Found the airport shuttle easily. Loved the hotel. Appreciated the breakfast choices. They fruit was fresh.

All I can really say is that it was nice for as cheap as it was. We did not get soap or shampoo for our shower and the breakfast was good but not much variety. Aside from those things the hotel wasn’t bad, I definitely have been in far worse.

Overall it was a mediocre hotel doing the best with what it has: Pros: room design was good for parents and an adult child. Convenience of a shuttle was very good to have. Staff greeted us with a smile. Cons: seems understaffed as we had to go fetch our own bedding for the sofa bed. Beds were not great. Queen bed was closer to a full size and sofa bed was like sleeping in a Great Depression. The hotel was generally grubby and really needed a detail cleaning. It really needs an upgrade to do away with the cracked tiles, old carpet and cheap dingy towels.

Everything was great until I realized after arriving home that I left my bag of charging cords and Roku in my room. House keeping never turned them in to the front desk. My fault for leaving them, but when housekeeping doesn’t turn stuff in that’s left behind, tells me to be very careful having housekeeping enter your room while staying there. That just says that the staff cannot be trusted. Interpret that as you will.
