Bathrooms have water damage. They charge you extra fees for nothing. The tv has no remote. The room smells bad. Disgusting would not go back.

Parking was fine. There was no silverware or dishes provided and none was available to use. I had to spend my own money at Walmart just to buy a plate, a cup, a pan for cooking, and some silverware. There was zero hot water my entire stay, all three days and nights. Cold shower every morning and trying to wash dishes in cold water. No refund discount was allowed. They put a hold on my debit card for possible damage. I checked out 4 days ago and the room was in excellent condition, as when I checked in. They still haven't lifted the hold. When I called the hotel, in extremely broken English, they bounced me to the Motel 6 customer service line. When I called the customer service line, in extremely broken English, they wasted 15 minutes of my time before bouncing me to hotels.com. After 30 minutes on the phone with hotels.com, they denied any refund or discount and claimed it will be 7 to 10 days before the deposit is given back. That has never been the case with any other hotel I've stayed with over the years. I'd strongly recommend against staying at this motel.

I've stayed at the property before and it's a kind of "you get what you pay for situation" but I feel like sometime between the last time I was there and now, it's slightly less desirable than before. I had gotten in late, the attendant was friendly enough, but there was a lot going on. She was frustrated by the internet being down, I gave her my name said I was there for 3 nights and she thought Iwas only there for 1 - she had me confused with someone else. Othe than the rocky start, we were good. Nothing wrong with the place other than normal, but nothing spectacular either. Thanks!

The staff were nice enough but the state of the room was left to be desired. The floors were dirty (or at least unmopped); there was visible trash underneath the bed; the countertops and table also needed wiping down. You couldn’t watch tv as it had no signal. The temperature control on the shower was backwards. The laundry was $4 a machine and you had to download an app to pay for it. The final straw was when one of the toilet paper holders just fell off. I do NOT recommend this place!

The front of the hotel has weeds a foot tall. Dandelions going to seed, uncut and totally unkept. Staff was great given the conditions. Room was very “tired”, bathrooms need caulking, carpet is badly stained, worn and unraveling, paint job is poor. The room smelled at first and the halls smell like pot throughout. There was a dog in the room next door that barks constantly for most of the afternoon and then finally stopped. Television was provided, but only usable if you had streaming accounts. No basic cable channels, not even local channels available. Front counter person said their contract ran out in January and new owners have not renewed. If I hadn’t had a Netflix account, I would have been beyond irritated that NO channels or stations were provided. Front desk not staffed in the evening or early morning, just a number to call. Someone needs to put some money into this place….it looks shabby, dated and in desperate need of a facelift. Nothing about it says “Welcome”. And yet, through it all, the staff was polite, professional and personable
