Hotel stunk of smoke and weed. Room wasn’t terrible but the bathroom door handle was broken and laying on the counter when we arrived. One of the beds frames was also broken. The main hallway flooded so there were loud fans running 24/7 in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast wasn’t an actual breakfast, just a granola bar and a cup of coffee which was pretty disappointing. Overall yes it was a place to sleep but I wouldn’t come back.

Elevator was out of service. Property in need of many repairs. Sheets on bed were dirty. Clock in room was broken.

This hotel is dirty, dirty, dirty. Common areas are nasty. Carpets and floors look like they have never been cleaned. We would have left if it wasn’t Taylor Swift weekend and all hotels were booked. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell of weed was over whelming on the 3rd floor. We were only given one bath towel. Bad. Remove this hotel from your app. 👎👎👎

No grab and go breakfast items were available except for oatmeal, the smell of pot halfway through the hallway, the smell of a dead rodent at the end of the hallway, the sink drain in the kitchenette is disgusting, other people who were checking in were waiting for long periods for rooms to be cleaned, I had to get my keys re-swiped every day, there were footprints and dust on the laminate flooring, disgusting stained sheets, no cover on the boxspring, trash piled up outside the side door, the side door was broken and it would never lock for security reasons, massive amount of dust hanging in the bathroom vent, baseboards in the room are falling apart, furniture is falling apart, there was only a small partial roll of toilet paper in my room when I checked in, and it took two days to get some, the toilet runs a lot of the time, the mirror is placed over one of the beds and you cannot even use it, hardly any staff around this entire trip it seemed, and rumors that some staff got frustrated and quit that weekend!

Property was not well maintained. First room had mold growing on the chair and nightstand. Second room had stained, torn pillowcases and beat up furniture, filthy, ratty carpet. Half the lights in the room didn’t work and the refrigerator was running very loud. Hotel had a strange odor, elevator was dirty, and the trash room was full. The outdoor grounds were littered with trash. Hotel advertised breakfast, but it was just a coffee station and a few packaged muffins. Check in staff was welcoming and accommodating, check out staff was inattentive and dismissive.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Door keys stopped working after opening the door twice (got new keys four times). Telephone didn't work. Staff never rectified any issues and after I asked the next day they said most of the rooms had same problem. Thin sheets- no comforter or blanket. Housekeeping never came any day during my three night stay. Elevator was old and had no service tag. Free breakfast was just weak coffee and nutrigrain bars (and oatmeal packets). Only good thing was it is cheap

Smell in the room. Constantly beeping elevator that you can hear from your room. It beeps even when it's on other floors. Loud guests. Some even created a very loud drama by the entrance at 10 pm

Fire alarm in the middle of the night, but also loud. I stayed so I could catch my flight on time. It served it’s purpose.

Noisy. Fire alarm pulled at 11:00 PM. No blankets just sheets. No breakfast, no coffee. Windows would not close. Temperature in the 30°’s outside. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Smelled like a smoking room. Trash on the floors in the hallways. I could go on but just know I’ll never stay there again.

Disgusting, room had dead roaches all over as soon as we walked in, dead roaches in the tub as well, room was dirty and smelled even worse, also had a cracked mirror as well and was refused a refund, even when shown the pictures of the room

We didn't stay, walked right out once we seen our room, blood on the beds that were not even made. Hotel smelled too. Avoid this hotel

The room was dusgusting! Smelled like dog pee when we walked in the room. The window was open when we walked in. The box spring cover looked like it had a dog pee on it. It looked like people had put smell good in the vents of the AC because of the smell. The floor made your feet black from walkikg on it less then 5 mins.

They have bed bugs!!!! Floors were not clean in the bathroom or kitchen area

Driving up to the hotel it looks clean and invting, but when you walk up to the front door you see people standing five to ten feet awy from it smoking. Once you enter the hotel lobby it doesnt get any better. A sign over a little table informs the guest not to take all the breakfast snack bags. Walking down the hallway on the third floor it smelled dirty and of smoke. The room was a total disater. The door was loose in the doorjam so anyone with minimal effort could break into the room after you leave it taking all your stuff. the room smelled of smoke and I found the smoke detector disconnected and sitting on the counter. The TV was about to fall off its stand and the bathroom faucets had low water preassure. Avoind this place if at all possible.

I am waiting for a refund. We booked 2 rooms, but left after trying multiple times to find a room that was bearable. The first room smelled so horribly of animal urine, rotten foods, and general filth, that we asked for a different one. The second room literally had a chunk of old dried up dog poop on the carpeted floor & bug droppings on the bed. When we unlocked the door to the 3rd room, the t.v. was on and the beds had not been changed, with messed up clearly used and dirty sheets and the pillows were all piled onto one of them. The front desk said the cleaning staff was unavailable to finish fixing the room. The 4th room had the dirtiest tub I’ve ever seen. Do not ever get a room here!!!! It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever encountered. Ever!!! We ended up staying at one of the many nearby hotels.

