Nice motel “campus”. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great – hot scrambled eggs and hot sausage were included! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area or the pool but they looked very nice. Will definitely stay there again when driving through.

The property, landscaping, cleanliness, outside sitting area all beautiful. The staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and the a/c worked great. The breakfast was delicious. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovations. But no worries we went down the road to the local KOA, rented a tent site and enjoyed the beautiful pool there during the day. So it was a win win all around. Would definitely consider this hotel if in the area again.

Very nice place to stay at . It has very thing you need breakfast in the morning, a coffee machine in your room, a swimming pool, iron, ironing board. The room was clean the bathroom was immaculate on arrival with extra soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels, a great shower water was plenty hot or cool and just enough pressure, the toilet even worked well.

Location was great. The only problem was the floors in the room were dirty. You need to put a rug at the front door so as not to track dirt into the room. If the outside tiles are wet you track dirt inside. Other than that our stay was great. The outside area is awesome for get togethers. Gazebo with swing and large BBQ grill. Very clean place.

Floors are always a problem. My husband wore white sock, they were very dirty after a few hours. I always were my flip flops, never barefoot. We did share this with management. This is our usual stop.

Informative and friendly staff, generally clean room but dirty when you look closely. Clean sheets, but caked dust by microwave, dead roaches indicating the floors haven’t been cleaned. Pet friendly which is nice, relatively quiet but off a 35mph highway. Overall a decent stay, will come back and hopefully they’ve done some spraying.

The main problem was the soap dish in the shower was dirty, appeared to have a pubic hair in it, the bed could have been softer. It was a little noisy next door. I definitely would stay here again as all of this could have been a fluke

My room was clean and well stocked with towels and all essentials. I was grateful due to my handicap that I got a room on the bottom floor. I however was not grateful for the upstairs neighbors whom walked around with cement boots all night. I was there comfortable, sleeping...until upstairs Mr. Cement boots decided to take off said boots, one at a time..BOOM.....BOOM. Startled wide awake at 3am...

The hotel has been totally remodeled and updated. Laminate flooring, tile shower, new furniture and TV’s..breakfast was good as well. I don’t think it should be a 2 star.

Check in was easy and employee very friendly. Our tv wouldn’t connect and he came and fixed it immediately. Room was extremely clean, newly renovated. Shower water pressure was great; in-room coffee was way better than most, and breakfast was hot and good. Surprisingly excellent stay!

Nice room, air conditioning worked very well, everything was clean upon arrival. We stayed two days, two nights and not once did housekeeping come in and clean and provide new bath towels nor toilet paper. We had to go down to the office to ask for toilet paper. Other than that, our stay was nice. There is a Powell's Dairy Freeze next door which is a drive-in style ice cream place. Very good, and the price isn't bad, either! Laredo's Mexican and Sonny's are great options for restaurants very nearby to this hotel.

We were unfortunate to have car problems so we had no transportation. Uber was unavailable. Luckily, we are good walkers and were able to walk a mile to a decent restaurant. Jack, at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and we are so appreciative of his efforts and kindness. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Room looks newly renovated. Easy parking, comfy bed. Nice fridge and microwave in room. Quiet spot. Quick drive to a coupe of local spots for a casual bite to eat.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Area is not amazing. Pool was not as clean as I would have liked. Room was clean except shower floor seemed slimy. Had fridge and microwave which the fridge was a bonus for diabetic medicine. Seems newly renovated. For the area I imagine this is the nicer of the hotels but nowhere near the $200+ a night charged. The stairs are harsh and steep, if you are disabled make sure to get bottom floor. Hubby is disabled and we had to cut visit short from stairs. It seems nicer than other hotels in area from outside. There is nothing to do in that town so we wouldn't stay again. Not worth the rate charged by far.

This has been my go-to hotel the last two years, whenever I'm in town to visit a friend of mine. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The staff are always very nice and accommodating, the rooms are always clean, and the area is quiet and safe. There's a Powell's Dairy Freeze drive-thru ice cream place that has very good ice cream and it's not expensive! It's literally next door... You can walk there. There's also a variety of restaurants such as Beef O'Grady's, Granny's Country Kitchen, Laredo (Mexican), Sonny's BBQ, to name a few. There's also a Walgreen's and a gas station nearby. I have yet to use the pool (I have bleach blonde hair, so getting in the pool would turn my hair green LOL), but I have seen the pool, and it's very inviting! I am always sooo tempted to jump in!!! And the pool is open until 10 p.m., not 8 p.m., like most places, so that's cool. The rooms always have a fresh, clean smell, and the a/c always works. The shower is very nice, and everything looks updated. Not this visit, but on a past visit, the hair dryer came in handy because I had forgotten to bring mine... Theirs was a life saver! I absolutely love Best Western. This location was recommended to me by my friend, and now I recommend it to others. It's a Michelin key hotel in my book!

This has been my go-to hotel the last two years, whenever I'm in town to visit a friend of mine. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The staff are always very nice and accommodating, the rooms are always clean, and the area is quiet and safe. There's a Powell's Dairy Freeze drive-thru ice cream place that has very good ice cream and it's not expensive! It's literally next door... You can walk there. There's also a variety of restaurants such as Beef O'Grady's, Granny's Country Kitchen, Laredo (Mexican), Sonny's BBQ, to name a few. There's also a Walgreen's and a gas station nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Room looks newly renovated. Easy parking, comfy bed. Nice fridge and microwave in room. Quiet spot. Quick drive to a coupe of local spots for a casual bite to eat.

Exterior was littered with little black bugs everywhere. There was so many in front of the door to our room we didn’t even go inside. We arrived just after dark and the parking lot was dark and we felt unsafe. I was told no rooms were available on the well lit side of the property. Didn’t end up staying here. Asked for a refund within 15 minutes of checking in since we didn’t enter the room. Was told to contact manager in a couple days for a refund.

Nice motel “campus”. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great – hot scrambled eggs and hot sausage were included! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area or the pool but they looked very nice. Will definitely stay there again when driving through.

The whole place is freshly painted, clean non-carpeted rooms, with really nice step in shower. Breakfast was really good too. You will not find nicer for the price.

Check in was easy and employee very friendly. Our tv wouldn’t connect and he came and fixed it immediately. Room was extremely clean, newly renovated. Shower water pressure was great; in-room coffee was way better than most, and breakfast was hot and good. Surprisingly excellent stay!

Our daughter experienced a medical emergency and had to go to the emergency room earlier that day. Because she was diagnosed with contagious conjunctivitis, she was unable to stay in the hotel room we had reserved for her. We truly appreciate the fact that the BW team took the time to understand our circumstances and cancelled the reservation for us. They did not have to do that, but you chose to help us—and that meant a great deal to our family. When someone is dealing with an unexpected medical situation involving their child, the last thing they need is to worry about additional complications or financial concerns. Your willingness to work with us provided one less thing for us to worry about at a difficult time. Your actions are a wonderful example of what genuine customer service looks like. The bathroom is the room had urine stains and hairs on the toilet, shower and floor. The sheets are scratchy and the pillows lumpy. My daughter went to breakfast twenty minutes before they closed and they were out of almost everything and wouldn't refill. I stayed two nights and the next morning I explained the issues of how dirty the room was. I was assured the bathroom would be cleaned and it never was. Ty, the guy at the front desk who worked night shift was the only saving grace and the reason I added more stars. He was so busy and did everything he could to help. He was polite, professional, courteous and so helpful.
