everything was very easy to navigate and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easily accessible as it’s right under the hotel. Very close to nearby groceries and only 20 mins from CBD while still being quiet daily.

Firstly, there is no dedicated spot to park your car while you check in, has to park in front and do a U turn back in order to get in the parking. The parking has no direct way getting into the hotel so you kinda have to walk out of the parking and walk through the front door( floor is very slippery when wet as well) We were placed on a top floor of a 3 story building, even if we stated we are traveling with a child. There is no elevator so we are carrying 3 lugguages up stairs, the parking downstair are not marked for rooms and limited as well, as we went out to grab a macca drivethrough we lost our original parking and has to park to the last spot near the gate. Owner(front desk staff) seems to live in the room right next to the front desk and will stare out the window at you as you return to the place. Room was a bit poor design with bed inches from the bathroom door and no coffee table infront of the sofa. But the price was decent and only staying for a night, perhaps great for a short stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception was lovely and easy to talk to. Small amount of parking underneath the hotel but was still able to park late at night. The windows open in the room which is great for air flow and doesn’t get stuffy. Some construction going on next door but no fault of the hotels

Was in a handy position with shops Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse etc a 1 1/2 minute walk away plus time spent at lights. Room was listed as 415sq ft but I dont think it would have been 300sq feet. There was a balcony which wasnt stated on my room selection, which was just as well because if you went out on it you faced the real possibility of eye damage from the rather bulky potted palm type tree. It wasnt a sociable balcony as it only had one dirty plastic chair on it. Parking is free if you can get one, 30 rooms 15 car parks. I got one. Wotif confirmation stated I was to contact the property prior to booking date to receive the access code for the room. I rang the property a couple of days prior and had a confusing conversation with whoever was on the other end but ultimately he said he would ring me when my room was ready. I told him I was expecting to be there at 2 pm as per the listed arrival time and he said he would call me with the access code. Never happened and I phoned after 2.30 to be told to go to the reception which I was led to believe they didnt have. Toilet didnt work when we got there but was fixed promptly. It would have been nice to have had some sort of tint or similar on the window so you didnt have people waving to you from the bus stop opposite. We had to keep the blinds closed. Be careful you dont hit your head on the weird bedside ledges that encroach into the bed area, we had to put pillows over them. Room needed maintenance but was adequate and cle

The staff at this property went above and beyond to solve a small problem for me which was amazing of them and they were so nice about it. Parking was really easy to find and use but be warned for cars over 2 meters tall it is low parking. Other than that they had a very good kitchen which made it super easy for me to cook breakfast for my partners birthday which is why we stayed there. They had more facilities and utensils than I was expecting which was lovely. Staff were absolutely lovely.

reception host was very obliging platform lift very handy bringing our bags up at front of building. glad we were on ground floor as no other lifts.. was quiet and good to have self contained kitchen facility bed comfi and shower great. plenty of eateries around. would stay again

Die Umgebung des Motels ist sehr laut, direkt neben dem Gebäude (Aussicht) befand sind das nebenstehende Gebäude in riesigem Umbau (August 2023). Grundsätzlich saubere Unterkunft, wenn man nicht genauer hinsieht. Viele Mängel im Zimmer, wie loser Wasserhahn im Bad, lauter Kühlschrank, fehlende Türen in der Küchenzeile.. Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos gut, Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Gebäude (mit Tor gesichert). 24 Stunden Zugang zum Auto und Motel. Waschen und Trocknen problemlos möglich, muss aber unter einer Stunde (waschen) erledigt sein (Vorschrift). Alles in allem ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Preis - Leistung daher auch ,,ok“.

This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again

The bathroom filled with water every time you showered, the rooms smelt like cigarette smoke and the fridge wasn’t turned on. This property looked nothing like the pictures and was not worth the price. Never stay there again.