The girl at the front desk was very nice, but upon arrival we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully I noticed that the tv in the room was playing before I opened the door. We went back to the service desk and the girl apologized profusely and gave us a new set of keys. This new room was absolutely filthy. The carpet was coated in food and gummy residue. The room smelled like smoke even though this hotel claims to be smoke free. We immediately turned around and asked for a refund to be issued. This place is a 0/10 on cleanliness. I do not fault the girl working the front desk as I know it’s not her fault and she was extremely apologetic.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament with my son who had a broken ankle and was on a kneeling scooter. When I walked into the hotel, the whole place wreaked of smoke (despite several "no smoking" signs). There was something sticky on the floor, the elevator was caked with dirt and the carpets were disgusting!!! The check-in process was disorganized and took FOREVER and the ladies behind the desk were discussing which rooms had been cleaned in front of me. The older lady behind the desk didn't know which rooms were clean and didn't seem to care if we got a clean room or not. They sent us to a room where the bed had clearly been slept in and there were wadded up tissues all over the bed. We went down and asked for a different room. The 2nd room had no pillows and the window wouldn't shut all the way so it was FREEZING! We went back down again. The older lady didn't seem to understand what my problem was with the second room and told us that a 3rd room probably wouldn't have any pillows either. The girl behind the counter was much more helpful. She got us a third room (which was clean) and gave us pillows. At this point it was 11pm and we were exhausted! The whole hotel smelled like smoke the entire weekend, there were kids yelling and running the halls until all hours of the night and I'm pretty sure there was a homeless guy hanging out in the stairwell. The entire hotel experience was awful! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

This hotel was a total disappointment. The room smelled like dog urine and cigarette smoke. The hallways also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The minute I laid on the bed my body started itching. I had to end up checking out and booking another hotel. This hotel is very outdated, looks nothing like the pictures. Needs a major overhaul. I would not recommend this place.

The room had a good heating/cooling system. There were no utensils of any sort in the kitchen. The TV never worked. The bathroom was clean and the water hot. The price and location are acceptable. The clerks were friendly and polite.

Room 310 needs a smoke detector. Otherwise, the room was okay.

Very comfortable beds the room had a few things that need to be fixed but overall very satisfied

There was paint on the floor and molding in bathroom was coming loose.

Staff was excellent. Clean but needs to be updated with fresh paint and carpets. Rooms were very spacious and had small kitchen with full sized frig. I would stay there again.

Budget hotels are my staple but it has been a long time since I've stayed at one this bad. I only booked it because it included breakfast. At check in I was told there would be breakfast. There wasn't any. The bed was far too soft and lumpy. The TV had no remote*, was held together with glue, and couldn't sustain a signal. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Neither had the hallway. Both were disgracefully filthy - probably the worst I've seen in any hotel. They even had the cheek to leave a note to say the room had been inspected personally by the manager. In the interests of balance the front desk staff were all very nice and friendly / helpful. *I reported the missing remote, only to realise the following morning that it was actually under the bed with yet more unvacuumed detritus.

It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay for a shower. The heating unit worked well. It was a little tough to get the remote for the TV to work, as if the batteries were low in the remote. There were no blankets other than the top blanket on the bed -- very lightweight. I did borrow a blanket from the front desk to use a pillow since there were no pillows in my room and none were available at the front desks or in the hotel.

The beds are really comfortable. The shower gets nice and hot for a long duration of time. We decided to stay for one night but really enjoyed the stay so we decided to ask can they extend another for night. The front desk auditor was so helpful and friendly as long with the manager who was helpful with extending my stay. Overall a great experice for a short visit. And the staff is amazing & nice. Nice options for snacks in vending machine/laundry area which is card friendly. Near fast food/restaurants as well. The Library Restaurant nearby has really great food to try.

clerk at front desk very nice and helpful. Entering the room the smoke detector was chirping. the handle of the bathroom door came off when I opened the door. bed was comfy.

Fine for a one night stay, good value. Rooms need to be updated a little. Close to convenience stores and main highway.

Despite having our reservation, no rooms were available when we pulled into the parking lot at 10pm. We werent offered a solution. We were told we would need to contact Expedia to cancel and find a new hotel.

We checked in Friday night reservations for 2 rooms. Night desk girl said sorry we hav no clean rooms available…. She confirmed she saw our reservation nobody. Cleaned rooms. She gave us 1 room the least dirty of the rooms which yes was dirty not cleaned and disgusting. The entire hotel had a terrible stench. My wife go no sleep after a 7 hour drive because I snore which is why we needed 2 rooms. Definitely ranking in my top 2 worst hotel stays of my 51 years and I traveled for business for a long time. And then…. I was still charged for both rooms for both nights and awaiting a refund? In the morning the manager simply said yeah I have 40 rooms that need cleaned. Your hotel and staff are digusting and unprofessional. And they were burning incense in the lobby without a catch just letting it burn and that’s a fire hazard alone.

