Stayed here overnight for a cruise. Checked in super late thanks to flight delays. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and accommodating even after my daughter got sick in the lobby due to motion sickness from the uber ride. Linda in the breakfast area was also super sweet. Helped us work the impressive pancake machine and even helped me get apple juice for my daughter after it was shut down for the day. I wish we got a chance to utilize the pool it looked very nice and clean. There was construction going on the 3rd floor but we heard nothing. Breakfast was delicious I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Would like to come back to see the new renovations.

We couldn’t find parking due to an event at the attached convention center. We were told to park illegally and coke back down after the event was done. When we opened the pull out couch there was a dirty sheet with a used condom. The general condition of the hotel was fun down. They were embarrassed and apologized for the used condom, but after the conversations I had to have with my kids I am still disgusted with the whole situation. I have yet to hear from a manager with any real resolution to this issue.

Trip with the grands'..loved the pool..spaxious with a nice cabana for shade have snacks. There is a news for lounge chaira by pool side..but all else excellence.

Hot tub and pool area nice and relaxing

Although we didn’t use it, the outside pool looked beautiful with a waterfall. The free breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold items.

Stayed before boarding our cruise. Friendly staff. Very clean. The pool was beautiful hate we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Breakfast was very good. My husband used the gym he said the equipment was in great condition. All around great place!

A $50 deposit was posted against my credit card upon check in. Two weeks later it is still posted as pending and a credit has not been issued. Check in was a nightmare. I had reserved 4 rooms, duplicate key cards were issued to two separate parties in our group and one party was assigned to an occupied room. We wanted to be on the same floor and ended up on two separate floors. The freeway noise in the pool area is almost unbearable and makes it difficult to carry on a conversation.

We stayed there for the Space coast marathon. Mostly everything was acceptable, however they had a party at their convention center and the music was very loud. There were a lot of runners who had to get up at 4-5am in the morning to run 26 miles and they were not able to get good sleep. Of course, a hotel can have an event, however, it can not be at the expense of other guests not being able to sleep. We are unlikely to stay there again because of this.

Hotel is very old and has a very bad moldy smell in the hallways and the room. TV remote very old and not a great choice of Chanel’s.

Very nice very clean hotel.

The property was great and the only issue I had was when I woke up early in the morning and noticed ants crawling around. I spent an hour emptying out my bags and killing as many ants as I could. They were spread throughout the king suite. Thankfully the only place that didn’t have ants was the bed. I lost valuable time though trying to make sure no ants left the room with me and didn’t end up in my truck. Other than that the room and service was good.

We stayed at this property for 1 night to prior to getting on a cruise. The property was overall decent, customer service was good, however its is VERY dated and in need of a renovation. The carpet in our room was dirty and it didn't feel clean.

The property needs a renovation. The carpet was dirty and had a dirty feeling. Everything was outdated. I was double charged due to a system used (Canary). I will say Danielle was a God send and actually took the time to listen and helped me resolve the issues with being double charged. Was an inconvenience because I was leaving for a cruise that day, thankful I didn’t have to rely on the money charged (196.15 and 264.15). Some of her coworkers could learn a thing or two from her. Thank you again Danielle aka Mary :-). Would not recommend hotel, not like other Holiday Inns I stayed at before.

We were passing through town on our way to Miami. Just spent the night. Great hotel, very clean and friendly service.

I stayed in this hotel for one night with my family. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was nice. The lobby appeared nice and updated but that is where the updates stopped. The hallway to our room was dim and old. Our room was definitely old. The bathtub/shower was in poor condition with the floor of the shower peeled off, literally. The finish had peeled off the floor and someone placed a removal mat over the peeled floor to conceal it but it was still visible. There were also roaches in the bathroom. I saw them in the middle of the night when I went to the restroom including one crawling INSIDE the toilet. I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night worrying about them getting in to my luggage. I killed two of them. I did tell the desk staff when we checked out PROMPTLY the following morning. We will NOT return to this hotel.

The rooms are definitely old and run down. Also, the a/c doesn’t cool the room down even when on high.

