Luxury Space In the Marina

Nice view of the Marina, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I had a great stay. My only complaint is that for a 4 star hotel, the hotel furniture needs some updating. Some of the furniture in my room was old, chipped, and peeling. I also did not like that you have to pay $50 a day for valet parking.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I booked it and when I got there I was still waiting for my keyless entry info. I called them over and over outside the door. They never answered. I chatted with Hotels.com and they could not reach them as well. I git there at check in time. I still was waiting at four hours later for a check in code. It was late and cold. Hotel.com offered me to get a refund or help me find another place. I told them I would find my own place and I would take the refund. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. To this day the owner has never called me back and I never have received a refund. Hotels. Com said they can no longer help me and said they have to support the owner of the property. The owner even took a cleaning fee. I HAVE LEFT PROBABLY 15 messages to the owner over the past 8 days. No response. Avoid this place. They are a scam and you will get ripped off. I also will not use hotel.com again. They too did not stand behind me as a customer. They are loyal to the facilities more than their customers. BE AWARE!!!!

We needed a place to stay for a week extremely last minute/day of do to a plumbing issue in our apartment and they were very accommodating of us and our large dog! Great communication throughout the stay and we really appreciated the pet treats and wine they left for us.

Property didn’t delivery the unit on time , lack communication all the period since I booked , I was booking a hotel at 10 pm because they didn’t deliver the place for me and my family, terrible experience for my family and me
