The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!

The hotel is my preferred choice in alam sutra when i travel to jakarta. The buffet breakfast is amazing too. the hotel staff always putting a smile and the surrounding is easy to travel. away from the jam in jakarta city
