Parking area was well lit and accessible. Staff member was attentive at check in. The room was very clean and inviting.

The smell in the building was teribil,stairs was not clean,elevator broke

Staff was super awesome and friendly. Room was nice. But Hallways had a really weird funky smell. Lots of loitering around the property. And I have a stiff neck from the uncomfortable pillows. Other than that it wasn’t bad.

Elevator was broke was on 3rd floor across from stairs door slamming all night people in room next were extremely noisy people up n down hall all night! Stayed here several times before gave it 5⭐ now 2 ⭐ don't think I'll be back

Arrived at 2:15 only to be told I had to come back at 3🙄🙄 A bit sketchy with the guests staying there and heard 2 people screaming at each other from the hallway on the way to my room . Ice only on first floor. Wouldn’t stay again alone didn’t feel safe to leave the room

I didn’t like the smoke smell in the room and the elevator was down.

The elevator was not working and they did not even try to get it working. I knows climbing stairs is good exercise but three are a much for three days of stay if you have to leave more than once a day

Perfectly fine for a quick over night stay. Really no complaints except no toiletries for a shower. Parking lot seemed safe and clean. Corridors smelled a little old but not dirty. The floors are a little creaky so I was woken up several times but the guests above us walking around but they weren't intentionally being loud. We stayed just for a few hours of sleep after a concert and I can't complain for the price. I would stay there again.

After laying in bed following a long day with my kids we find ants throughout the unit and also in the bed. We went downstairs to talk to the manager and she said “it’s because of the weather” and refused to change the room. So I got Clorox and sprayed. While it took care of the ants, it flushed the roaches out of hiding. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The hallways smelled a bit like body odor and though our room appeared clean, there was a reminiscent odor of former smokers. The bed was comfortable; however, I think 4 rather than 2 pillows would be nicer. The bathroom was clean; however, there was only one hand towel. Not sure if this is normal, but while there were two complimentary soaps, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion were found. Loved having the kitchenette, complete with dishes and utensils. Thank you. Biggest issue was running and jumping all night from other guests--no respect for others sleeping, so we didn't get much sleep.

Bugs, ant and roach infested!

There were cockroaches in the rooms, the whole hotel reeked of marijuana, and the staff didn’t want to do anything to help about either. Honestly I wonder if the night staff was part of the smoking because the next morning we walked out and it didn’t smell at all. They told us there was nothing they could do about the cockroaches and wouldn’t refund our money so we could leave when we seen them at midnight. Told us we had to wait u til morning to speak to someone. I will never go back to this hotel!

The location was convenient to our venue, and having a McDonald’s right next door was definitely a plus. However, the property felt more like an extended-stay apartment building, with a dorm-like atmosphere. The residents were friendly, but there were a lot of lingering smells throughout the halls — from food being cooked to cigarette smoke — and our floor in particular smelled strongly of smoke. The room didn’t feel very clean, with a moldy odor, some visible mold around the tub, and even a small hole in the shower. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, though the pillows were surprisingly nice. Overall, while the location was convenient, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Nice and clean, no stink, and safe

Older motel but clean room. Walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear everything going on with other guests. Main issue i had was person above me was constantly moving the furnishings back and forth at all hours of the day and night, as well as what sounded like running from wall to wall and stomping on the floor/ceiling.

When we arrived to the property there were alot of people outside smoking in front of the building. We were told it was no smoking but the entire hotel smelled of marijuana and there were several big dogs on our floor that barked alot. We rented 2 rooms and neither room had a working TV. We were told we could switch rooms and then we were told no unless we wanted to pay more. I reserved the rooms a month before the concert and I will not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel/studio for 4 days and 3 nights. The convenience of having a fridge, stove and microwave was amazing which saved me money from eating out. Granted, McDonald’s is right next door so I walked there several times. The studio is a tad bit outdated but it was clean and everything worked. Now my only and biggest complain would be the constant smell of cigarette smoke in my room. It was so bad that I broke out in hives. I called the front seat to investigate and he never did. I waited 45 minutes to see or hear anyone come up to my floor and no one did. I went and bought a ton of deodorizers and even then the smell wouldn’t go away. So if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke I suggest you find another hotel. Second complaint is the noise. The walls are thin and noise is loud. Definitely not for those who are light sleepers. And third complaint was the bed. It was hard as a rock. I woke up several times from how uncomfortable it was. Just no cushion whatsoever. So this was my experience.

