Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the birds by the pond and our screened in porch. The fan also was a plus in that area as we spent a lot of time out there eating talking and enjoying. Kitchen was well stocked for all kinds of cooking. Fans in kitchen and living rooms helped too. Would be nice to have some comfortable chairs or couch instead of a bed type place to sit. Great stove. All the bedrooms were super tight with limited room to walk around the bed. Need more racks and hooks in the bathrooms as one in each just isn’t enough. Maybe a shelve in the bathroom attached to wall to put bathroom items. Rental folks were great with response's on any questions. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Enjoyed!! Hope to return to the area again in the future.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: nice kitchen, comfortable bedding and beds, clean inside, well appointed decorations. Scenic pond Negatives: 1.Screened-in porch/Back porch needed a proper cleaning, therefore, no place to sit as a family (since there is no place inside as well) since the screened in porch area was so dusty/sandy/cowebs/pinestraw etc. 2.HVAC only worked 3 of the 5 nights we were staying. “Repair”, follow-up and customer service was a hotmess. ESPM see my texts to you for details. The 80 degree nights were awful for ~$1250 a night . 3. Hornets nest over back porch door never removed as requested on the first day (since husband is highly allergic) (ESPM see email). 4. Could not open blinds in the one”scenic” bedrooms. Asked ESPM to find a solution to no avail. 4. Modem went out due to storm. Was fixed partially-Fix was Low signal and 2 TVs did not work thereafter. 5. Agree with the VRBO reviews ditch the chaise lounges and put in traditional couches (no conducive to family time). Overall the negatives outweighed the positives mainly in the fact that the follow-up from ESPM was null and void.

Close to everything you want it to be close to for a trip here. Amazingly spacious for its size to situate 4bed 4bath. The deck and screened porch provides a tranquil outdoor space to enjoy everything that nature offers here from watching wildlife to the breeze off the coast. Easy walk to the beach, pool, golf, etc. This is now a repeat on my list.

Not only was it immaculately clean, we loved the location in the neighborhood, the view of the lagoon, the sunrise on the house and the conveniency to the bike trails. We spent a great deal of time on the deck and porch enjoying the wild life and quality family time. We had bikes delivered and rode miles daily. We were able to ride bikes conveniently to restaurants and shopping. We made wonderful family memories! We would rent here again!

Lovely interior and perfect out of the way setting to enjoy the evenings outdoor. Property manager was excellent to work with. My daughter left some items at the house and they quickly returned to us.
