Did not look like the pictures posted. Very basic in all ways. No ice machine. Breakfast was a joke. Floor was very dirty, leave your shoes on at all times. Will not stay again.

Dirty AF. Bathroom floor was peeling up at the base of the shower. There were items under the bed, we were so grossed out we wore socks and slides the whole time, the elevator was extra sketch and the lobby doesn’t have a restroom (not that I’d use it after seeing the state of everything else), one bed was hard as a rock & soooo uncomfortable (& I had just spent the past 5 nights in an rv!) Do yourself a favor and scroll right past this hotel.

Facility wasn't so great for it's price. Njce staff. Room was decent with good space and a kitchen. But the floor just felt funny. And the elevators felt very unsafe, it shaked, and was very slow.

Hallways and lobby have reeking cigarette smoke smell as soon as you enter. Very unpleasant experience for my family. Staff was nice and I understand that the condition of property was not their fault.

Only needed a room to grab a few hours of sleep for a long road trip: didn’t get any. The TV didn’t work. The A/C wasn't working properly, so it was warm and muggy. There was no ice machine. Was told bc it was extended stay, ice cube trays were present. No ice cube trays anywhere. Steam cleaning floors at 7:30 am. Harassed by front desk on 4 separate occasions at the door asking about checking out - started at 8 am and continued until 10:30 am. I should've saved the $63 and slept in my car!

The key system was broken so there is no key to the room which was strange to have someone escort you to your room. The smell in the lobby was fowl like wet clothes. The furniture seems like the staff tries their best but it is all worn and damaged. The staff was great very friendly the property was the issue will not book again

The place had bed bugs I informed the front desk took pictures of the bugs waited for the manager to call but he never did. I clean the bed washed the linen sprayed bleach and alcohol all over bed. I just upset because no one tried to reach out or anything. I had videos and photos.

Rooms were FILTHY! The floor hadn’t been mopped or swept in a long time. The bathroom vent was covered in lent and made so much noise. The back of the door was very dusty. Inside the kitchenette cabinets was filth. Reeked of cigarettes and pets. DO NOT BOOK!

The hotel was good for the price. The front desk was helpful. The only thing was the condition of the room was outdated. The fridge had rust on the outside, one of the drawers on the TV stand was broken, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But those just show the age of the building; nothing that made it a bad stay.

We arrived in the evening. Drug deals going on in parking lot. Night clerk was high and rude until she noticed i took her pic of her ignoring us while she was on the phone with a friend. The sheet and lillow case was dirty. It was not a good choice for us. The day staff was good. Kia was very nice.

We evacuated from St. Petersburg, Fl because of Hurricane Milton. We arrived mentally and physically exhausted. The young lady at the front desk, Kaia, immediately made us calm down. She was professional, explained everything to us that we needed to know and was a total sweetheart. We appreciated her so much!

We ending not staying at this property, as soon as we arrived there was more than 6 homeless outside the property very close to one of the exit doors, the smell of marijuana was extremely strong, but we decided to give a chance and walk in to check the inside and the smell of marijuana was even stronger and people that were inside their look high and we feel intimidated and uncomfortable, the front lady was ok and she tell us we need to pay a $100 dls deposit to check in.

This place is a little outdated but the staff make up for any deficiencies! They are friendly and seem happy to serve! It’s on a highway so the traffic at night was pretty noisy. Other than that, it served it’s purpose.

Hotel was nasty. There was long hair everywhere. Random people just walking around parking lot very late at night. Had someone stare at me while I unload my car. Would not be comfortable to stay here as a female by myself.

We stayed for one night because we were driving through. Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. The location is great because there are several restaurants and shops around. I only have three complaints; first one is that there was someone on our floor smoking weed in their room and it permeated the entire hallway. I was traveling with 2 smaller children and they even commented on how bad it smelled. Second complaint is that the hallway carpets are extremely dirty as well as the room floors. We took out shoes off in the room and within 15 minutes, our feet were black. I ended up mopping the room floors with the Clorox wipes I brought. Third complaint is there is essentially no breakfast. I intentionally searched for a hotel with breakfast to help us save on time in our travels. The breakfast was coffee, muffins and granola bars. Needless to say, we lost time due to having to stop and find somewhere to eat. Overall, it was not too terrible and I would stay again if I was passing through and did not have kids.

