I had a great stay just wish there was a pool. U will need a car to get around it’s like 10-15 minutes from everything. The staff were nice and it was clean and quiet. There is a food mart right across the street and a Jamaican spot right down the street walking distance. I just really wish they had a pool. It was tool hot outside.

They are newly opened or thats what they said..no dinning no bar as advertised. Was put in room no tv remote handicap room so no bathtub.. Back door to a very nice patio was locked early evening so had to walk all way around hotel to get in

The bar and restaurant was was randomly shut down 3 of the 5 days I was there. Also didn’t tell me my checkout time and did not call my room on my check out date so I missed my check out by 4 minutes and did not get my diposit back.

It had food crumbles all over the floor (everywhere in the room and bathroom) and even women’s hair glue to the sink. The EV chargers are 3rd party and expensive to use, so nobody plugs in. Everything else was great and I would consider staying here again.

Basic hotel with limited food choices, a small gym, in an uncrowded area, with above average cleanliness and newness. Friendly and helpful staff. Free self parking. Comfortable bed.

The property was very clean. Our room was great very clean. The ad said restaurant and bar on the property. There was a restaurant it was not open for breakfast and the bar was not open yet and that’s one of the reason we picked it so we had to go off premises for breakfast, or for a drink didn’t care for the rundown next wasn’t sure if it was safe or not but very happy with the room and the service

It was only 4 miles from river street and they had a shuttle. The hour for the shuttle could be more times but overall it was good.

New hotel. No closet, no safe, basic room, no early check in or late check out. No microwave in the rooms. Ice maker very loud. On the positive, they have a shuttle to downtown and a small bar/restaurant in site with a small menu.

Good clean hotel. Drawbacks though no real schedule for bar. Market had zero of anything not even water. No towel hooks in bathroom.

I did not like the area. Though no incidents occured the backside of the hotel is next to an undesirable area. The hotel looks nice on exterior as well as the interior. However, the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed in the corners, the tiled floor; bathroom and entry was dirty, and the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned.

Spacious room. Bathroom wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t spotless either. Hair on counter, shower needed more cleaning and it was hair in shower. Toilet seat was not clean.

Disappointed cuz the reviews were good but the employees, including the manager, don’t care. Our room had a few issues (deadbolt door lock not working, bathroom sliding door hard to operate, and dirty toilet) so I asked for a new room and was told everything was booked. Later when I asked for a replacement bed sheet for the dirty ones in our room, the employee offered a new room. We had already unpacked and cleaned the room at that point. We requested maintenance the next morning and were told the manager would talk to us but neither happened. Could have been a much better experience (and rating) if they actually provided customer service . Would not recommend because of the customer service.

The staff was ok, the room was ok but it didn’t smell fresh. It had a musty smell and the sheets were not fresh. Those are some things they need to work on. I did love it being walking distance to grocery store and shopping for shoes.

Housekeeping needs to do better

The staff was friendly. The downside was for the price that we paid for the room I was expecting a clean room. The toilet was filthy and the toilet paper wasn’t restocked. The room was dusty along with the bathroom floor wasn’t swept either.

Hotel lobby smelled a little funky. Like construction ? Staff are nice and room was clean. Can’t go wrong for the price. Barn style bathroom door has to go though ! Fine for couples but might be a little awkward for others traveling and rooming together

The hotel was nice but the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Also, there was a terrible smell (sewage like) in the room at times that seemed to be coming from the vents.

The wifi was terrible. Dropping off every 5 mins. Turned out the hotel is using a hotspot for customer wifi. Very very slow and unreliable when you stay at the top floor. The phone didn't work. Called to change the room to a lowe level for better wifi reception. Front desk had a very lazy attitude at first. Said nothing she could do. Has to insist talking to her manager to get the room changed. All interactions with different desk people made me feel they don't want to work there or dealing with any customers as if they are forced to show up to work. They showed No smile, no greetings, no expressions or eye contact when talking to them. Very rude.

Hotel was obviously fairly new and overall in good shape and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The sliding and non-locking barn doors that barely cover the doorway for the bathroom are ridiculous!!! Absolutely little or no privacy!!! Nice hotel for its kind but surrounding area is not so great! Decent place to sleep but that’s about it. Did I mention the bathroom sliding barn doors are ridiculous!!!

Arrived and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk individual. The hotel was inviting, clean and new as we were to learn. After a night of seeing the sights of Savannah, we went back to the hotel to relax and enjoy some TV only to find out we could not get any channels on the TV. Called front desk and was told that she would try to reset the internet, but that might not work. It did not work so we were not able to watch the TV…that was disappointing. Other than that the stay was fine.

No microwave allowed in room not able to hang clothes Internet slow and unstable. Clean rooms and facilities nice staff.

The hotel was nice and clean! Looked just like the pictures. The bed was actually comfortable for me. Food was good. Only draw backs during my stay was that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down stairs and use this tiny microwave to reheat some fries for the kids. And the sliding barn door for the bathroom while nice didn’t leaving you feeling like you had privacy. The bar closed early at 9pm, no pool, and there market was completely empty with nothing in it to buy.

A fine budget hotel--clean, quiet, safe, attractive, up-to-date, well maintained, and charging reasonable rates. It has a fitness center, guest laundry, spacious free parking, and a dining room that I understand serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for a price. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. I thought it odd that my room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Maybe that's to steer guests toward the dining room. Also, there was no one at the desk when I left shortly before check-out time, which seemed one of the likeliest times for staff to be on duty. I put my room card in the basket on the desk with many others, as instructed, but never received an email receipt for my stay as the sign on the desk said I would. Check-in was handled efficiently by courteous staff. A $100 deposit was put on my credit card, which was refunded timely. Overall, my 3-day stay was excellent, nearly everything I could have wanted, with a comfortable bed, good shower, blackout window coverings, and daily housekeeping. I'd gladly stay again.

