Water pipe busted manger did nothing about it kids running in the hallway at 2 am no ice dirty rooms stunk like a skunk

Went through 3 rooms as soon as i got there. The rooms had an aweful smell, dirty rugs and floor, roaches, rotted wood in the bathroom and the stove top barely worked. The pool isnt usable and hadnt been for 2 years according to other extended stay people. The check in counter staff was not that hospitable. The breakfast is muffins or granola bars that are individually packed. Not what i expected for sure.

I specifically wanted a pool and they have one but it has not been approved by the county. I chose this place because they said it had a pool. I even took a picture. I checked in and the front desk person told me the pool was not opened. I brought my 7 year old who was extremely disappointed. This is false advertising. The room is dirty and outdated. The sofa bed did not have sheets. I had to go and get them myself. I am truly disappointed and will make a complaint because their guest relations department is closed.

Do not stay here. Roaches in the rooms and they give you dirty towels and when you ask for new clean ones they tell you to come to the reception desk with the dirty ones to wash them and Give them back to you once they wash them in 2-3 hours due to only having one working washing machine and dryer. The hotel smells bad of smoke and pets.

I got there and found out my room didn't have a tv. It actually had a tv but it was smashed. I was told during my check-in but I at least expect them to remove the tv. Two of the light don't work from what I'm guessing because the bulb just needs changing. The curb appeal is trash and I had to pay $8 bucks for wifi(I thought it was free but whatever). There where bottles everywhere outside and look like someone was cooking out. I see two grills that some guest bought with me and made the parking lot a bbq area. The entrance had chalk where children where play. The actually front lobby entrance. I can go on but should get the jist. However it just a one night(for me) it was the cheapest rate for the area. I'm familiar with the area so I know this safe but this hotel needs better management. Someone who care about how it looks and the little things. It looks sketchy at best.

We were in Alpharetta for a week in June and picked this hotel for its pool and breakfast options. The pool was unusable full of green algae and dirt. It had not been inspected since 2023 but website did not indicate this at all. The pullout couch mattress was heavily stained and unusable. Breakfast consisted of coffee and nutrigrain bars with some instant oatmeal. Very deceptive description on website. I requested to check out with refund for unused days and was told I would not get refund so we finished out our stay

When we were searching Expedia, this property looked good to us, so we booked for 7 days and paid in advance. We were very surprised to see how the property is in reality. After one night in a horrible first floor room we tried to get a refund, but not possible. The manager kindly gave us a somewhat quieter room on the second floor. Here is a short list of problems we encountered: the refrigerator in our first room sounded like a diesel truck and wasn't cold. The pool was closed the entire week of our stay. The hallway to our room was dirty and not vacuumed once. The floors in our room were dirty. There are zero utensils in the room even though there is a kitchenette. There was no breakfast as advertised, only coffee and hot water with condiments for coffee. We learned that the majority of the facility is rented out as low income housing for families with kids. We then learned that granola bars and oatmeal packets are provided, but the families get an early start and the minimal breakfast provided is gone. On two days there wasn't even coffee at 7:30am. The residents bbq and smoke weed in the parking lot after their work day and on the weekend. The manager was very friendly and tried her best under the circumstances not in her control.

Walked in the lobby & you can smell the water damage. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room also smelled of water damage. A dog down the hall barked for a couple hours & a man had a drunken tirade for a bit. The hot/cold water was reversed in the shower & water pressure was awful.

Hallways were extremely dirty. The room itself was OKAY, but there was a big tube in the shower drain and it wouldn't allow ANY water to drain. The guy working was really nice though.

The smell of curry in the room was overpowering. The room was old and dirty with hair stuck on the bathroom wall, and the toilet that did not flush properly. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had ever. I ended up checking out 2 days early and getting a different hotel at my own cost. Truly disgusting.

Room had roaches, was transferred to another room the remainder of the stay that was better, rooms and hallways still had a mildew smell that was unpleasant.

Low water pressure in shower , no hot water in sink. Infestation of cockroaches found several in the room every night . Overall stay was poor . Staff apologetic, I requested compensation for a portion of my stay , however it was denied based on I booked hotel stay on a third party site ( Expedia

I stayed here for two days and while the front desk staff was very pleasant, the rooms were less than desirable. The room I was supposed to stay in wasn’t done being cleaned, so I was put in another room, with the staff telling me I could switch to the original room later. I wondered why. Well the room had a broken tv that looked like someones head had hit it, and it didn’t work. That and it sounded like WWE was going on in the room above me. I requested a room change. I was put in yet another room, and this one was infested with gnats. I was not moving again, so I sucked it up. I did not leave a nasty review because, as I said, the front desk staff was great. But now, I see I was charged an additional $500 without being notified. I called and asked what it was for. Room damage. Are you kidding me?? I am 58 years old and was by myself. I just slept there, as I was at work all day. I’m trying to find out what it was for, and am guessing the already damaged tv. On top of that, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t slide into the groove. I had to place the kitchen chair under the knob so I could sleep without worrying about someone coming in. I feel like I was robbed. I spent a total of 687.06 for two nights sleep in a nasty bed?? I assure you this is going to be disputed, even if I have to take it to small claims court. I will NOT be paying for a new tv that their less than desirable clientele broke!! Do yourself a favor - do not EVER stay here.

Very nice and clean. Roomy and comfortable. Plenty of cable channels. Host were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was nothing to brag about, but the coffee was good. convenient is your grocery stores restaurants actually had a Shell station just walk away as well as a waffle house. I would recommend this. I would stay there again as well.

This hotel accepted the money to stay up front for 3 days... Then when it came time to check in, they turned off the screen and said... "System went down... I cant check you in... You have to go to another hotel... " Even after showing that the "SYSTEM" sent a receipt that showed a confirmed Payment... Very Rude People, and they are refusing to give refund, BECAUSE... They Said we... " NEVER CHECKED IN... NO REFUNDS" Stay as far away from this Scaming Operation As Posible... No Problem, I have turned it in to the Fraud dept. Of my CC. for my $$$ back...

The bath in the the room assigned to us was not cleaned up. We reported the issue and sought a new room. This was close to 12 am..it took 25 min to find a replacement room for us.. it was an upgrade to a suite. So I appreciate the sincerity. But it was a painful wait given how tired we were after driving 400 miles.

It was quiet and i felt at home and the young man that check me in that night went above and beyond for me.
