Fue una reservación para mis hijos que salían temprano de viaje y fueron recibidos con cordialidad y amabilidad y seguros.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. The kids & I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We took toys to play with in the pool and had fun sharing them with other guests. The parking lot is large. We easily found good places to park. A 10+ rating.

This hotel is outdated. The balconies are very outdated. It seems fun to have a holidome but there were guests with kids dancing and being incredibly loud until after midnight. We called to ask for help and get the staff to enforce quiet hours, which they posted as after 10pm and it wasn’t dealt with. No breakfast was included either.

Somewhat of a unicorn...the internet says there are only a handful of Holidomes left that are still in operation and this one checks all the boxes on the nostalgia factor. Large central dome, with a large pool and hot tub and several levels or areas for large groups, family reunions, etc. There is a restaurant inside the holidome that is surprisingly good and also serves as mini-convenience store (pop, candy, chips, etc). As for rooms, there are options facing into the Holidome as well as on the outer ring of the hotel, if you want something quieter. The rooms are spacious, with a smaller bathroom, but everything was clean and well maintained. Large mini-fridge and microwave in the room. TV had a good variety of channels, including HBO. Room HVAC was built into the wall, instead of the noisier version mounted below the window that you usually see. Lots of hot water in the shower. Lots of parking in the attached lot and there are doors to access the building close to your room. Checkin was smooth. No free breakfast that I could see, but you can eat at the restaurant in the Holidome. If I was in the area and could get a room here, this would be the first place I'd look. It's unique in a way that most hotels now are not and that makes it kinda fun.

The pool had way too much chlorine. Just being in the dome area made me feel sick the next day from it. My “balcony” was on the 1st floor in the corner with NO privacy. Could not see the pool at ALL. Could hear literally everything from inside my hotel room. When saying something to hotel staff all they told me was they will try to keep things under control in the atrium. It is a public area that is open until 10pm. I even sent clips proving the noise from my room and they did nothing!
