Sonesta Atlanta Northwest Galleria - Marietta

No hot water--none, zero--for the last day I was there. Staff was completely unsympathetic, so-what, called maintenance attitude. They suck. Breakfast bar outlandishly overpriced. Old fruit. Nothing more than a continental breakfast for $26. Nothing cooked to order. Oh, but the coffee is free. Pool was dirty. Sparse equipment in the "gym". $38 a day to park in the freaking parking lot. Total disappointment.

Way overpriced, staff was unprofessional, horrible experience

Everything was fine until we were informed that there’s $22 to eat breakfast. I’m pretty sure it says that it’s a complementary breakfast for this location.

I stay at hotels quite often and I have to say I am VERY happy with my stay at Sonesta. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had tickets to the Bananas and took the shuttle and Fred (the driver) is AMAIZING!!!!!! My husband and I had time to kill waitting on friends to meet us in the lobby and we sat and chatted with Fred for a good 30 minutes. He took the time to drop us off at a easy place to find so he could pick us up after the game. The hotel it's self was very clean with no weird smells.

Rooms was clean, comfortable. It is a little loud from the interstate as we had a room on the interstate side of the hotel. Also i had already purchase the room when I was informed its 30 a night to park at the hotel. A little strange since its kind of away from Truist Park, but overall nice hotel.