When I got from the airport at night I was told that I could not get my room has it was canceled and I were supposedly sent a message (which I never received) I was told I was getting a refund but I never got it and they never reply to messages. Avoid it at all cost, very bad actor, they'll put you in hard situation and steal your money

This hotel literally told us they were SOLD OUT when we arrived at 11pm after an entire day of travel... which you think wouldn't be a problem if you made RESERVATIONS months in advance. DO NOT STAY HERE. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING.

The stay was fine until morning when ur staff walked in the room while my ol man was in the shower cause ur night staff put a reservation in r room for the next day so they didn't know we were in there and they threatened to call the cops and everything which is very unprofessional and honestly I feel like we should get a free night because of that alone. Ur staff was threatening to call the cops over something we was unaware of and while my bf was in the shower.

Great location near I465. Quiet and staff are super helpful. I would recommend a better variety of breakfast to go options and maybe more in stock because there were a couple times that they ran out of breakfast to go for customer staying at the hotel. Otherwise it’s been a great place to stay.

It was extremely unfortunate. My friends and cousins helped me with a convention at the Indiana Convention Center, but when we checked in, there were no keys. The front desk was very hot, and I became dizzy. Due to my medication, I have heat intolerance, and the temperature was too high for anyone—yet I just wanted to get into my room. The male front desk clerk was kind and willing to help but told us the manager had left for the day with the master key card. We were shocked and had to wait eight hours, with food in our cooling bags, before we could access our room. Later, when my cousins came to stay from Saturday to Sunday, their room, hadn't been cleaned, was damaged, and smelled like urine. We received a reimbursement, but they had to drive back to Ohio because we weren't compensated for our troubles. I will NEVER stay here again. The manager is unreachable on weekends, so if an emergency occurs, it wouldn't be addressed except by the GM, who might not be nearby. This is a liability waiting to happen. Additionally, during our stay from Thursday to Sunday, was occupied by many children left alone who had free access to the halls—all underage. Although parents were alerted, it didn't help. I am very upset about these issues and will be contacting Guest Relations today.

It took over an hour to check in. We were sent to 3 different rooms because every one they sent us to had people in it. We could have been killed. The room we finally got was disgusting & reeked of smoke. I’m not one to typically complain, but this was SO AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE

We spent the night here to make an early morning flight. It was perfect for the price. The most amazing thing was how quiet the room was even though we were next to a highway and airport. Well done.

Hotel staff was great ! Very friendly. Location was a few minutes from everything i needed to get to. Hotel was ok.. Could use a upgrade or two in the building.

Close to the airport and close to the important venues

We stayed before our flight the next morning. The lady at check in was very polite and helpful. This is a convenient place to stay as it’s only 10min Uber from the airport. The room was clean with working AC

Overall, this was a solid place to stay. Staff were courteous, accommodations were adequate, reasonable distance from downtown and the airport. and pricing was fair. My room had a basic kitchenette which was handy, and would be useful for longer term stays. There is a small breakfast spread in the mornings to get you going, and parking. Nothing flashy or upscale, but also not anything poor or a red flag. The only big negative I’d say is since it is in an industrial park you have to drive or get a ride to get around, and there isn’t too much to walk to nearby. At the end of the day, it’s somewhere to rest and stay while you’re traveling, and it accomplishes that well.

It is in an area with a good number of other hotels and is accessed.

it was convenient

It's not far from the airport and accessible if you want to eat and go for shopping /grocery as long you have a car. Having a mini kitchen, stove , microwave and fridge inside your suite was a great idea if you dont want to eat outside. We wish we are facing to a better view. Its also a bit noisy, children are keep on running and we always hear a car / truck noice especially during sleep time. But overall, its a good place to stay. I

The location always ran out of the breakfast to go items. There was 4 days in a row where there was no breakfast available due to them running out and they said the truck had not came either. Also, there were a couple of times where no one was at the front desk and customers were standing in the lobby, needing help. This would’ve been closer to late evening hours. The other issue was roaches in the rooms. I personally killed 3 roaches in my room and checked out early due to that issue. The beds need better mattresses because the springs are broken in the beds.

The pictures are deceiving. This place is so outdated, smells bad in both the room and common area, the “grab and go breakfast” was literally just coffee and if you asked the attendant for a bowl you could make oatmeal (that’s not grab and go) and there is no seating if you do want to make oatmeal). My room had someone’s half used bar of soap in it. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

Room was large and served it’s purpose. Hotel had an odor but nothing terrible. Was close enough to everything. The included breakfast was a joke though, a couple pre packed muffins and some oatmeal shouldn’t count.
