Best Western Mulberry Hotel

Hotel staff at front desk wasn’t very helpful. Best not to book on Hotels.com for this Best Western because staff will not do much to help you. Always refers you to call Hotels.com since you booked through them. Pool was closed and lobby hallway was full of pallets. Room door was shorter than door way and we had to place a towel under door for room to be less noisy. Not a great experience and won’t stay here again.

The staff is very nice. The breakfast was better than expected. Unfortunately, they work at an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. The pool was not usable. There are multiple pallets stored in the lobby area. The gym has broken equipment. Both beds in my room are worn out and noisy. The door to the parking lot acknowledged my room key on Friday, but not Saturday. The room door did not meet the minimum 20-minute fire rating requirement.

Decent menu. Parking safe and ample. Major disappointment - NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM. They were removed which has to be one of the worst management decisions made. You should not have to get dressed and walk to the lobby coffee station for your morning coffee.
