Schöne kleine Zimmer, Personal war sehr freundlich, parken kostenlos und direkt vor der Tür möglich.

Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were clean, had everything you needed, well thought out use of space and spacious for a capsule style hotel. Fun touches of colour! Outside the room, the staff were friendly and helpful, loved that they had internal food options ( breakfast and vending machine ) and an external laundry!

Well laid out room with en-suite bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast juice, tea/coffee and croissant available in the lobby. Complimentary tea/coffee at all times. Vending machines available. Bike and umbrella hire service. Brisk 10 minute walk to Kronenburg tram station which gives direct access into the city centre. Or change at Zuid for trains to the airport and beyond.

Easy check in with bag storage that I used before the set time. Helpful English speaking time.

This was a great budget place for my friends and I to crash out last night before flying back to the states. Good to have some alone time in our respective pods. Facilities are fine, space in the capsule is tight, but I slept great and the bathroom in there was great too. Staff are super friendly too and took advantage of the bike rental as well.

The room was really really clean and it's actually alot bigger than I thought the room would be. Check-in was easy it's done via a machine in the lobby. Nice coffee machine, microwave and vending machines in the lobby too. The only downside was the noise from other rooms, the first night I got no sleep due to slamming doors, chatting and general noise from the other rooms. The last night was okay I slept well, so it really just depends on who is next to you when you stay. Was cheap and within walking distance to Amsterdam

Im Hotel checkt man selbst über einen PC ein, dabei bekommt man eine NFC Karte. Um zum Zimmer zu kommen muss man drei verschiedene Türen per Karte öffnen, also ziemlich gut gegen Fremde gesichert. Die Zimmer sind wie zu erwarten sehr klein, enthalten aber alles nötige fürs Übernachten. Unter unserer Matratze lagen leider noch Mandeln, die unser Vorgänger dort verspeist hat. Während man dort ist wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. In jeder Etage gibt es einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank und eine Refillstation für Seifen, außerdem kann man dort alte Handtücher reinwerfen und neue holen. Zum Frühstück kann man zwei Varianten wählen, eine für 5€ mit Brötchen, Croissant, Wurst, Käse und Getränken. Für 10€ bekommt man noch Marmelade, Würstchen und Ei. Das Frühstück am Besten am Vortag am Empfang bestellen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Automaten für Kaffee und Kaba, Instantnudeln und einen Snackautomaten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 15 Minuten weg. Der Checkout erfolgt auch wieder am Computer.

Property was in a nice quiet area and within walking distance of a convenience store and a couple restaurants. However, you could hear your guest throughout the night with the doors slamming and the walls being so thin other than that there were no complaints. The facility was clean and very safe throughout the entire stay.

El transporte más cercano está lejos, al rededor hay un edificio abandonado. El self-service está vacío y teníamos que pedirle todo a la persona a cargo. Mi habitación estaba sucia y en la parte de abajo había un calcetín y el piso muy sucio. De ahí en fuera, práctico para el check in y check out. Todos muy amables

First room was really dirty, after asking for another room we got an upgrade. The room was cleaner than the one before, so that was okay. But expect not the best cleanliness

En somme une bonne expérience, environ à 40 min de la gare centrale, métro, tram et marche. L’hôtel est moderne et propre. Sauf les serviettes qui sont toutes rendues jaune. Personnel agréable. Option économique, seulement pour dormir. Le déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix. Si vous prenez le lit en haut, il est très haut. Si vous n’êtes pas en forme, évitez! Nous avons trouvé un emballage de condom et un condom neuf dans la fente du matelas…

Basic yet comfortable as described, my personal issue was tge accessing of the bed, as it was a top bunk bed type, i struggled getting into, but more out of the bed, via step ladder, it wasnt till the second day that i realised there were lower, easier access beds, otherwise i would of asked to see if i could be moved, but overall, vert comfortable bed

De plek is ideaal op fietsafstand van het centrum en de Arena. De service is goed. Wel zijn de kamers gehorig en ook klein. Jammer dat er geen raam in de kamer zit.

It’s a small room without a window. However, the mattress is very comfortable, the furnishings are top notch, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I heard more noise in my room from the doors opening and closing in the hallway than my neighbors.

