housekeeping poor rooms not impressed. Food service at hotel restaurant was ridiculous! One staff very slow and food cold. Pool wasnt all that hot tub gross and closed. Staying some where else for sure next time!

Price was great. The building/room was in pretty good shape. The furniture in the room is worn and needs to be replaced. We had to go down about 6 or 7 steps to get to our room from the lobby. There is no elevator.

We stayed in and loved the suite. Family stayed just above us. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had fruit and waffles- so something for everyone. Outdoor pool was what we preferred and it was clean with plenty of seating area around it. Outdoor patio had tables with fire pit. Propane at tables happened to be empty, so waitress in restaurant found some alternative way for us to grill marshmallows. She was a rock star!! Kids loved arcade area- though my pocket book could have done without. Great location. Easy to find and close to all activities.

I was promised a hotel with an outdoor pool and hot tub. Neither the outdoor pool nor the hot tub were open. One of the treadmills in the fitness center didn't work. We were disappointed that the hotel wasn't what was advertised. I could tell the place used to be very nice.....

The room desperately needs cleaned better. We dropped a phone and had to go under the bed and it was FILTHY there was pretzels, a plastic bag, earrings and just dirt and dust. Unacceptable. The rest of the property was fine and the front desk help was wonderful. I didn't complain to them as we were only there one night and were just ready to leave after getting cleaned up in the morning rather than stop and deal wirh that.

My bathroom was filthy. When I went in to go to the bathroom & closed the door, the grime, fingerprints, and hair on the back of the door was gross. I had a king room facing the golf course. There's a decent patio but no chairs to sit on. I was able to get early check-in though and that was fantastic. The man at the front desk helping me was stellar! The bar staff in the hotel was extremely nice as well!

Bathroom had a lot of black mold in multiple spots in the bathroom, the mattresses and furniture were in need of replacement. Maintenance was contacted and they wiped off the black mold from the ceiling the best the could with a wet wash… Overall, this is a dated property, that needs to be updated.

The sheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the air was bad, I couldn't sleep at all, what I did like was the very fun pool, my children say, the green area, the golf course and the beauty salon inside the hotel.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures anymore. Very run down, pool very disappointing. Our sheets did not looked changed, old popcorn on the floor, brown crusty stuff around toliet. Very nice staff but have definitely let it go downhill. Do not recommend especially if you have kids.

Location was nice. Pool was dirty and run down. Our room smelled like dirty stagnant water and the AC would constantly turn on for about a minute, shut off for less than 30 seconds then turn back on. It was very loud!! The smell and noise from AC unit made it very difficult to sleep, especially for the kids! The hotel needs to undergo some major upkeep!

This hotel was okay. We won’t be staying here again, and I was pretty disappointed right after check-in. The good: the staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water at first, but they fixed it quickly. That said, the cleanliness was hit or miss. For every clean thing, there was something else that felt overlooked. The towels and sheets were clean but stained. The carpet looked vacuumed, but there was hair on the bedspread. Some switches and handles were spotless, others were sticky or dirty. The wallpaper definitely needed scrubbing, and the whole room felt like it needed a better once-over. Honestly, it seemed like the cleaning crew needed a manager to go back in and check the details. The room was dated but could’ve been fine if it had just felt cleaner. Also… it’s summer. Please leave the AC on before guests arrive. The musty, closed-up smell when we walked in wasn’t great.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Beds were not super comfortable. Some parts of the room had been renovated but others not, like wallpaper peeling off. Overall, was a good stay and we would stay there, again.

The room was very cold. The heater did not work properly would only turn off and on.The thermostat did not work. I had to listen to it run most of the night. At 300am I shut off and at 600am it was cold again. Told Hotel staff they did not discount the room.

I wanted to give 3 stats but giving 4 because of the very nice n courteous staff. The room we slept in thw first night with sliding door was leaking air from outside. So we were very cold the while night. Even the heater wasn't good enough. We were moved to a diff room the next day promptly upon asking. It was season so hotel was mostly empty. But has lots of features in the hotel.

Actual property and rooms were old, worn down, dingy, smelled, bed was warped, furniture was nasty/dirty, paid for golf view and we were on the very end and could not see it, paid for a suite to be able to lounge and the furniture was so gross we never sat in it. Very disappointed from was it was portrayed like online. Would not recommend

Check in time was 4. We got there at 430 after a long day and just wanted to sit down and shower, she said the room wasn’t ready so we decided to eat. At 6 we were told it was ready but it wasn’t, so we had to wait another hour, we were dirty, tired and frustrated. When we said something we were told that everyone else was understanding about it

I paid a significant amount of money expecting a quality stay, but the rooms were extremely outdated, junky, and nonfunctional. The refrigerator did not cool and was leaking water, the bathtub never got beyond lukewarm, the door locks were unreliable, and there were bugs in the room. I spoke with hotel staff during my stay, and while maintenance was eventually sent for the water issue, all other concerns were brushed off. We had specifically requested adjoining rooms so we could be next to our teenage children. Instead, we were given two rooms next to each other. When I complained, the only “solution” offered was to move us—something we couldn’t do because being near our children was non-negotiable. That was the extent of their so-called customer service. I followed up with management after my stay, even sending photos and videos of the issues. I received no response at all. I then involved Expedia, who contacted the hotel on my behalf, and still the hotel refused any type of reimbursement or even partial compensation. The photos online glorify this property, but in reality it is extremely outdated, rundown, and does not live up to the word “resort.” It feels more like a low-end roadside motel with zero accountability for guest experience. For the price paid, the condition of the rooms, and the lack of professionalism from both staff and management, this was an enormous disappointment. I will never return and would not recommend this property to anyone.