Awful. Customer service was awful.

Kingston undercharged us by one day at check in somehow. And I didnt catch it myself. They charge $100 damage deposit at check-in. 3 days after check out I hadn't received the deposit back, have always within 24hrs at other places ive stayed. So i called and asked. After 30 mins of rhw desk clerk having a back and forth with the mgr, and having to call them back after being cut off, I was told about the short charge and they would be keeping the damage deposit for the shorted day. A phone call when they noticed the error would have solved everything. Looking at my card app today I see after the phone conversation they refunded the $100 and recharged the $100. Communication! This place is new, they'll have learning curves. Pay attention to your credit card statements.

The inside of the hotel looks newly renovated and well maintained. The room is clean. however, the staff is not professional and need additional training. 1. The front desk took about 30 minutes to check us in around 6 o\'clock in the afternoon. Then the lady gave me the room card of 103 which was occupied when I entered. We both have dogs so they met "loudly". When I return to the front desk and informed the receptionist that she gave me an occupied room, her word is "according to my system is not". I said it is according to my eyes. She then double check the system and gave me a new room. 2. We checked in around 6 o\'clock. Around 11 o\'clock, I received a phone call from the same receptionist that she forget to have me fill in a form from my pet and if I can go do that now. I told me I can\'t but I will do that in the morning. When I go fill in the form the next day, I was told that the form is already fill out. I told the front desk I had not fill out anything and insisted on checking the form. The form was fill out by someone else (the receptionist said it\'s the other person that cover the front desk) and that person also forged my signature.

Staff is awesome,they all are really nice. The hotel is really clean and looks great. There is Walgreens ,a supermarket and other places nearby . I really like it and I'll be back for sure. If you are traveling by train,it's near to Amtrak station

Needed a place to stay for the night due to Helene damage. Booked and confirmed a room and when I arrived, I was told they overdooked. I was turned away.

Staff was rude when we checked in. Acted like we were a bother. Kept saying credit machine wasn’t working even though it kept saying approved. By the time I’d tapped 5 or 6 times I wasn’t sure what I would being charged with. BTW $900 for 3 people 2 rooms 2 nights and 2-12lbs terriers in each room. Only stayed one night cause of all the difficulty, but ate all the 2nd night fees plus room rate. Rightfully so I should have dug deeper on their website to see their unreasonable dog fees and $100 deposit but by the time I got home I’m having to dispute charges because we live 7 hrs away and manager wasn’t available until after 3p. When we could find any staff, no one was friendly or helpful. I was charged for a 3rd night and was charged by hotels.com and the actual hotel. So double tap. Pet fee was outrageous ($27) per night, per pet, per room (never had that before) and a $100 deposit seems a bit of an overreach. They aren’t the Hyatt Regency. Place was clean but in an ugly unkempt and overgrown area. I was very disappointed with the staff’s dismissal of any of our concerns and not being available to talk to me at all. Had to get a janitor to help find staff that could check us out and again no manager. They even stopped and told my 76yr mom if she poured herself coffee in their dining area they would charge. Not offered for free. Sheesh- even Motel 6 offers coffee for free and pets too. Completely UNSAT. Worst experience through hotels.com since I started using in 2012.

Receptions not helpful and rude

Everything was great with the hotel and with our stay. Location was very convenient to downtown Savannah. However, we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot and always walked quickly to get inside.

What a great hotel!! It is conveniently located 10 mins from downtown Savannah. The hotel is styled and updated to anyone’s liking. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. We would stay again for sure.

The property itself qas nice the area was just a little rough

Nice and quiet hotel. Perfect hotel to stay for business trips. The rooms are very clean and are comfortable. Close enough to downtown Savannah for it to not be an issue to get down there and walk around.

Very clean and good location. Close to but not in downtown area so it had free parking which was a plus.

The surrounding area of this property is not the nicest. It feels a bit unsafe. But the actual hotel seems brand new on the outside and lobby area. The bathroom shower did not seem to be properly cleaned but the room itself was nice. Staff were all great and helpful. Probably would not stay again due to location, but for the price I believe it was worth it.

Breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

The manager of the hotel restaurant is also the server, chef, and bartender. He’s wonderful! The service was friendly and the food was delicious!

Every about this place was perfect! The people are so, so friendly! The restaurant is great! Everything was just SPOT ON! Modern, clean, and conveniently located if you don’t want to stay in the heart of the city. We will definitely be back!

The room was comfortable and this was a new facility, but the breakfast was basic. The restaurant was independent from the hotel didn’t open until 1100

There is NO RESTAURANT at this property even though Expedia has it listed as having a restaurant. Expedia also says that it has Breakfast “included” but all they have is a handful of muffins and a few yogurts. Coffee is limited to 1 small canister and when it’s empty you have to go to the front desk to ask them to make another pot which they do begrudgingly. The staff know nothing about amenities in the area and don’t seem to want to assist guests with any info on where to find a place to eat. The room was nice and seemed tidy however the stand up shower was still full of hair. bed was very comfortable. I picked this hotel specifically because Expedia said it had a restaurant and I was going to be arriving quite late after a long day and travel and didn’t want to have to go back out to find dinner. I was terribly disappointed in the amenities and the lack of service from the staff. If you’re in the hotel business dealing with travellers, you should at least be able to tell them where a good restaurant is.

Hotel was very neat and clean with a very nice staff and an excellent restaurant inside.

No pool. Advertised breakfast no breakfast. Very noisy everyone going out to smoke. Left a day early because of the noise. Should of downtown Savannah for the same price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The food at the restaurant was good and decently priced. My only complaint was that my room had a lot of hair on the floor/carpet upon entering. Other than that, it was a great stay!
