It was unfortunate that the parking lot was closed. There was not enough parking across the way & we didn’t feel like we could leave when we did find a place to park or we wouldn’t get another place when we came back. Our room was nice & the breakfast buffet was good. The vending machine on 5th floor did not work.

It was an event night at yhe Casey Center. We arrived promptly at 3pm. We sre do glad we did because the parking lot for the hotel filled fast. Having talked eith guests who stayed in 2025. The close parking lot in front of the hotel was closed in March 2025 when they stayed. The line that formed at vheck in went rather fast. The gentleman who checked us in was all business and no personality. Which i think rubbed off on the other two workers as well. Hospitality was lacking at the first of contact. We were very thankful for Kevin who gave us a ride and picked us up from the Casey Center. Wonderful guy!! To great care of us! Lady in the elevator when leaving asked if we enjoyed our stay. She was friendly and gave mor Hospitality than the gal who checked us out. We didnt do the breakfast because an additional $50 to be allowed breakfast on site is uncalled for. We went to Ihop and had a delicious and less expensive meal option. Our room was comfortable. But is definitely starting to show age. From google info it looks like this site may be for sale or sold. But that doesnt excuse staff from offering a pleasant experience to guests. It wasnt just us ushered in and sent on our ways. Hospitality and customer serve lacking.

Very clean and friendly staff. Hotel was sold out for the weekend but everything was well kept and moved quickly. Buffet breakfast was amazing and very affordable. Within walking distance to downtown and many bars, restaurants, venues and things to do. Will return!
