Broken Elevator, stayed on 3rd floor. Air conditioner sounded like it needed to start 3 or 4 times before it actually started. Noisy toilet, barking dog.

We were welcomed recieved our key and went to our room 3 grandchildren and myself. We felt secure, the room was clean, the TV with a channel and station shhet was in the room with the remote. It was just ok. Talking sound from next room disturbed the sleep. Facility looks old. Gym equipments not in good condition. Breakfast options are less.

The one good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Let me count the negatives 1: security lock in room was held on with one screw- not the security lock you want to see in your room. 2: the pool area. At one point they must have had some sort of hot tub… at this point a crude wood frame was erected around the Hal empty hot tub which contained brownish (questionable water- about 18 inches in depth) this wood framed structure then had plastic snow fencing stapled onto it, which had many ripped sections. Not sure the point of that but highly unattractive and definitely unsafe and who knows what might be growing in that water. Also a sign hanging in front of the pool area instructing people that were not hotel guests were required to pay $5- as if you would bring a guest here to swim. 3: Breakfast- dried out scrambled eggs and other high carb offerings which were not fresh and not appetizing.

Hidabeds were in very poor condition, 1st room the matress was split open and the foot end of the bed was on the floor. The 2nd we moved to there were springs missing that were ment to support the end of the bed and the clothes rack was coming off the wall, missing 2 of 4 screws, Making it unusable. Location was good and close to gas, food and the hwy and the staff was friendly. Hot tub not working, looks like for quit some time but pool was good.

At check in the front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, fresh and well kept up. I was concerned as some past reviews mentioned a smoky smell, but there was none. Would stay there again.

Worse hotel experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a sh*t hole. They don’t clean, their bathrooms are disgusting, toilet bowls probably have never been cleaned under the rim, you could see all the filth and mold. Urine stains behind the lid, sh*t crumbs too. After we asked for a room change when we arrived at midnight I was able to see three rooms, they were all the same. Their towels are nasty and hairs in sinks and tub. We arrived at midnight and had to stay until the morning. We did not stay the whole reservation and checked out a day early to go book at a different hotel. Since we booked through Expedia, they had to contact the hotel so Expedia can ask for the refund for the night we don’t use. The hotel denied it. Expedia called twice. Please save your money. Go somewhere else.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s near restaurants and is in the super safe North Scott area. I was able to check in early and they did not give me any trouble regarding my service dog. Sadly this hotel has gone downhill over the years. It needs massive updates and the rooms weren’t very clean. They did not have bugs but they definitely weren’t clean either. I was given 1 towel and 1 hanger for my room of 3 people which is crazy. The breakfast was mostly not edible and they’d be better off not offering it. Overall I wouldn’t stay again because the condition of the hotel is so poor. It’s a shame.

Came down to the area for a basketball tournament. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the complex. It was a decent hotel for the price. The room had a microwave and a small fridge/freezer combo. Beds were comfortable. The pool was small but a nice option to have. Some small cosmetic damages here and there, but overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Check in service was great, very friendly. Room was dated, no hot water at 4am when I had to get up. Air conditioning was so loud and went off and on every few minutes. Tried to open window instead but traffic noise was worse. Went to breakfast at 6, it had just been put in warmers and was cold. Check out staff was busy playing a game on their phone and I waited to be noticed.

Great stay and price performer. Carpeting and furniture could use some updating, but nothing was shabby. All the basics are there, functional, very clean and in good condition. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was without fault. Didn’t leave hungry. The hotel is family run, and it shows. I love family businesses, because they really care about their guests experience. Their pool looked really nice. They’re not the Marriott, but I give them five stars for all that they offer.

I gave 5 star because the hotel was nice overall since it was the only one available in the area I needed to be. The rooms were good just the carpet needs to be changed it’s too old and wish the hallway didn’t smell like smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. We stayed at the 2nd floor. The breakfast options are good they have all the basics waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal but the eggs/sausage looked sketchy at least to me to eat so went across the street to ‘Cody road coffee’ and got breakfast sandwich’s and bought coffee it was good stuff and next door there’s subway.