Our stay at diamonds capsule hotel was good. Of course the rooms are small and has no windows but they are fresh and modern. I would not recommend saying in the capsule rooms with anyone which you are not very very close with as the bathroom door is made of glas. In our particular room I wonder if they put the privacy sheet on the wrong way as you could not see out when on the toilets but you could see inside from the room. The location is a bit of and I don't recommended this location if you are going into Amsterdam very often. The area around the hotel is a bit abandoned but there's a campus nearby and nice housing. The tram station Uilenstede is a short walk away bit getting to Amsterdam and back in the evening can take more than an hour. This was the cheapest hotel we could find but would have been worth a little more to have an easier time getting around.

Good value, good public transport networks. Friendly. But dangerous ladder system with inadequate safety bars to steady yourself and pull yourself up onto top bunk / steady yourself down. Think needs to be addressed as a priority. Otherwise. Very good

Okay so it's a capsule hotel so you gotta be aware of what that is. Every time i walked outside i was surprised to not be in Tokyo (where i stayed in a capsule). The rooms are cleaner than the lobby area. The capsule itself, i did no windows but that was hardcore for a week. How can i put this, you really have to know yourself to be able to be in a windowless room. Days melt, time is irrelevant. It's a modern shiny spaceship. The best part is the private bathroom and the blazing fast wifi. Arrive during the day or you're going to be second guessing yourself because next door is a large abandoned office park covered in Graffiti. But the hotel and area is safe. This area was bustling but the covid lock downs killed it and it hasn't bounced back yet. Grocery store, small mall is close. Campus across the street has some cool bars and places to chill. Uber is 21 euro to Central. It's nice to find a cheap spot kinda close to the craziness of west, north and central Amsterdam. Wandering around knowing i have a safe quiet place with a bathroom was nice. All of the staff i met and a few travelers were all very nice even with the usual kind of sketched out vibe Amsterdam has in general. They should rent out cubicles with internet you can plug into on the 4th floor. That would be great. Solo travelers, people too old for a hostile and female travelers - I definitely recommend. Please don't judge a book by it's cover, it's the safest I've felt in awhile. Thank you Capsule. Cheers!

The self Checkin Service with the Touchpad was horrible. I dont wanna need 20 mins or more for a Self Checkin. So many questions to answer and you hsve to type in every single letter. My Feedback was to put there a Keyboard to make it much easier, the reply was only, the people want touchpad. So for me it seems that they are not interested to optimize? After i said i booked two rooms, me was told i payed only once. After a longer discussion, the Woman says, oh you are two? My Mate and me stand the whole Time there so how can she ask this? Near to the House is a horrible Builduing with Graffity, broken windows. Also the building itself is very damaged. After we walked out of the hotel on Friday 16th of may we saw people puting out a dead person laying covered on a corpse bar... into a car.... surrounded by policist.. that was really, scarry. There is no water to drink for free in the entry hall.... The rooms we were was a high stock bed.. u have to climb up to the bed on a small ladder who wasnt comfortable. The bed was good to sleep. Bathroom are so small, when you take a shower also the floor in front of toilet is flushed.. We dont recommend this hotel

I had booked weeks ago via Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of this. After going back and forth with the staff they finally found my reservation. I then had to wait 1 hour to be given a room as they had over booked. Other than all was good the staff worked hard to find us a room. The cleaner may I add was a lovely little lady. Credits to her the place was spotless

Traveled to Amsterdam for the IBC conference. This time of year, most hotels double their prices because of the significant demand for rooms. I was very pleased to discover the Diamond Capsule Hotel. Great price, easy access to the RAI from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out. For a new hotel they are still learning, but they have great customer service and the manager was so friendly and helpful.

Hotel Receptionists Alex, Johnny, Zack and rest are very helpful with directing locations, booking attractions, any advice you may need. Exceeding expectations as service in 5* hotels with concierge services. I was impressed by bathroom design & size, luxury duvets, bed linen, comfortable beds.Very clean and new hotel with unique design and Japanese concept for space saving. Only size of rooms is small if y want to spend longer time in it might not be best for you. I ll be definitely coming back to this unique hotel.

