Extended Stay America Suites - Clearwater - Carillon Park

Accueil moyen, studio décevant, mal entretenu déjà la porte d'entrée, porte de douche percée. Aucun ménage pendant les 4 jours, pas de changement de serviettes qui ne sèchent pas. Studio meublé sans vaisselle...Le petit déjeuner très simple est à récupérer à l'accueil. Réparation de toiture au-dessus de notre tête. Extérieurement beau bâtiment. Les photos sur site sont belles mais la réalité est très différente

Pendant notre séjour de 9 nuits aucun ménage n’a été fait une seule fois, nous avons dû demander pour avoir des serviettes propres, j en ai même acheté .. A notre arrivée le bain était dans un état lamentable, sale, je prenais ma douche avec des sandales. Bref pour la propreté on repassera..

L’hôtel était bien et tranquille. La propreté aussi. Les déjeuners étaient très ordinaires. Je ne sais pas ce que les américains trouvent au coffee mate. L’hôtel est loin de tout. Nous sommes allés à Clearwater et ça m’a coûté 75$can de stationnement. J’aurais dû payer un hôtel plus près et plus cher

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly unacceptable. I booked this location while relocating for work and expected basic cleanliness and comfort at minimum. Instead, I dealt with roaches in the room and pillows that were stained, worn out, and completely unsanitary. It made it very difficult to relax or feel comfortable during what was already a stressful move. What made the experience even worse was management’s response. After bringing up my concerns, I was essentially told to “take it up with a lawyer” and they refused to cancel the remainder of my stay. There was very little concern shown about the actual condition of the room or the fact that a paying guest was uncomfortable staying there. The overall condition of the property did not match what was advertised online. I understand budget hotels won’t be luxury experiences, but there is a major difference between “basic” and “dirty.” No guest should have to worry about pests or question whether bedding is clean. I had to inspect everything before touching it, which is not how anyone wants to spend their stay. Unfortunately, between the room conditions and the dismissive response from management, I would not recommend this property.

If you are a solo, female traveler, this place is not for you. The front desk woman was very kind and helpful and my room was clean. However, too many things went wrong for me to recommend this motel. My door was jammed and wouldn't open without using force after many tries, the curtains broke when I tried closing them so I had to sleep with them open, the key card gets deactivated almost immediately when it's near your phone, and the shower was broken and would not turn on. I was there for a concert and was concerned about not being able to get into my room afterwards. If I would have had to sleep in my car because I couldn't get in, I would not have felt safe. Also, the shower not working isn't great for the Florida heat. These issues are not worth the convivence of the location or the price.