We took out shoes off in the room and within 15 minutes, our feet were black. I ended up mopping the room floors with the Clorox wipes I brought. Third complaint is there is essentially no breakfast. I intentionally searched for a hotel with breakfast to help us save on time in our travels. The breakfast was coffee, muffins and granola bars. Needless to say, we lost time due to having to stop and find somewhere to eat. Overall, it was not too terrible and I would stay again if I was passing through and did not have kids.

I did not feel safe at this location, property, source of accomodation. I love all people; however, our entire 5-night stay we could not sleep at all hours of the night because of person's in the rooms next to us, below us, or in the rooms above us doing drugs, getting high, being strung out and making noise and damage in their rooms. It was scary. People with unsheltered or lower incomes needs hanging out and loitering at all hours of the day in and around the hotel parking lot - we are shocked our car was not broken into or stolen by the end of our stay. And the free breakfast was terrible, meager. Just lots of carbohydrates available like some oatmeal, packaged muffins, and some coffee. I've stayed with Extended Stay many times and this was the worst of them unfortunately. Believe me, it pains me to leave a negative review but this accomodation property needs some honesty and resolve to make necessary changes in the near future.

the price's didn't match the poor quality of the whole hotel. free breakfast was a joke , appliances in my room were old and rusty . shower diverter had large leaks and weakened the water pressure. air conditioner worked well.

Did not look like the pictures posted. Very basic in all ways. No ice machine. Breakfast was a joke. Floor was very dirty, leave your shoes on at all times. Will not stay again.

Dirty floors and bedding. Looked like everything was just swept under the bed and bed skirts were nasty. Shouldn't tell customers it has a complimentary breakfast. Coffee and stale peanut butter nutrigrain bars is not a breakfast and the snack machine prices are ridiculous. You shouldn't try to burn people on machine muffins after you misrepresent the breakfast. I regret decision to stay here. Total disappointment this morning. At least a place that actually serves breakfast is close by.

We stayed for one night because we were driving through. Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. The location is great because there are several restaurants and shops around. I only have three complaints; first one is that there was someone on our floor smoking weed in their room and it permeated the entire hallway. I was traveling with 2 smaller children and they even commented on how bad it smelled. Second complaint is that the hallway carpets are extremely dirty as well as the room floors. Upon arrival, the hotel is located not in the best area. The first room I was given did not have a tv. Requested a different room, inside that room the kitchenette counter top had a chunk of laminate broken off. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, above the vanity the ceiling was wet possibly from a leak coming from the room above. The vent fan didn’t work and the grill for the fan was falling off. There was an odor throughout the entire building. No continental breakfast. Only vending machines.

The breakfast is a complete rip-off, all they put is a coffee machine and some rolls and oatmeal packets and no milk, I can't believe I paid $108 for a night with a supposed breakfast included, fortunately I had fruit and yogurt for my daughter, they shouldn't say that they include breakfast, just a morning snack. This is a pigsty, please gentlemen of Expedia, don't continue sponsoring this, it's a hotel that's not worth more than $70 a night, horrible!!! I feel ripped off and now without knowing if the $100 security deposit of this pigsty will be reimbursed to me, I have stayed in $100 hotels, better than this, old mattresses, horrible dark toothpicks, there is no lobby, horrible!!!

This place is a DUMP. The hallway carpets are disgusting. My bathroom sink dumped water onto the floors, which promptly got under the flooring and made squish noises when I walked. The bedside lamps were broken. Pretty sure its an alternative housing contractor like in the movie "The Florida Project." Avoid at all cost.

Check in and got to the room. It had a little smell to it. I turned on the TV and it did not work. Went to the front desk and they put us in another room. The floor have a trash room and they were overflowing into the hall (it was nasty). We got into the other room and the bathroom light did not work. I looked at websites about getting a whole other hotel but everything was booked. Decided to go to the beach and stay. Also noticed someones litter box must have leaked out in the hallway (it was nasty). Will not stay here again.

To manage expectations, I understand this isnt a Marriott Inn. You get what you pay for. As for my expierence on 07/10/2026 Staff was outstanding and they gave me the impression that they love working there. I had no issues sleeping overnight, my room was ice cold and quiet. No smell of smoke. Got quality sleep here. The kitchen that came with the room was a neat amenity for those that need it. The door to my room had expanded to the point that it wouldnt close unless you used greater than normal force. The only elevator was inoperative, the 3rd floor carpet condition is in need of replacement. The nightstand in 332 was in poor condition, greasy and chipped from years of use. The bedskirt was in need of replacement, it had discoloration spanning the entire length The bed had a single strand of short black hair, underneath the left pillow.