We had specifically requested adjoining rooms so we could be next to our teenage children. Instead, we were given two rooms next to each other. When I complained, the only “solution” offered was to move us—something we couldn’t do because being near our children was non-negotiable. That was the extent of their so-called customer service. I followed up with management after my stay, even sending photos and videos of the issues. I received no response at all. I then involved Expedia, who contacted the hotel on my behalf, and still the hotel refused any type of reimbursement or even partial compensation. The photos online glorify this property, but in reality it is extremely outdated, rundown, and does not live up to the word “resort.” It feels more like a low-end roadside motel with zero accountability for guest experience. For the price paid, the condition of the rooms, and the lack of professionalism from both staff and management, this was an enormous disappointment. I will never return and would not recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel is terrible. First I was assured that a late check in was ok and they would be right there waiting for me. No one was there during check in but a sign w a number to call. Ok fair enough. Except no one answered. It's 3am and I called probably 20 times w no answer. I have a sleeping toddler in the car w my husband and really needed to check in. No one ever answered and I had to go around the lobby and start knocking on various doors to try to find someone. Eventually I did. They checked me in and apparently their phones are not working so that's fun. They also offer no house keeping services during your stay even on request. Even if you are there for a week. You have to bag up your own garbage and take it out and go to the front desk for towels. They said you can call the front desk if you want to come get towels but I tried from the phone in my room and guess what the phone does not work so you can't even call the front desk. Stay away from this terrible hotel at all costs. Unless you want to pay 200 a night for nothing. Come to find out at checkout that they do offer room service on request but I was given the wrong information. So I spent the whole week begging for toilet paper and overflowing garage in my room for no reason. Oh and outside of the 1300 hall in the parking lot smells like sewage or cat litter. Gross. Last breakfast there there was nothing stocked up everyone in there was looking in cabinets for forks, plates, etc. juice machine was broken,no water

It looks like some aspects of the property have been updated. Overall the room was clean, although there was a slight scent of smoke. The room we had was on the 1st floor and had a patio, so it's possible somebody smoked outside and some of that came into the room. But otherwise it was a good room for the price. We had issues with our TV, but the front desk guy was quick to come down and help resolve the problem. It's a good base camp if you aren't needing anything fancy and/or right on the water.

Pros- It is a convienent place to stay if you are going to go golfing and just need a place to sleep. And the waffles. The restaurant is good food but dont be in a hurry if going there. Check in was easy and didnt take long. There was plenty of parking for everyone. Cons-The ac unit cover kept falling off, there were fruit flies and other little flies all over the towels and all over and in the shower. The breakfast- the biscuits were mush, the sausage were gray, but if your hungry its food.

This is not the most updated hotel but for the price they recognize that and price accordingly. The amenities checked all the boxes. Got a king with pull out which made extra space during the day. Had a slide out (golf course side—so worth it.) with dogs having a slide out made it so easy! Kids walked the dogs around the course in the evening. Outdoor pool right outside our slider. . Indoor pool checkd the boxes. Hot food at breakfast included. If you golf that is there too! Bar has amazing pizza and makes nice to unwind after a long day on lake. Again not updated but nice and kind staff. And had all the amenities that helped make our trips (have stayed there twice) good. The first time I didn’t know better and booked a slider door but it was on parking lot side. It was totally fine but now that I have done gold cart side, I really appreciate it more

Clean, nice staff, great restaurant on site (Rae our server & food was great on a tremendously busy evening). But, definitely not what I think of when I see “resort”—It was just a basic motel, so price was too high and not reflective of amenities. A/C didn’t cool one of our rooms or remove humidity well at all.

I sent a chat today with an Expedia chat help center. We had to change our room to sewer smell. No maid service was offered and even removed our own trash. We had to wait for breakfast more than an hour 3 days in a row and ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere $40 extra charge. When I got the bill for our stay is was only 850$ and Expedia charged me much much more. It was a big inconvenience to have to tell staff things needed to be refilled for continental breakfast and when I said something about sewer smell and seen the plumber the front seat denied any repairs but the smell gave me headaches so we changed our room. Expedia rep said she had to stand by the hotel but I thought Expedia stood by their customer. Such poor service from Expedia

The resort is tired. Rooms are in need of updating. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Sat at the bar to eat. Service and food were bad. Kitchen staff was loud and arguing. Bartender was out of it. Messed up our order, was not attentive. Was getting lit up by another customer for being unfriendly as we were leaving. Won't stay here again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Went to swim in the outside pool and there was a dead mouse in it, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Full of leaves and just dirty. Talked to the desk and they said they would have maintance look at it the next day.....GROSS!!!!The room had holes in the walls, the chair was so worn the faux leather was torn away. The breakfast area had a water dripping ceiling. The carpet was soaked, with just a wet wet floor sign. A hole in the wall is more sanitary than this place.

Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room was clean and in very good condition. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Simply outstanding breakfast! Plenty of parking and quiet. Overall, an excellent experience.
