them. At any rate, I had to go to Walmart and buy pillows so that I could sleep without triggering an asthma attack. There are no racks for the luggage in the room, so our suitcases had to sit on the floor. Finally, we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and they didn't have any tea, so I had to bring my own tea and the waitress went to the lobby to get the hot water for me. At least she didn't charge me for that, but it just added to the sense that the hotel was running a little extra lean.
