Paradiso Incanto Lake View Apartment - Happy Rentals

Emplacement idéal pour la découverte des trois lacs, Lugano, Côme, et Majeure. Très bel appartement contemporain avec une splendide vue sur le lac de toutes les pièces. Une belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue pendant l’apéro et les repas. Chambres spacieuses avec une bonne literie et nombreux rangements. Deux salles de bains fonctionnelles. Cependant quelques petits points à améliorer: Manque de vaisselle, canapé peu confortable. et robinets à détartrer. Un bel appartement à recommander 😉

The view is amazing. From every single room in this apartment, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Lugano. The space is modern, clean and offers plenty of room for storing your clothes and personal items. The location is convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, coffeehouses, bars and grocery stores. The city is about a short 15-20 minute walk away and Paradiso train station is a 5-10 minute walk, which we loved! Now, the reason I didn’t give full stars is because the communication was inconsistent. We had a few issues with the WiFi and a bathroom door that took days to resolve. At one point, we never heard back from them until I called their office. Additionally, I wish they had provided a detailed explanation of their recycling laws. Even though I was given a link listing recycling centers throughout the city after I requested the information, their recycling/garbage policy might be confusing and unexpected if this is your first time renting in Switzerland. The furniture was run down and the living room wasn’t as cozy as depicted in the pictures. This might be acceptable for a short stay, but on rainy days, it just didn’t feel homey.

This property is overpriced and managed by a corporation that cares far more about their endless rules, regulations and requirements than about their guests’ experience. Heed the other reviews and do not be seduced by the views, or the promise of onsite parking. Neither was available when I arrived because the construction crew loudly working with jackhammers and a crane *directly* in front of the apt was using the driveway as their staging area. I was never warned before arrival and told when called, “Sorry, it’s out of our hands.” They ultimately found a public parking garage a 10 min uphill walk away, which I was told would only be necessary for 2 days. When I checked out a week later, the noise and lack of parking remained, so since they failed to make any apology or offer to make things right, I asked for a partial refund. “We’ll see what we can do.” No further communication or reply to my two subsequent inquiries. I will always trust my instincts and other reviewers from now on. Happy Rentals? No.

Ich habe Happy Rentals versucht zu kontaktieren, habe einen Brief mit allen Nachteilen geschrieben und Antwort erbeten. Niemand antwortete. Die Wohnung war schmutzig.

Fantastic views . Property very nice bright and modern. However noisey at weekends due to Night Clubs, and building works that started most mornings at 6am!!!