Our stay at Diamond Capsule Hotel was great! Alex was especially helpful with our room and renting bikes one day. This was a great affordable alternative to other hotels and hostels. There wasn't much space but that wasn't really needed with us being out and about all day. About 45 min from the city center, the only problem was that our sheets were never changed, and we had to ask for clean towels. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Le parking et les alentours avec le parking désaffecté à côté et le terrain abandonné de l autre n'est pas très rassurant Il n y a pas 2,2 km à pieds mais plutôt 9km Par contre la ligne de tram à proximité est vraiment pratique

For my situation, this was a very good hotel. I had a transit pass in Amsterdam already, so I didn't mind traveling out of the center for a hotel. I would say it was good quality for the money. It is a bit of a walk from the tram stop to the hotel (about 10-15 minutes). The area looks a bit sketchy, but I literally walked the neighborhood around at 3:00 in the morning and saw nothing noteworthy. I would say its perfectly safe. Staff greet you on arrival, and provided good service. Some of the room design features are a bit inconvenient, like it can be hard to reach light switches from the bed. However, the amenities like the bed and bathroom were good. It seems to be either recent construction or just renovated, and is very clean. Again, overall a very good place for the price. I would recommend if you have a transit pass since the fares in Amsterdam can be quite pricey.

There were vending machines in the lobby for both hot and cold drinks, and a breakfast area which was spacious, though the breakfast selection was limited The area surrounding the hotel is mainly office buildings with some areas in the process of regeneration, so was very quiet over the weekend. I would imagine there is a bit more noise during the week. The main tram station was within fairly easy walking distance and the trams ran regularly into the city.

Location is awful. No nearby shops. Next to an abounded building. You hear the doors slam in the morning and at night. No ice machine. If you need to use the hair dryer, you must return it right away. Close to public transportation, however after midnight it’s not available. Probably better off staying at a hostel.

The place beside the hotel looked broken down with graffiti and broken windows. Made me feel unsafe. Place was within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

There is an abandoned car park next to the hotel, but the surrounding area is clean and safe. College housing is also around. Incredibly safe. About a 10-12 minute walk from tram stop. Overall, experience was wonderful.

Overall an 85/100. Staff are super nice and informative. Every person at the desk was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I give a ding on cleanliness as the pods are cleaned before you arrive, and after you leave. With the size of them I understand. If you have your stuff inside you’re going to have limited room to clean. Walls are a little thin. But for the price, service elsewhere, and all you have in the room it’s great. What’s my biggest downer is location. It’s next to the 5/25 line but it’s about 1.05km-1.30km from either nearest stations. And from there if you want to transfer to central that’s an extra train apart from the tram. I can’t tell you how many times I forgot something and had to walk all the way back to get it. Another downer is that there are not many food options available. Other than that, if you’re experienced using the transportation system in Amsterdam and don’t mind the extra steps this is a must book. Hostel vibe without the fear of someone rummaging through your stuff, or sleeping with someone watching you. Stayed for 10 days total would 100% stay here again.

Although the area is a bit out of the city centre, you'll be in the hotel within 1 hour using 2 tram lines. The hotel's location is abandoned, including a huge building next to it. I wouldn't walk around at night. The staff is amiable and helpful. My room didn't have a window and I needed to climb up to my double bed which was an interesting experience. My mattress was really comfortable and clean, also the towels were great quality. They provided shower gel. I could use everything I needed. The hotel was quiet at night; however, thanks to a thoughtless neighbour, I got up around 5 am as I could hear shutting doors and someone shouting in their room on his phone. Overall, it is worth the money, and I would return for a short stay.

The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere and the area looks a bit dodgy (it’s right beside a huge derelict building) so you’re pretty much confined to the hotel and having ramen from the vending machines for dinner. That said, the room was pretty cool. Extremely small but the bathroom was big and it was fine for one night. The bed was clean and comfy but the floors could have done with a sweep. Word of advice, if you are over 40, over-weight or height adverse, do NOT get an upper bunk. Very scary to climb up and down.

Muy bueno, habitación pequeña pero suficiente. En el baño hay champu y toallas, secador de pelo no y esto en mi caso fue un problema. Esta a 15 minutos andando del transporte publico. Estuvimos muy agusto en este hotel. Visto lo que habia por el resto de la ciudad, economico. Puedes desayunar gratis.
