Beverage cooler was broken, so drinks weren't available. Housekeeping did not service our room after our first night's stay. We came back to dirty towels and unchanged sheets. Also had to pay $10/day for parking which was disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Charging a $10/day fee for parking is uncalled for screams corporate greed. You’re traveling, why wouldn’t you have a mode of transportation? The hotel is not near an airport of within a major metropolitan area with pedestrian facilities. A car is needed. Also, the shower curtain did not enclose the shower hence creating a very wet bathroom floor.

When entered propert it smelled old, humid odor. Place is older, but at least look clean. Hallways look updated and clean. Room was clean, but had humidity order coming from AC also shower had mold in the tile and curtain would not sustain water in pan, which floor would be full of water after shower.

I am glad that I chose to stay at that hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. Check in was fast, my room was clean and had modern and nice furniture, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was also quiet. I didn’t need a car parking so I can’t comment on that aspect. Breakfast was not included. Not a big deal considering how nice the room was!

The staff was very friendly, from the folks at the desk to the bistro to housekeeping. Unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned, and there were several clumps of long dark hair on the shower floor and walls. Also, the shower never got hot, just a little warm at most.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff welcomed us and made sure we were pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and well stocked. We loved our room and balcony, and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

Honestly, I would like a refund because the toilet and shower was dirty and I have pictures of the mold/dirt on the toilet. It hasn’t been cleaned in months it seems like and it ruined me and my fathers stay completely

It was very noisy because of the traffic on the highway. Didn’t like that you had to pay extra just to park your car. The room smelled shut up and like pee. Shower had mold in the tile. The room was so humid there was condensation on the doors and walls. The staff was all very friendly.

Everything was great but there was a softball team staying there and it was non-stop noise above us. I finally called front desk and he did take care of it quickly. Could hear next door snoring and cough8ng so walls are a little thin.

The ac didn’t work probably we were sweating in our sleep. Bed is too hard & pillows are very flat. Very uncomfortable for the 2 night stay. Wont stay here again. Staff was great tho.

This is very noisy place with very uncomfortable beds. Bathroom door does not latch. The toilet paper is so cheap that it would be hard to find on the market. You can every dialog in the hallway.

Loved it. Rented 2 rooms with balconies. One had a nice view of the pool and the other one had a view of the front parking lot where you could only see the top of the building. Beds were soft. Rooms clean. No complaints.

The hotel was nice. The room that we stayed in air conditioning was not working that well and the shower was incomplete. Water was all over the floor and the curtain did not come down as if there was a tub there at one point of time. Also the fitted sheet did not fit.

It felt like I stayed at a motel vs a hotel. The rooms are outdated. Rooms are super small, furniture is old and beat up. Couch was dirty, rug was not vacuumed. Very uncomfortable watching tv. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. My toilet clogged and overflowed. When taking a shower the water did not drain fast enough the water would fill up to my ankles, disgusting. Towels were stained and so were the bed sheets. The balcony was dirty and not finished.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and cut off frequently. The call desk button on the telephone was disabled. Otherwise it was a nice stay and would go there again.

The customer service team were very prompt in services that I requested in my room, however the assigned room was not one of the best rooms, furniture pieces falling apart, no window view only a view of a roof top. noisy elevator, squeaky floors above my room, hearing people walking across the floor above my room all night.

Had a great trip. Was a little further away for the football stadium than I thought it would be. Staff was great. Got locked out of the room and Maintenace had to break the lock to get us in. The lock slipped back when the door shut. Front desk was great and the Maintenace guy was super funny.

We did not get the room as requested during check in. The hotel is presently going through a remodel. Betty, who greeted us, changed the room to fit our needs and put us as far away from the construction as possible. Room is exceptionally clean and very quiet.

The hotel and the food are good but the staff is not good. When I arrived Sunday night the automatic door was closed and took forever for the receptionist to show up to open it to me. The hair dryer in my room was missing and I requested one but I am still waiting to receive it. It the Bistro takes forever to get a coffee and one lady is rude and the other is lost.

Good hotel near the main roads. There’s a Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts, and Baskin Robbins within walking distance. Hotel doesn’t have “free” breakfast unless you book it as part of your package, but can pay for breakfast. Feels like it could use a bit of a refresh—mostly the bathroom and carpet. Guest services was awesome—front desk and housekeeping, especially Betty at the front desk. Solid Hotel and I would stay there again

Is on a main road in front of the building was a little noisy so we took a room in the back limited amenities. moderate job preparing room for the next day. Gym was good room was pretty good when we 1st checked in. Price, reasonably nice hotel, and convenient location was most impprtant at time of booking and satisfied all well

They charge you $10 a day for parking. Even though you have already paid for the room. Also, the bathtub was leaking when I took a shower, so I used one of the towels to mop up some of the water off the floor and just barely mopping the floor with the towel and it was completely black. The only option that I saw was a Starbucks that had to pay, completely overpriced .. The building is old and very dusty. The air conditioning vents were completely dusty and we woke up with sore throats. This is not the quality that we expect from the Marriott, and I did send them an email to Corporate and never heard anything back. We picked this because we like Marriott, and the reviews were good, but I’m not really sure what happened since those reviews were written and we stayed here. There was another group staying there at the same time and had the exact same experience and we will never go back. Thank you