The location was great for where I was visiting. The rooms were a good size, but the hotel felt tired. The night staff was not trained and had to make several calls to check me in. He could not move my room to an upper floor (for safety reasons) even though the hotel was not booked out.

Good hotel in a quiet location. Was a little farther from Davenport than other places, but worth the drive. Great service, and clean rooms.

Check in service was great, very friendly. Room was dated, no hot water at 4am when I had to get up. Air conditioning was so loud and went off and on every few minutes. Tried to open window instead but traffic noise was worse. Went to breakfast at 6, it had just been put in warmers and was cold. Check out staff was busy playing a game on their phone and I waited to be noticed.

For what you pay, this is a decent hotel. Nothing special, but okay. Overall it's a bit dated, and the breakfast options were good but not amazing. However, it was clean, the staff were great, and the location convenient.

I gave 5 star because the hotel was nice overall since it was the only one available in the area I needed to be. The rooms were good just the carpet needs to be changed it’s too old and wish the hallway didn’t smell like smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. We stayed at the 2nd floor. The breakfast options are good they have all the basics waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal but the eggs/sausage looked sketchy at least to me to eat so went across the street to ‘Cody road coffee’ and got breakfast sandwich’s and bought coffee it was good stuff and next door there’s subway.

We were welcomed recieved our key and went to our room 3 grandchildren and myself. We felt secure, the room was clean, the TV with a channel and station shhet was in the room with the remote. Outdated rooms. Couch was saggy and could barely be sat on. TV was old and really small. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke, “hot” food was cold and tasteless, barely edible. Won’t stay here again.

The one good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Let me count the negatives 1: security lock in room was held on with one screw- not the security lock you want to see in your room. 2: the pool area. At one point they must have had some sort of hot tub… at this point a crude wood frame was erected around the Hal empty hot tub which contained brownish (questionable water- about 18 inches in depth) this wood framed structure then had plastic snow fencing stapled onto it, which had many ripped sections. Not sure the point of that but highly unattractive and definitely unsafe and who knows what might be growing in that water. Also a sign hanging in front of the pool area instructing people that were not hotel guests were required to pay $5- as if you would bring a guest here to swim. 3: Breakfast- dried out scrambled eggs and other high carb offerings which were not fresh and not appetizing.

A nice convenient place to stay if you need to be local to Eldridge. Pool was a bit on the cool side, but refreshing given it was super hot when we were there. The hot tub looks like it need to be completely removed as it is blocked off with wood. The room was quiet, especially given that it was a rather full hotel. Breakfast was fine. Several options.

We’ve stayed at this Quality Inn many times and have never been disappointed. When we arrived it was ninety plus degrees out with high humidity. Most places we’ve stayed the room is really warm when you get there under these conditions and you have to crank up the a/c to cool it down. We got to our room on the top floor and the hallway was fairly warm but our room was very nice and cool. The room was nice and clean. Our fire detector was chirping when we arrived but the front desk attendant immediately put a new battery in it. Very good place to stay.

This is the first and hopefully last time I ever stay somewhere that I am asked to place dirty towels and garbage outside the door, and come to the front desk to ask for clean towels! The room was clean and bed comfortable, but the hall was hot and lined with dirty towels and garbage when we exited and when we returned later. We didn't try the breakfast so can't report on it. The elevator had a sign on the door that said no more than 4 people at once! And it had no airflow. The halls had no air. All of the ice and vending was on the 1st floor and we were on the 3rd so that meant a trip down the hall (we were at the far end from elevator) and past everyone's garbage and towels. Also, the air conditioner did 3 short start bursts, then finally came on with a roar that my son sounded like a jet plane taking off. Of course it was on a thermostat that cut off and on all night. Literally the tv couldn't be heard above it, but was fine when it cut off. Maintenance needed there, I suppose. Room 320 for reference for the owners/managers.
