There were no surprises. The room was spacious and comfortable. Clean and the property is well maintained. The location was convenient to St. Augustine. Great experience all around. The balcony alone is worth staying. Beautiful view of the water.

What a great spot! We had a great time watching the waves roll in from the patio. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Very easy beach access. Parking was easy and good. We'll be back

This room was clean and provided what we needed. the bathroom shower curtain rod was rusted and out of date. We totally enjoyed our two day stay, but if it was a week reservation we might have requested a change. The a/c unit in the bedroom was so loud I had to sleep on the sleep sofa, which was actually quite comfortable to my surprise. We would come again, but look for a more updated unit in the future. We were in 427! Overall- great view, great place - give it a 3 of 5!!!
