This was a very nice B&B. My wife and i were in town for a convention and this was close enough but not right in the middle of town. We absolutely loved it.

Beautiful little home. Very quiet place. The owners were very pleasant people. I was also greeted everyday when i came back from work by Cotton the dog.

This is a garage apartment that is outside the City of Athens. I was there for a football game and found this property to be priced fairly and very convenient. I will return and do recommend this location for those seeking a nice, fully-equipped and safe place. Go Dawgs!

Loved this property the owner even made me dinner! I’ll be coming back Super conveniently located to fox hunting fixture and horse barn down the road!