Had its ups and downs. It is an older motel and shows the signs of it but with that said, the price paid for my stay was good bargain. The employees were above par in their customer service and helpfulness. First room I was given had a toilet running continuously, tv didnt work, and room had an odd smell. Second room was in working condition but thin walls allowed noise to come through throughout the night. As well, the a/c / heater was either not working properly or was set by the motel. Having wood floors was a nice touch.

This was the cleanest, nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever seen. The kitchenette was so cute. Bed was comfortable.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It had a full size refrigerator, a two burner stove, with dishes and pots,pans and silverware and also a coffee maker with a microwave.

Toilet paper holder broken in room 340. Paper falls on the floor! Seems like an easy inexpensive repair that should be high priority. Bed mattress seemed old and worn.

Stay was good minus the person above me!! Stomped around the room constantly!!! As if they didn’t know how to walk normally and as if they had no clue there were guest under them smh

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean ,updated, comfortable. We are planning to stay at this hotel chain again on another vacation we have planned. The only downside was i wished the room was more sound proof.

Front desk staff I encountered very nice & helpful. Room was clean & very spacious with adequate amenities. Room did not include iron, ironing board, or hair dryer like most other places. Those items have to be checked out at the front desk. AC system in room very old but worked well. There was some sort of paint stains on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was loose, but no other issues with bathroom. This hotel does not supply basic toiletries like most others do. Biggest complaint is the noise level. There are many local long-term residents here, so it has more of a dorm or hostel feel. Even though the building is not directly on a main road, it is close enough that you hear lots of traffic noise. Decent place to stay if you're needing something clean & relatively cheap, but not somewhere to go and relax. I booked two nights but only stayed one due to the noise levels.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. The place is a slum. Trash all over the place outside the hotel, etc. When the front desk clerk finally arrived, she was rude to me and said she had been upstairs helping a guest with a tv problem. That’s fine, but put a note or something at the check-in area….

The price was better than all other hotels of that same caliber. It’s next door to McDonald’s and about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Sugarloaf mill mall. The mini kitchen was small, but it was very helpful to have one with a stove. The black lady at the front desk (sorry, I can’t remember her name) was very helpful. If I had any situation that needed attention, she was quick to jump on it. It was better than all other extended stay hotels. There was a strong food smelI when I got there, but after several days of airing out the room, it went away. I did read reviews saying there’s sketchy people outside the hotel. And they were in fact there, but they weren’t sketchy. But perhaps friendly people that were staying there. So I don’t know what they meant by sketchy. But it’s in a great quiet suburban area and I would definitely recommend.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk lady was not very nice to us. Even though we had stayed the night there for a graduation, our car broke down. Alternator went out. So we attended the graduation and as soon as it was over we went and got the part came back to try to replace it. We did successfully replaced, it took longer than we expected. It was our first time ever doing it but we were 3 hours away from home so we didn't know what to do. Insurance wouldnt cover this vehicle because of the age. We got stuck in a sticky situation and we were given poor care for that. We were threatened to get the car towed, with very nasty attitudes towards it. The lady was rolling her eyes and looks so annoyed when I came to her to talk to her about it. They did allow us to finish up but never gave a clear answer. They were constantly keep their eyes on us. All we were trying to do is get home to our kids. When that front desk lady left her shift, she very kindly looked at my mother-in-law with this evil smirk and rolled her eyes at her. I hate this I don't ever give bad reviews. I don't and I know there's policies in place and people have to stand by their policies, but there is a time and place for Grace for people and sadly that day therewas none. Manager sending a female too was kinda sad, even though she wasn't friendly she didn't deserve to do his job. Place was nice though for the price, really enjoyed the room. But there was no friendliness when welcomes or with the car

Took me 10 minutes to find the person who was checking people in. Apparently he was getting a drink from the convenience store around the corner. No body at the front desk. Came back later to ask a question and he was gone again.

Accessible to Georgia Gwinnett College via back roads but it was dumpy looking, smelling, and noisy I will not stay in a Studio 6 again unless desperate

Very clean, very friendly staff. Only complaint I have is it is smoke free, but since the smoking area is outside and the ac units are out of the window, it pulls the smell of cigarette smoke into the room. Now that I have checked out, the clothes I washed at the washer and dryer all smell like cigarette smoke. I’ll have to rewatch it. They have plenty options to eat at in the area and fast stations around. They also have a menu you can order to have delivered to your room.

the hard (no carpet) floors were obviously dirty. the floors felt dirty on clean bare feet. our feet made the sheets dirty and it was obviously dirty once we each set foot in the bathtub. the walls were thin and you could hear people talking (normally) thru the walls. the breakfast was meager and only available when asked for and came in a brown paper sack.
