Breakfast is not included as part of the room rate. Rooms had mini refrigerators but no microwave. Their was a microwave located next to the ice machine on our floor. We checked in around 7pm and out at 8am the next day. The shared microwave was dirty when we checked in. I didn't report it but was certainly surprised that it was even dirtier in the morning. Perhaps someone should be checking on their cleanliness every few hours????

From the young man who checked us in to the room maintenance staff to the young woman who checked us out, we loved the everything about the hotel stay. The only suggestions would be is to ensure someone walks the property to pick up trash. Both nights we stayed, there was trash by the rear entrance that should have been removed. All considered, we loved the stay and will definitely stay next time we visit Indy.

Front desk staff made no attempt at being welcoming or helpful at check in or out. Zero greeting. Outdated feeling. Faulty toilet. Pitch black parking lot felt unsafe. Room temp fluctuated a lot.