We booked accomodation for an employee, who was arriving after 8pm. When she arrived the room was dirty, the door would not lock and the pillowcases were disposable paper ones. She was unable to find any staff on the premises so was forced to leave and find other accomodation late at night. Very disappointing.

Quiet and safe - but my bed had bed bugs. I was bitten extensively - all over my hands, arms, legs, neck, face and legs. I then pulled the sheets back only to discover they were filthy with stains, foreign hairs and debris.

The room I stayed in smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it moments before entering. The carpet was old and stained. The staff were direct but pleasant and I really liked the room itself. I love the way the bathroom was set up for a motel, but I do think they should do a deep cleanse of the room next time.

Was the perfect stay for me whilst I needed to be near by to the Austin hospital. Stayed here two nights in a row at short notice and Ivan was always extremely helpful and accommodating.

We booked accomodation for an employee, who was arriving after 8pm. When she arrived the room was dirty, the door would not lock and the pillowcases were disposable paper ones. She was unable to find any staff on the premises so was forced to leave and find other accomodation late at night. Very disappointing.

everything was very easy to navigate and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easily accessible as it’s right under the hotel. Very close to nearby groceries and only 20 mins from CBD while still being quiet daily.

I stayed there in late March 2023. The building immediately next door is under construction and it was very loud starting around 7 in the morning. The room itself was good, although the bathroom strangely had a light that was motion-sensor based and could not simply be turned on. It kept turning off after 3-4 seconds, which I found very annoying.

Buchung funktioniert gut. Später Check- In mit Code ist auch kein Problem. Die Umgebung des Motels ist sehr laut, direkt neben dem Gebäude (Aussicht) befand sind das nebenstehende Gebäude in riesigem Umbau (August 2023). Grundsätzlich saubere Unterkunft, wenn man nicht genauer hinsieht. Viele Mängel im Zimmer, wie loser Wasserhahn im Bad, lauter Kühlschrank, fehlende Türen in der Küchenzeile.. Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos gut, Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Gebäude (mit Tor gesichert). 24 Stunden Zugang zum Auto und Motel. Waschen und Trocknen problemlos möglich, muss aber unter einer Stunde (waschen) erledigt sein (Vorschrift). Alles in allem ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Preis - Leistung daher auch ,,ok“.

This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again

We arrived and no-one was at reception and door was locked. We were told by another couple waiting that the receptionist would be back in 10 minutes. Half an hour later, the other couple managed to get a mobile number and have it to us. We tried both the mobile and landline numbers over 10 times and they were constantly engaged. Another family arrived to go to their room and told us "good luck - the whole ordeal of dealing with the hotel was terrible", and they were happy it was their last night. After an hour we left and booked into another motel. The receptionist finally rang me back but denied receiving any phone calls from me (how did she get my number???) I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. We have asked for a refund.

When we arrived we couldn't check in with both numbers constantly engaged. After 45 minutes and 16 phone calls we checked into another hotel. After we had done that the hotel rang us and asked if we were trying to check in. It wasn't just us, there were 3 other people trying to do the same. One left in frustration before us, I'm not sure what the other one did. We did speak to a guest who was going to the underground car park. She wished us luck but said that dealing with reception was a nightmare.

Spacious room. Small bathroom. Heating worked well. Contactless check in - had to call a number for them to remotely let us in the hotel and our room. Microwave and plates in the room was handy. Free street parking overnight. Overall good value for money.

Easy to find and convenient on site parking available for a slightly extra cost. No lift so need to be able to climb stairs to access the rooms. Generally clean room - kitchenette could have done with a thorough wipe down, including door handles, etc. Comfortable bed. Some water spillage from the stepless shower base when having a shower. Pubs, restaurants in close proximity. Overall, very happy and priced well.

Air conditioner did not work ( so room was freezing) , key pad for check in to room was faulty (took at least siz goes to get access to room) and worst of all, carpet was soaking wet in front of shower. Sent text as soon as we arrived listing all the issues but no response at all. Very disappointing
