Great budget friendly place to stay for theme parks. We did use the free bus one day to magic kingdom, however, we didn’t realize that it stops at several other hotels. So it took quite a while for us to arrive at magic kingdom. We used Uber/Lyft the rest of the days. The hotel does charge a $30 per day resort fee plus a $20 per day parking fee. There is a breakfast buffet at Applebees that is 16.99 for adults and kids eat free with a coupon at the hotel lobby. We had 4 adults and 2 children in a room with a king and 2 sets of bunks. It was adequate. The difficulty was only one bathroom with the sink inside the bathroom. The kids loved the pool area. I would say this was a very convenient hotel if you are looking for a place to rest after all day at Disney.

We were told as we checked in the pool was closed for maintenance. But they had made arrangements with a resort across the street for guest to have access to the pool and other things while the closure took place. Staff was very helpful and polite. We will be returning the next time we go to Orlando

The hotel was clean and quiet when we went to sleep. Had a lot of kid friendly things to do there. Was a little upset that we had to pay resort fee when the pool was closed both days we were there for renovations. Should have got a discount on that part. Overall hotel was good.

$30 resort fee per night (what “resort” just because you slap the word resort on a holiday inn does not in fact make it a resort) then an unexpected $20 per night parking fee - should be covered under the “resort” fee. For $30 resort fee per night from every guest I’d expect they have enough money to have both hot tubs to be in working order, one was broken which led to an extremely over crowded second hot tub almost impossible to get in to because of children jumping in and out and horse playing. Tiki bar was nice, server was attentive and made good drinks. Inside of rooms are outdated and need more attention to cleaning detail esp in bathrooms. Shower in room D535 made an extremely loud grinding noise after about 2 mins of running. Beds were comfy, pillows nice. Convenient location but like everywhere in Orlando, that SR can become backed up quickly. Applebees dropped the ball. Tried to stay in and prevent going out, should have just went somewhere down the road for the amount we spent there for quantity/quality we received. Arcade was nice for kids but expensive and no tickets received for even a few trashy dollar tree type prizes to be received in return. Shuttle times frequent in morning but then afternoon run later so we ended up having to uber back for $30 we could have paid to park. Overall, I think we almost could have stayed at Disney Dolphin for what we spent and had real resort amenities and been on property with easier access to Epcot.

Clean room. Clean gym. We had a bunk bed room and my daughter loved it. The pool was cold but it is October and there was a ping pong table and water feature. The hot tub was not working. Kids eat free at Applebees next door.

The lobby looked decent and fine, the staff at the front desk were nice, but the room was awful. 😭 The only reason for the 2 stars is because the king bed seemed new-ish and was comfortable. But the carpet was sooo dirty, I forbade anyone from walking around barefoot. But the worst part was the room smelled strongly of ammonia. I could barely breathe in the room and it made me congested. The smell was nearly unbearable. The twin beds and pillows were dirty (not the sheets, but the pillows and mattresses.) My son said his pillow had a brown smear on it. We checked in late at night and had nowhere else to go, but the next morning I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

When we arrived we found out that the pool and other water amenities were closed due to construction but they had a plan and it was great. The room was spacious and would have been great if it didn't smell like mold and mildew. First time ever getting a pool view and nothing to look at. We had the housekeeper spray the room but it wasn't helpful nor was it disinfectant. Not sure that would have worked either. Again, was only their to relax in the room and go to the water amenities as I was celebrating my post hip replacement surgery 8 weeks before. Would love to go back when I can actually use the amenities and not have to go to the resort across the street. The only real problem was the mildew smell.

The staff was good and the cleaning people were the best thing about this place everyday coming back from the parks walked in to new sheets new towels and no trash but that was the only good things that this place had the hotel looked ghetto and there were cockroaches in the room and they charged 20$ for parking per day as well

The AC was loud but kept the room cool. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty. The hotel is older and shows its age in the hallways and elevators. The room faced the roadway and we were awakened after midnight with loud trucks and motorcycles.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and had issues with the water. The water in the shower/tub is a slow trickle and it’s cold. After a long day of walking around the parks and wanting to take a hot shower, or soak in a tub forget it the water barely trickles out, took over an hour to fill the bathtub And by the time it was full, it was ice cold

The hotel is certainly on the older side. The rooms felt dark and definitely needed an update. Thankfully only stayed one night. Did like it was family friendly and had restaurants and some entertainment on property. Plenty of parking was also nice to have. Location is great and convenient to the parks, stores, restaurants, and major highways.

Great family overnight spot. The 2 bunk beds worked great with our 3 kids. Which I new about this place when we did Disney a few years back. With the adjoining room, would have been perfect. The pool was huge and made for a nice l, relaxing late night dip after a long day at Sea World!

The best staff hands down. Do not like the time share people upfront harassing you. The beds are like sleeping on bricks. If you have a bad back you definitely gonna be in trouble. Our flight was delayed heading to Florida so I had called the hotel twice informing them that we would be later than anticipated. I was told it wasn’t a problem if we thought we’d be getting in later than 3am to call and they’d check us in over the phone. I called when we landed in Orlando to let them know we’d be on our way. When we got to the hotel, the room is reserved had been given to someone else (two bunk beds & queen bed). we’re a family of 6. The room had one queen bed and one bunk bed. They provided us with a cot and a crib for our oldest and youngest but it all barely fit and we had to wait 20-30min for them to be brought up to the room. again, I’d requested the crib when I initially booked the room and when I spoke with the hotel in the phone. The staff didn’t seem very concerned about this and said that they gave our room away because we checked in late… ummm I called multiple times. I would not stay here again.

As a IHG reward, i have never been treted this badly. At check-in, Fabian was so rude because asked question about my bill, which he quoted me a bill hirer than i had booked. He and his counterparts felt the need to call security as if he was threatened.I had asked for and paid for 3 rooms together and he put us in separate floors. I took the room on the third floor, my daughter and neice have small children, that can get rambunctious and we didnt want to distub others. When the elevator opened, they were cleaning with a citrus based product, I'm allergic to citrus anf began to have an anaphylaxic reaction to the smell. I immediately started having trouble breathing. I walked to the desk,struggling to breath, to ask for a room on the 1st floor so i could avoid the elevator. Jesus choice to ignore I couldnt breath, my husband attempted to explain I couldn't breath and would need a room on 1st floor to avoid the elevator. By this time, I needed 2 epinephrine shots, benadryl and was unable to enjoy my granddaughter's dance finals. I have now developed a esphogitis and bronchitis, as a result of this horrible experience. This has been the worst experience i have ever had with your company. Your staff was hostile and didn't care I was struggling to breathe. My chest is so tight and I have to drive back to KY like this. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel location to anyone after the way they treated me.

This is a very kid-friendly hotel, with lots of stuff for kids on site. However, for business travelers (as I was), it's not ideal. I heard kids in the hallways as late as 11 PM, and the on-site breakfast option (Applebees) is overpriced ($17) for a pretty mediocre buffet.
