Vista de Las Olas Beach Front + Privat Pool + Beach Club

House was in a great location and in great condition! We loved the pool for quick afternoon dips and the beach is just a short walk away. Owners were quick to respond with any questions!

We stayed in this property for 3 nights and I was not too happy with the way the host communicated with us and how they wanted to charge us extra for a couple of friends that came over to visit for luterally 3 hours so they could have dinner with us during one of the nights. I also felt very uncomfortable that a couple of days before arriving we received a message asking us to provide our passports and license plates for each person staying at the house. The license plates i could understand but since we were renting a vehicle, we didnt even know this info until we arrived to Costa Rica. As far as the passport and private info that shouldn't be asked from everyone in our party. The house was not the cleanest and ACs in 2 of the bedrooms were not working properly. They fixed both couple of hours later since the controllers were not working. The kitchen sink was clogged and toilets were very slow to flush. The shower heads had no pressure. The location was nice. Master bedroom has a nice view to the beach. House is located 15 mins away from Jaco.

We 100% recommend this place- clean, gated community, wonderful beach club.

The house was perfect. Very clean. A short walk to the pool and the beach. Pool at the house was great. Yo-yos bar and restaurant at the pool was amazing. Very friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend this property. Thanks

The area and community is beautiful. The house was not cleaned well and needs a professional cleaning and refresh particularily kitchen and bedrooms. Kitchen also needs kitchenware, utensils and glassware. Owner did respond promptly to our immediate concerns.
