Nous avions besoin d’être près de l’université et l’hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à ça. Il est très récent et la décoration de type contemporaine. La moquette dans la chambre reste un gros point d’interrogation pour l’hygiène. Notre chambre sentait particulièrement mauvais et malgré notre demande de faire quelque chose rien n’y a fait. Une des personnes à la réception était particulièrement désagréable. Il ne m’a jamais été proposé de changer de chambre contrairement à ce qu’elle a essayé d’insinuer en affirmant que la femme de ménage me l’avait proposé ce qui est faux. Ils ont proposé de mettre un spray mais c’est tout. J’aurais apprécié qu’on me propose de changer de chambre et air fait l’erreur de ne pas le demander. L’accueil est à revoir : moins d’arrogance , sourire et surtout gestion du problème !! Je m’attendais sincèrement à ce que ce soit fait de façon automatique mais rien… Le petit déjeuner est correct choix d’œuf brouillé , omelette , bacon etc

The pictures are not accurate. The bathroom does not ave a walk in shower as shown in the reservation and the outdoor area to sit does not have the umbrellas. The receptionist staff is very young and very unprofessional.

Pulling onto the hotel property there was a man standing with an assault weapon in his pants-reported to the front desk the man working insisted the guy was military and stays on the property until I showed him the picture of the guy. We reported the light bulbs to the lamp were all on the floor, room wasn’t cleaned properly, some one left an arm brace on the floor, refrigerator (not cooling), water drained VERY SLOWLY. All of these room issues were reported-I was assured maintenance would come and clean. Still waiting! No one ever came. Not a good experience at all, little details make a huge impact. Had those little issues been taken care of the experience would have been better.

Overall the room and building was nice, however on the last full day of my stay the toilet broke. The handle broke when I went to use it and the toilet wouldn’t flush at all, it wasn't a big deal at first, I told the morning staff at the front desk between 7am-8am, he said the maintenance man would be in at 11am and he would have him look at it. I returned to the hotel around 4pm and the toilet was not fixed. I notified staff again when I was leaving about the toilet and the lady didn’t seem to care, I returned to the hotel again around 6pm and the toilet was still broke. It was disappointing to have no effort given to resolve this issue, I went through the lobby multiple times and nothing was said to me about the toilet. I don’t believe the maintenance man even looked at the toilet, so he either didn’t care or the staff never informed him. I’m Disappointed in the staff for not making this a priority especially since I gave them all day to fix it. Even if I was given an alternative option for using the restroom at the hotel I would’ve been fine with that, I didn’t even get as much as an apology.