The carpet in hallways were really dirty and the biggest downside, was the windows only had really thin see through curtains. You can stand in the parking lot and see right into everyone’s rooms. We ended up hanging a cover over our window. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The staff was a little short handed but handled everything with a smile. Especially the desk clerk. Phenomenal attitude and very friendly. The hotel is well used and loved. There were lots of pre and post cruise passengers in and out over the weekend. Nothing unexpected and nothing disappointing. The rates were a little high for the comfort and condition of the hotel. The entertainment system (televisions) is awful. Hard to find what you’re looking for and unstable connection. We ended up watching a football game on our iPads. But other than that the place was clean and easy to get to from 95.

The first room we were given was humid and damp. So I asked to be relocated. The second room was less humid, but the ac didn’t quite cool the room down. Breakfast was nice. The staff were excellent! Polite, professional, and friendly.

Thin walls and you can hear the guest next to you talking. Medicare on cleanliness

Overall the stay was amazing me and my wife stayed the night because we had a cruise booked the only downfall I had with this hotel the next morning a maid had walked in on us while we were getting dressed and all she could say was she had us as checked out and I stated clearly we haven’t and you should of knocked. So basically the hotel wouldn’t compensate me for that situation

We got in really early but Jordan at the front desk was exceptional in accomidating us and allowed us to use the facilities until our room was ready around 1ish. He ended up getting us into a room at 9:30. So appreciative.

I reserved 2 rooms. In one of the rooms there was a huge hole in the mattress. The manager refused to help with the situation and then proceeded to say that all 9 of us could leave and go to another hotel.

Shuana completed my check in, I explained I understood I was early and why, she allowed us to get into a room! I explained reason of my travel related to my birthday and she gifted an adult beverage! The tone and professionalism she has should be utilized by more!

Our stay was very pleasant. We were greeted quickly and professionally upon arrival. We were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The elevator is a bit slow but that is the only negative aspect of the hotel. Staff are friendly. The breakfast was very good offering many choices. The pancake machine was fascinating. Food was replenished quickly. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

The staff was so nice, helpful, and kind. Especially Danielle! The event we went for was so convenient to have attached to the hotel. Everything was clean and nice. Comfy bed. I think they’re about to upgrade some things and that will make it even more modernized too!

We stop here often on our drives from SC to Port Everglades for cruises. Very convenient, clean with dining options close.

Great value for the room I booked. The area isn’t anything special and right next to the highway but it’s definitely 10-20 minutes away from Cocoa village and Cocoa beach.

If you’re looking for restaurant's within walking distance there’s only McDonalds Nothing to really do.

Stayed here 3 times before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It is easy to get to the port from here.

Very close to the interstate exit.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice. Close to port Canaveral. Not at the beach. Breakfast was hat and fresh.

Driving down the east coast to Florida. This hotel is right off the us 95 exit. Couldn’t be more convenient for me.

PROS: the area was safe; quiet (no loud noise from kids); shops nearby; McDonald's walkable; entire room very clean; ac & tv worked splendidly; refrigerator kept food cold; cleaning staff was very cordial & helpful whenever approached; convenient location; very easy parking. CONS: Breakfast @ 7:20am - nowhere to sit except outside in heat..ate in my room; only 2 luggage carts available, had to load the evening prior to check-out day; the supervisor with accent was very mean to the desk clerk asst in front of customers - I felt embarrassed for her; the asst (dark-skin one) was trying to talk to a customer on the phone, but the supervisor kept yelling really loud for her to place caller on hold w/o an explanation..it appeared there was some other conversation which the asst was trying to understand from the customer on the phone..yes, people had arrived to the desk, but that could have been privately handled..I just had to mention this treatment; my room #325 bathroom fan was really loud..basically used the entryway light whenever using bathroom; re the wall electrical socket near the 1st bed, the cord wouldn't stay plugged (charger cord); lastly, I requested a copy of room bill…the same desk clerk first stated it would be emailed from 3rd party... but I requested a copy anyway… she went to supervisor’s office, appeared upset upon returning, but pleasantly provided a copy... stated she'll ensure that the supervisor receives their copy.
